President Obama will be meeting with congressional leaders and military advisers on Tuesday to frame a strategy for battling ISIS overseas. Better late than never. But Obama still has said nothing about stopping jihadists from bringing their terror here.

 

It’s up to Congress to act on this urgent issue. Congress should reverse Obama’s dangerous new policy of granting asylum to people with terrorist connections. Federal law bars it, but on February 5, the administration went around Congress and loosened the law to welcome asylum seekers who have provided only “limited material support” to terrorists.  

 

Next, Congress should outlaw visas to “study” at unaccredited institutions, which often are nothing more than visa mills. Finally, Congress needs to crack down on overstaying visas. Five of the 19 hijackers on 9/11 had overstayed tourist visas, and another was on a student visa.

 

Of course, immigration offers huge benefits to our nation. And not all terrorists are foreign born. But these weak links in enforcement have to be closed to thwart another 9/11. That’s not anti-immigration. It’s anti-terror.

Obama has No Intention of Stopping ISIS

Obama is allowing ISIL/ISIS to continue its blood lust of beheadings of Christians and others across the world.  He has done nothing to stop it and, chillingly, has not even mentioned it except for a passing remark or two.

Now, this group of Sunni Muslims (BTW…please remember that Obama’s “family” members—save one who is a conservative Christian shunned by the rest of the family—are all Sunni Muslim Brotherhood)—has beheaded 2 American journalists within the last 2 weeks. 

After a passing remark containing an almost ‘sorry it happened’ to the parents of beheaded journalist James Foley, Obama hurried off to make his tee time.  He was later photographed high-fiving one of his golfing buddies and yucking it up on the links. 

After the latest beheading of journalist Steven Sotloff, Obama said nothing until he had reached Europe to attend a regularly scheduled NATO summit meeting—and it was tepid at best.  He commented (as he does on virtually every atrocity committed by Islamists)  “We won’t be intimidated by ISIL.”  Then, he went back to business as usual. 

Historically, when it comes to terrorists Obama’s comments are never followed up with any real action.  Certainly, he’s not intimidated in the least as he is likely the most protected being on the planet.  If all others are beheaded or killed in some other way by ISIL, so be it!  You’re on your own. 

Remember what is written in Obama’s book “Audacity of Hope”: 

“Whenever I appear before immigrant audiences, I can count on some good-natured ribbing from my staff after my speech; according to them, my remarks always follow a three-part structure: “I am your friend,” “[Fill in the home country] has been a cradle of civilization,” and “You embody the American dream.”

They’re right, my message is simple, for what I’ve come to understand is that my mere presence before these newly minted Americans serves notice that they matter, that they are voters critical to my success and full-fledged citizens deserving of respect. “Of course, not all my conversations in immigrant communities follow this easy pattern.

An Open Letter to Barack HUSSEIN Obama Regarding Sgt. Andrew Tahmoorissi

Mr. President,

While I know you have your hands full with all your leading from behind, and with you trying to 'save face' by cobbling out a strategy of sorts for dealing with ISIS after saying you have NO strategy at all...but you also need to put this on your agenda, Mr. President, so let me give you a memory jolt...remember when you said, “We don’t leave men and women in uniform behind.”Remember back in June when you tried to justify your five Taliban for one American deserter swap...

Well...I'd say that's NOT quite true, Mr. President (and I will call you that with all sarcasm intended throughout), but you do indeed leave those in uniform and those serving our country behind...do the names Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty mean anything to you...you know of Benghazi fame or should I say shame...you know the ones you NOT only left behind but the ones (I believe) you made sure died.

And does the name Andrew Tahmoorissi mean anything to you...guess NOT as you and your administration have left him behind to rot in a Mexican jail for simply making a wrong turn. Shame on you, Mr. President...shame shame shame on you...as you are deliberately and knowingly leaving a man in uniform behind when a simple phone call to Mexican President Nieto would free him. And this leaves me to wonder if this is your payback for getting caught having your hand in the 'Fast and Furious' cookie jar...or perhaps this is some sort of deal you cut with the Mexican government to appease the drug cartels...to make them 'go away' until after the November mid-term elections so as NOT to hurt your party...just wondering.

And, Mr. President, race-baiter that you are...we all know that if Andrew Tahmoorisi was black instead of white he would have been out of jail and safely home by now...and we all know that if Andrew Tahmorissi had been a muslim he would have been out of jail and home within a few short days of his arrest...we know it...you know we know it...and you don't give a damn that we do.

So in case you've forgotten...what with all you have to do to arrange your next golf date that 'We the People' have to pay for...let me again refresh your memory, Mr. President...Andrew Tahmoorisi is the decorated U.S. Marine Sergeant who was in San Diego to be treated for PTSD resulting from his service in Afghanistan, who by accident ...with 'accident' being the key word here...crossed into Mexico at a very poorly marked border crossing. Andrew Tahmoorissi is the Marine who at the time this happened had in his possession three LEGALLY owned firearms as well as ammunition, which he...honorable man that he is...immediately disclosed to the Mexican border guard as he tried to explain over and over that he had simply made a wrong turn...that he had NOTHING to hide...that he just wanted to turn around and go home.

But the actions of an overzealous guard to what should have been a minor incident...as in an unintentional violation of a Mexican law (involving gun transportation) which citizens of that country violate in our country everyday... turned serious...turned into an international incident of sorts...when the Mexican government decided to arrest Sgt. Tahmoorissi rather than simply escorting him back across the border. They could have even confiscated his guns and sent him back home without them if it was the guns that truly concerned them but NO...they had to arrest him and throw him in a maximum security prison that rumor has it is controlled by the drug cartels...there's that nefarious drug connection rearing its ugly head yet again, Mr. President...just saying.

And to make matters worse, Sgt. Tahmoorissi...who has been held since March... was chained like an animal to his bed...you saw the pictures of this as did we, Mr. President, and yet this did NOT bother you...it did NOT bother you that an American...that a man who put his life on the line to keep America safe and free at home...was being treated so barbarically in a country that 'supposedly' is a friend to America. It did NOT bother you. Mr. President, for if it had Sgt. Tahmoorissi would now be free.

Some friend Mexico is NOT...what with their sending thousands of anything but immigrants into our country ILLEGALLY every day...but I digress...so easy to do with you, Mr. President, because there is just so much wrong with you and your administration...sigh.

So, despite the fact that hundreds of millions of our tax payer dollars are being sent to Mexico each year for God only knows what...despite the fact that you and your administration turns a blind eye to the millions of Mexican citizens that break NOT just our immigration laws but so many other of our laws on a daily basis... despite the fact that American tourism accounts for more than ten percent of Mexico’s economy...you, Mr. President, does NOTHING to put pressure on the Mexican government...on Mexican President Nieto...to release Sgt. Tahmoorissi...and release him now. In fact, you did NOT even mention him in any of your many phone calls to President Nieto. And why NOT, Mr. President...why the hell NOT.

But if memory serves me correctly you did allow Sgt. Tahmoorissi to be sent orders to report for active duty. Pray tell, Mr. President, how is he supposed to do that while rotting behind bars in a Mexican jail...NOT going to happen so I guess you did this just to get pleasure rubbing salt into his wounds...so I guess you did this to get pleasure by making his family...his white non-muslim American family...worry even more than they already do.

So as Sgt. Tahmoorissi awaits yet another day in court...wasting Mexican time and money when they should be out arresting and trying the drug lords and their cartel members that seem to be the ones who are in actuality running their country...while he awaits yet another anything but expeditious process of his case...and it seems his case will drag on and on as there are 108 hours of border crossing tape that still have to be viewed by the judge...I just wonder, Mr. President, if your lack of concern about the fate of Sgt, Tahmoorissi is because you truly do NOT care about the fate of any American anywhere...remember you went to play golf immediately after issuing that lame statement about the beheading of American reporter James Foley...and that shows where your heart...where your compassion...where your loyalties lie...and they are NOT with America or Americans that's for sure.

Mr. President, if you want this one of many scandals facing you and your administration to 'go away' why don't you pick up that phone with one hand and pick up your pen with your other hand and tell President Nieto that either he has Sgt. Tahmoorissi released now...as in immediately...or you will Executive Order all tourism into Mexico stopped by shutting down border crossings both in and out of Mexico...that you will order all U.S. aid...and I mean all aid...to Mexico stopped...as in you will hit Mexico hard...you will hit them where it will hurt them the most...as in their pocketbook.

So, Mr. President, enough is enough...the American people have spoken through the 100,000 signature petition you so cavalierly addressed and then dismissed...we have spoken in one united voice to demand that you get Sgt. Andrew Tahmoorissi ...one of America's brave warriors...home and get him home now. Screw your placating Mexico...and screw your covering your own butt for we all know that 'Fast and Furious' is behind your actions or should I say your inactions where Sgt. Tahmoorissi is concerned.

And so I will now sign off with all due respect, Mr. President...which in your case is very little if any at all.

Defenseless victims punched, kicked in Missouri city streets

The security video is stark, but authorities in Springfield, Missouri, are hoping there are enough details for someone to provide the names of members of a black gang who attacked and bludgeoned two victims recently.
Although the gang members caused serious injuries, they didn’t leave anything that has identified them.
The video shows the six gang members coming up from behind and taking down a man who was walking along with a woman. She’s attacked, too, but not in the initial slugfest.
For half a minute, the beating continues. First one attacker bails, then a second and then two more.
After a final round of kicking and slugging, the last two gang members flee.
The Springfield Police Department and the local Crime Stoppers program released the video of the violent assault in the city’s downtown to help identify suspects.
The attack occurred just after 12 a.m., Friday, Aug. 22, at 318 S. South Ave.
“The victims sustained serious injuries after they were assaulted by multiple black males, including the one dressed in black clothing and red shoes,” the video said.

September 5, 2014 ~TPATH~ Many active supporters of the 2nd Amendment have spent endless hours gathering information on the benefits of an armed populatiion.  They have presented incalculable amounts of data which prove beyond any doubt that people are safer if law abiding citizens are not prevented form protecting themselves and their families from the many dregs of human debris which stalk our society.

They have shown through their writings that the Founding Fathers succinctly understood the need and the good that firearms afforded when used by responsible citizens.  It has also been made quite clear that the authors of the Bill of Rights intended for people to be able to defend themselves and their families from unlawful aggression.  And, having lived through the 10 year battle, fighting the tyranny of a non-representative government, they understood the value and deterrence of a well armed citizenry. They were aware that history was replete with government repression of its people. The likelihood of a future that would bear that same vile fruit, held a place of major concern.  These themes were woven through the fabric of their writings, lectures and the Constitution itself.

Indisputable comparisons of data show, time and time again, that legally owned firearms save innocent lives a thousand time more often than they take them.  Year after year, decade after decade the percentage of deaths caused by legal firearms is less than .0014 percent of all homicides.

The dangers of life and living are the reality of life and living.  No law can make everyone safe all the time.  No regulation could ever prevent all accidents.  But when so much attention is given to taking away the rights of honest citizens, in the face of the facts listed above and considering that hundreds if not thousands of life's other perilous activities are more dangerous and take many, many more lives each year than do legally owned guns, one must conclude that the safety of the people may not be their true objective.

For example: Every week in this country more than 400 children are killed or maimed in car accidents. One travel week on our highways kills more children than legal guns have in the past 50 years.  There are of course many more human functions which claim the lives of both children and adults.  They number in the tens of thousands every single week.  But your government is concerned about you and your firearm?  Curious? No, not really.

According to the indispensable government watchdog group Judicial Watch, the U.S. government has evidence that the jihadist Islamic State — IS — is present in Juarez, Mexico, across the Rio Grande from El Paso, Texas.

Worse yet, the Texas Department of Public Safety believes there is evidence that IS plans an imminent attack in this country. In light of the latest murderous attack by this organization against an American journalist, Steven Sotloff, among other atrocities, such threats must be taken with the utmost seriousness.

Among the targets national security professionals fear may now be in the jihadis’ crosshairs is America’s exceedingly vulnerable electric grid. A panel discussion being held at the National Press Club in Washington Wednesday afternoon will show how a spate of recent attacks involving sabotage and destruction of property at various electric substations here and elsewhere could be leading indicators of the next 9/11 — one potentially vastly more destructive than the original which occurred thirteen years ago next week.

Attkisson: Obama Admin Refusing to Tell Congress Where Illegal Children Went...

Wednesday on Newsmax TV's "The Steve Malzberg Show," former CBS News correspondent Sharyl Attkisson said the Obama administration is refusing to tell Congress where the ten of thousands of unaccompanied minors who crossed the U.S.-Mexican Border this summer were sent after they were processed though holding centers along the border.

Attkisson said the Obama administration seems to be intentionally stonewalling by not answering letters from members of Congress or reporters questions.
She added the only recourse is a FIOA lawsuit that will take years to go though the system.

In early 2012, Muslim Brotherhood presidential candidate Mohammed Morsi pranced around Egypt proclaiming “Jihad is our path,” and thought there was nothing better than to die in the cause of Allah—that is, the exact language used by terrorists!

Despite this, Barack Obama gushed on national television after Morsi was elected President of Egypt. And oddly—or not so oddly—Obama continued to gush over Morsi while reports surfaced that the Muslim Brotherhood were setting up torture chambers for their political enemies, not to mention openly crucifying Christians!

When Morsi was deposed, the Egyptian military discovered a treasure trove of documents linking the Obama regime with the illegal activities of the Muslim Brotherhood.

One such document is a list of Muslim Brotherhood officials receiving secret bribes in U.S. currency, paid out by the U.S. consulate, amounting to millions of dollars.

Investigative journalist Jerome Corsi has obtained a copy of the document held by the Egyptian military, proving the Obama regime sent millions of dollars in bribes to the Muslim Brotherhood.

But who was managing all of this money? Did the Muslim Brotherhood walk around with hundreds of thousands of dollars in their pockets?

Enter Malik Obama, Obama’s half brother. According to Egyptian television, citing the Supreme Constitutional Court of Egypt:

The President’s brother…is one of the architects of the major investments of the Muslim Brotherhood.

We’re not just talking about the bribes the Muslim Brotherhood received in Egypt, but the entire Muslim Brotherhood finances—worldwide—that more than likely included an astounding $8 billion dollar bribe to the Muslim Brotherhood made by the Obama regime. The bribe was payment to guarantee that the huge tract of Egyptian land, the Sinai Peninsula, be turned over to the Muslim Brotherhood sister group Hamas, undoubtably to put Israel in an indefensible position. The Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas mince no words about their goals for Israel: total annihilation.

According to Egypt Daily News, a document exists showing the eight billion dollar “holocaust” agreement with the Obama administration that was signed by former Muslim Brotherhood President Mohammed Morsi and his second in command Khairat Al-Shater, both under arrest by the Egyptian military for murder and treason.

Does this document really exist, showing the $8 billion dollar bribe signed by Obama or one of his representatives?

Undoubtably.

According to Khairat Al-Shater’s son, Saad Al-Shater, prior to being arrested by the Egyptian military, his father was in possession of information linking Obama with the Muslim Brotherhoodthat he says would put Obama in prison.

As reported by a multitude of Arabic news sources:

In an interview with the Anatolia News Agency, Saad Al-Shater, the son of a Muslim Brotherhood leader, the detained Khairat Al-Shater said that his father had in his hand evidence that will land the head of United States of America, President Obama, in prison.

it would no doubt spell the end of the Obama presidency, bringing impeachment, a long prison term, and perhaps even the death penalty.

Barack Obama left for a three-day European swing Tuesday afternoon without saying a single word in response to a terrorist video showing the beheading of Steven Sotloff the second American journalist to die that way on camera. News of Sotloff's execution broke online at 1:05 pm as White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest prepared for his daily briefing with reporters. He said four minutes later that he hadn't heard the news. By 3:40pm, Obama was lifting off from the South Lawn of the White House on his way to a waiting Air Force One, which was 'wheels up' by 4:00pm (above). The president's departure came amid equally deafening swirls of helicopter rotors and tough questions about whether and when the U.S. will strike back in a meaningful and public way against ISIS.

Latest Big Lie: ‘We Have No Strategy’

They DO have a strategy, but they prefer to appear indecisive.  That’s because the strategy would likely provoke even greater criticism than the false confession of endless dithering.

The actual strategy is detente first, and then a full alliance with Iran throughout the Middle East and North Africa.  It has been on display since before the beginning of the Obama administration.  During his first presidential campaign in 2008, Mr. Obama used a secret back channel to Tehran to assure the mullahs that he was a friend of the Islamic Republic, and that they would be very happy with his policies.  The secret channel was Ambassador William G. Miller, who served in Iran during the shah’s rule, as chief of staff for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and as ambassador to Ukraine.  Ambassador Miller has confirmed to me his conversations with Iranian leaders during the 2008 campaign.

Ever since President Obama’s quest for an alliance with Iran has been conducted through at least four channels:  Iraq, Switzerland (the official U.S. representative to Tehran), Oman and a variety of American intermediaries, the most notable of whom is probably Valerie Jarrett, his closest adviser.  In recent months, Middle Eastern leaders reported personal visits from Ms. Jarrett, who briefed them on her efforts to manage the Iranian relationship.  This was confirmed to me by a former high-ranking American official who says he was so informed by several Middle Eastern leaders.

The central theme in Obama’s outreach to Iran is his conviction that the United States has historically played a wicked role in the Middle East, and that the best things he can do for that part of the world is to limit and withdraw American military might, and empower our self-declared enemies, whose hostility to traditional American policies he largely shares.

If we look at the current crisis through an Iranian lens, our apparent indecisiveness is easier to understand, for it systematically favors Iran’s interests.  Tehran’s closest ally is Syrian dictator Bashar Assad.  If Assad were to be overthrown by opposition forces hostile to Iran, it would be a devastating blow to Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, who has committed tens of thousands of fighters (from Hezbollah, the Revolutionary Guards and the Basij) to shore up the Damascus regime.  Everything Iran does in the region revolves around the necessity of preserving Assad’s tyranny.

Obama surely understands this.  It therefore made no sense to bomb Syria in the otherwise baffling about-face on the “red line” a year ago.  In like manner, the refusal to take decisive action today against the Islamic State caters to Iranian and Syrian concerns. Remember that ISIS was supported by Iran and Syria as a weapon against anti-Assad and anti-Iranian forces (from the Kurds to the FSA), none of whom is receiving serious American support.

It is exceedingly unlikely that Mr. Obama will do anything that would threaten Assad’s rule or Iran’s power.  To do so would be tantamount to abandoning his core strategy of creating a U.S.-Iranian alliance that would make Tehran the major regional power and Washington a friendly kibbitzer and adviser.

It is even more unlikely that Mr. Obama and his spokespeople will confess to actually having a strategy, because of the political firestorm that would result. Better to be thought a fool than to remove all doubt, after all.

As Commander-in-Chief, your actions — or lack thereof — Mr. President, cost lives. As you bumble about in your golf cart, slapping on a happy face and fist-pounding your buddies, your cowardly lack of leadership has left a gaping hole — not only in America’s security — but the security of the entire globe. Your message has come across loud and clear, sir: You are not up to this job. You know it. We know it. The world knows it.

After finally choosing to view the barbaric, on-camera beheading by ISIS of freelance war correspondent James Foley, I have been left with a level of rage known only to those of us who have sacrificed unspeakable offerings on the altar of world peace.
My offering was my only son — Aaron Carson Vaughn. Aaron was a member of SEAL Team VI. He was killed in action when a CH47D Chinook, carrying thirty Americans and eight Afghans was shot down in the Tangi River Valley of Afghanistan on Aug. 6, 2011.

Many times over the past three years, I have been asked what drove my son to choose his particular career. What made him want to be a Navy SEAL? My answer is simple.
Aaron Vaughn was a man who possessed the courage to acknowledge evil. And evil, once truly acknowledged, demands response. Perhaps this is why so few are willing to look it in the eye. It is much simpler — much safer — to look the other way.

That is, unless you are the leader of the Free World.
As Commander-in-Chief, your actions — or lack thereof — Mr. President, cost lives. As you bumble about in your golf cart, slapping on a happy face and fist-pounding your buddies, your cowardly lack of leadership has left a gaping hole — not only in America’s security — but the security of the entire globe. Your message has come across loud and clear, sir: You are not up to this job. You know it. We know it. The world knows it.

Please vacate the people’s house and allow a man or woman of courage and substance to seize the reigns of this out-of-control thug-fest and regain the balance we, America, have provided throughout our great history.

Thanks to your “leadership” from whatever multi-million dollar vacation you happen to be on at any given moment, the world is in chaos. What’s been gained, you’ve lost. What’s been lost, you’ve decimated. You’ve demolished our ability to hold the trust of allies. You’ve made a mockery of the title “President.” And you’ve betrayed the nation for which my son and over 1.3 million others have sacrificed their very lives.

But this should come as no surprise, since your wife uttered a vile statement on Feb. 18, 2008, during the primary campaign — one that speaks volumes of your true convictions. “For the first time in my adult life, I am really proud of my country,” she said.
I am sure my deceased son thanks you for that, Mrs. Obama. Oh, and you’re welcome.
Never in my lifetime have I witnessed such despair and such growing fear that the world’s last best hope, America, has finally been dismantled. Perhaps the better word is transformed — fundamentally transformed. Come to think of it, it’s become difficult — if not impossible — to believe things haven’t gone exactly as you planned, Mr. President.

Amazingly, in five short years, your administration has lurched from one disaster to another. You spearheaded the ambitious rush to end the wars in both Iraq and Afghanistan — with no plan on how to do so effectively. Also, the release of “the Taliban five” in exchange for one American — without consulting Congress — is also on your shoulders.

You have been at the helm during unprecedented national security leaks — including, but not limited to the outing of SEAL Team VI on the Bin laden raid, the outing of the Pakistani doctor who provided the intelligence for that raid, the outing of Afghanistan’s CIA station chief, and the outing of your personal “kill list” to make you look tough. In addition, 75 percent of American deaths in Afghanistan and 83 percent of Americans-wounded-in-action have occurred on your watch, according to icasualties.org.
And now, we have this recent, heinous event: the beheading of an American citizen by a barbaric organization you foolishly referred to as “the JV team” in your statements to the New Yorker magazine in January.

You, sir, are the JV team. It’s time for you to step down and allow a true leader to restore our honor and protect our sons and daughters.
America has always been exceptional. And she will be again. You, Mr. President, are a bump in our road.

If you are, like me, in any way addicted to headline news, there is no way in the world you could have missed the highly redundant headline banners featuring Barack Obama’s golf outing charades of the last few weeks.  Topping the story’s serial coverage, however, was Obama giving a speech regarding the beheading of American journalist James Foley by ISIS on August 20th, while just minutes after the speech, he [Obama] heads back to play yet “another round” - a preferred colloquial slang in the golfing vernacular equivalent to playing yet one more time.
