Dear Hillary:

I hope by the time you receive this letter, you find yourself well and in good spirits amidst your grueling presidential campaign. I did not want to waste any time in responding to your inquiry regarding my intent to endorse you. In consideration to your request, however, there are issues, most of which, I deem crucial and in need of complete clarification before I can make any such commitments to you and your campaign.

First and foremost, if you remember back on Tuesday, November 4th, 2008, election eve, when I was first elected to becoming the next president of the United States of America, I pledged to fundamentally transform this nation. And, quite frankly, in hindsight, I really think I lived up to that promise.

Think of it this way, when I was first elected as president of the U.S., my transformation agenda was set-forth on the premise of fundamentally destroying the nation - to where we would do away with capitalism once and for all. I truly believed my years as a promoter of the Alinsky model, did pay off in the end after all. Had Saul been alive today, I believe he would have been very proud of the way I have implemented his model. I think the way in which I have implanted the seed of dissention amongst the classes, my militant crusades in organizing a radical revolution of the “have nots” vs. the “haves”, the “poor vs. the “wealthy”, the “proletariat” vs. the “bourgeoisie” a’ la Marx and Engels, will be my legacy as the founder, benefactor and architect of communism in the United States.

I truly believe that all the stalwart U.S. haters have to be proud of what I have done and accomplished. I am sure that my mentors Reverend Wright, Ayers, Farrakhan, the Castro Brothers, Soros, Michael Moore, Sean Penn, Frank Marshall, were he alive today, and all others, who have committed their lives to undermining the U.S. democracy, all share-in my success in the implementation of communism in the U.S. – a feat which would have been thought of as virtually impossible a few decades ago.

As a so-called Christian Mr. Obama should easily recognize Romans 2:6 in which it is written: “God will repay each person according to what they have done.” Applying colloquial language to Scripture it means ‘evaluate every person by their behavior not their words’.

With this sensible standard as a guide, Mr. Obama is so stalwart in his Christian faith that when giving a 2012 speech at Catholic-founded Georgetown University all religious signs and symbols were covered up including the small letters IHS, signifying the name of Jesus Christ. And while religious views are ultimately private, between an individual and his or her form of deity, they do seep into public acts that make those personal intentions knowable.

In the selfsame spirit of Hans Christian Andersen’s fable “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” the selfish, fictional ruler tricked by his tailor prances around in his underwear falsely believing that he is instead wearing an invisible robe of incalculable worth and beauty. A real life parallel of this dynamic is Mr. Obama’s “invisible” religious views. His tiny American flag lapel pin notwithstanding, Mr. Obama also dons an invisible robe, a metaphysical Burka, Muslim women’s grab of silent submission to Islam.

This is clearly demonstrated by his well established pro-Islamic/anti-Christian bias. It is further borne out by his veiled reference to the Islamic call to prayer is “one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.” Recall his formative years: an Indonesian childhood indoctrinated by the study of the Islamic holy book the Koran. (Not exactly a typical upbringing for a U.S. president of a Judeo-Christian country.)

Further substantiation of this truth can be gleaned by Mr. Obama’s first domestic visit, Wednesday, to a mosque in Baltimore. Despite this mosque’s terrorist ties with the Obama-supported Muslim Brotherhood (in Egypt, after a July 2013 military coup that deposed former leader Mohamed Morsi), the president’s comfort level in this foreign religious environment was obvious. Indeed he spoke among clearly displayed and proudly uncovered symbols of the Islamic faith. Most telling was the video image of his head haloed by a word wall in which “Allah” is etched 99 times in large Arabic symbols. Alas that the symbols of Christ do not receive equal veneration and respect by this “Christian” who has previously gone by the name Barry Soetoro.

Why show his true religious proclivities now? Given his lame-duck status in the final year of his disastrous presidency apparently he feels he has nothing else to lose. So he says ‘Thank you’ to American Muslims for their phantom contributions to American society. The rest of his speech was standard, polarizing fare, anti-Republican rhetoric and finger-waving condemnation of supposed Islamic bigotry such as “We have to reject a politics that seeks to manipulate prejudice or bias and targets people because of religion.” One wonders whether Mr. Obama is speechifying about others or simply himself.

As with his policy failures, his religious views are completely out-of-whack with average Americans. Indeed, homeland mosques remain unmolested. They quietly stand, silent brick and mortar witnesses to widespread American religious tolerance Mr. Obama is loath to recognize. Contrast that to Christian churches which are often targets of violence and murder. Mr. Obama only pays lip-service to travesties committed against Christians. In obtuse, gerrymandered rationalizations, he separates the Islamic religious element from the radicalized terrorist (whom by the perpetrator’s own admission acknowledges that barbarous acts are due to religious fervor).

For 20 years, Mr. Obama supposedly sat in a pew of the Christian church of anti-American ranting Jeremiah “America’s chickens are coming home to roost” Wright who proclaimed from the pulpit “God damn America.” Not exactly mainstream views, Christian or otherwise. Couple that confusion with a September 2008 pre-election first term interview with George Stephanopoulous in which Mr. Obama said:

“You’re absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith and you’re absolutely right that that has not …”
Stephanopoulous (interrupting): “Your Christian faith.”
Obama: “My Christian faith. Well, what I’m saying …”

This was not a misstatement as portrayed by the MSM, but a rare and truthful slip of the then-candidate’s forked tongue. Based upon context—the ongoing 7 year pattern of concrete deeds—one can only surmise an active and “secret” Muslim faith. No other reasonable conclusion can be drawn.

In any case, America is a great, forgiving and tolerant enough country because it did elect this enigma to the presidency not once, but twice. This is even more amazing given Mr. Obama’s longstanding, public demonstrations ofanti-American, anti-Christian stances fueled by rumors and innuendo that will rightfully dog his person—and his legacy—as likely the worst U.S. president to ever hold the office.

Republican House Representative from Michigan’s 7th District Tim Walberg was once a leading “birther” not so long ago, when he was seeking a seat in the U.S. House in the 2010 election. This is a VIDEO of Representative Walberg at a local town hall meeting during his bid for the U.S. House in 2010, in which Mr. Walberg acknowledges the known “birther” (Constitutional eligibility) questions surrounding Barack Hussein Obama, and mentions the word “impeachment” for the first time…

On January 26, 2016, the 7th District of the Michigan Republican Party passed a Resolution calling upon their U.S. House Representative Tim Walberg, to initiate TNALC Articles of Impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama, deemed by Mr. Walberg and many House and Senate Republicans to be the most impeachable administration in U.S. history. (HERE IS THE SIGNED RESOLUTION)

The 7th District GOP covers seven Michigan counties and is represented by twenty-five District GOP Committee members, twenty-four of whom were present for the vote last week. The 7th District Resolution for Impeachmentpassed by a 14-10 vote.

In a pre-meeting ahead of the official gathering, the committee was unanimous on the following issues…

• Barack Hussein Obama is guilty of impeachable offenses
• Barack Hussein Obama has been very destructive to the USA and continues to be
• Impeachment is the proper constitutional solution to Obama treason, tyranny and treachery
• Obama should be impeached

However, as indicated by the 14-10 vote on the Resolution to Impeach, members of the 7th District were not quite so united, given the opportunity to take an official stand on the record. In part, this may be due to the fact that Representative Walberg and two aides decided to show up and speak against the impeachment resolution, after the pre-meeting and before the actual vote was taken.

MARCO RUBIO: THE 'REMAINDERMAN'

Donald Trump won more votes in the Iowa caucuses than any Republican candidate in history.

Impressive, except Ted Cruz set the new all-time record.

And Marco Rubio exceeded all expectations by taking 23 percent.

Cruz won tea party types, evangelicals and the hard right.

Trump won the populists and nationalists who want the borders secure, no amnesty and no more trade deals that enable rival powers like China to disembowel American industries.

And Rubio? He is what columnist Mark Shields called Jimmy Carter, 35 years ago, “the remainderman of national politics. He gets what’s left over after his opponents have taken theirs by being the least unacceptable alternative to the greatest number of voters.”

Marco is the fallback position of a reeling establishment that is appalled by Trump, loathes Cruz and believes Rubio – charismatic, young, personable – can beat Hillary Clinton.

But there is a problem here for the establishment.

While Rubio has his catechism down cold – “I’ll tear up that Iran deal my first day in office!” – his victory would mean a rejection of the populist revolt that arose with Trump’s entry and has grown to be embraced by a majority of Republicans.

Cruz, Trump, Carson – the outsiders – won over 60 percent of all caucus votes. Their anti-Washington messages, Trump and Cruz’s especially, grew the GOP turnout to its largest in history, 186,000, half again as many as participated in the record turnout of 2012.

Most significant, 15,000 more Iowans voted in GOP caucuses than the Democratic caucuses, where participation plummeted 30 percent from 2008.

What does this portend?

While Iowa has gone Democratic in six of the last seven presidential elections, it is now winnable by Republicans – on two conditions.

The party must be united. And it cannot lose the fire and energy that produced this turnout and brought out those astonishing crowds of tens of thousands.

The remainderman, however, cannot reproduce that energy or those crowds. For Rubio is not a barn burner; he is a malleable man of maneuver.

Arriving in Washington to the cheers of populists reveling in his rout of Charlie Crist, Rubio went native and signed on to the Schumer-McCain amnesty.

He voted for “fast track,” the GOP’s pre-emptive surrender of Congress’s constitutional power to amend trade treaties. He hailed the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade treaty President Obama brought home.

Now he is moving crabwise away from the TPP. Shiftiness, however, does not bother the establishment; it reassures the establishment.

Rubio is “The Hustler,” the “Fast Eddie” Felson of 2016. And the Beltway is all in behind him.

He is now the candidate of the Washington crowd that a majority of Republicans voted to reject in Iowa, the darling of the donor class and the last hope of a Beltway punditocracy that recoils whenever the pitchforks appear.

Which brings us to the antithesis of Rubio – Bernie Sanders.

Given where he started a year ago, a sparring partner for the heavyweight Clinton, and where he ended, a split decision and a coin toss, the Brooklyn-born socialist was the big winner of Iowa.

In the Democratic race, it is Sanders who has been getting the Trump-sized crowds, while Hillary and Bill Clinton have been playing to what look like audiences at art films in the 1950s.

Sanders will likely have the best night of his campaign Tuesday – if Hillary Clinton’s surge does not overtake him – when he wins New Hampshire.

After that, however, absent celestial intervention, such as a federal prosecutor being inspired to indict Clinton, he begins a long series of painful defeats until his shining moment at the convention.

But just as a stifling of the Trump-Cruz-Carson rebellion, with another establishment favorite like Rubio, would bank all the fires of enthusiasm in the GOP, Clinton’s rout of Sanders would cause millions of progressives and young people who rallied to Bernie to give up on 2016.

And if both the Sanders revolution that captured half his party in Iowa and the Trump-Cruz revolt that captured half of their party are squelched, and we get an establishment Republican vs. an establishment Democrat in the fall, America will be sundered.

For there is not one America today, nor two. Politically, there are at least four.

Were this Britain or France, the GOP would have long ago split between its open-borders, globalist, war-party wing, and its populist, patriotic, social conservative wing.

The latter would be demanding a timeout on immigration, secure borders, no amnesty, no more needless wars and a trade policy dictated by what was best for America, not Davos or Dubai.

Democrats would break apart along the lines of the Clinton-Sanders divide, with the neo-socialists becoming a raucous and robust anti-big bank, anti-Wall Street, soak-the-rich and share-the-wealth party.

These splits may be postponed again in 2016, but these rebellions are going to reappear until they succeed in overthrowing our failed establishments.

For the causes that produced such revolutions – Third World invasions, income inequality, economic torpor, culture wars, the real and relative decline of the West – have become permanent conditions.

Obama Banishes Jesus But Puts Allah On Full Display During Speech

Another odd moment for Barack Obama, a man who has shrugged off repeated suggestions over the years that he is at the very least, a strong sympathizer of the Muslim faith while having at best tepid regard for Christianity.

A picture, as is said, is worth a thousand words…

The above photo is Barack Obama giving a speech at Georgetown University in April of 2009. The Catholic university indicated to various media that the White House specifically requested a statue of Jesus Christ and other Christian symbols that were part of the staged backdrop be hidden from view during the President’s speech.

The university complied with that request.

Now fast-forward to this week and the President’s much publicized visit to an American Mosque:

Directly behind the President is the Arabic word for “Allah” on full display. Apparently no request to cover the Islamic symbols was made by the Obama White House. In fact, the White House is said to have specifically coordinated with the the Mosque to include MORE such symbols, including copies of the Quran for all visitors who attended the speech:

It would appear Mr. Obama deems Christianity worthy of being covered up and hidden away while Islam to be prominently put on display and exalted.

WHO DECIDES whether Someone is qualified for the Office of President of the United States?

According to the original intent of our Constitution, Ted Cruz & Marco Rubio are not eligible to be President because their fathers weren’t US citizens at the times they were born. So they are not “natural born citizens”.

So! How is this handled? Who decides? Do we “file a lawsuit” and let federal judges decide? “Slap your hands!”, our Framers would say. They would say, “READ THE CONSTITUTION AND SEE WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN!”

[Our lives would be so much simpler – and our Country so much better off – if we read & supported our Constitution.]

Read the 12th Amendment. That sets forth the procedures for election of President and VP. Note that ELECTORS are supposed to be the ones making the selection – not The People. [There is a reason for that.]  For an illustration of how this works, go HERE and read the subheadings,  “Electors” Appointed by States Were To Choose The President!  and The 12^thAmendment Establishes Procedures For Voting By Electors.

So! Assume we followed the Constitution on this issue and we get to the part where Congress is counting the votes as provided by 12th Amendment. And Lo! Congress discovers that the person who got the most votes for President is NOT QUALIFIED by reason of age, or not being a natural born citizen, or not having been for at least 14 years a Resident within the United States.

Obviously, it’s Congress’ job to determine whether the President and VP – selected by the ELECTORS – are qualified.

So what happens if Congress decides that the person with the most votes for President is not qualified? We look to Sec. 3 of the 2o th Amendment. It tells us what happens. If the President elect has failed to qualify, then the VP elect shall act as President… Now, read the rest of that Section. We would also need to see whether Congress has made any of the authorized laws providing for such contingencies.

So, under the Constitution as written, it is Congress’ job to determine whether the President elect and the VP elect are qualified.

This is NOT an issue for the federal courts to decide. That is because this is a “political question” – not a “legal question”. The power to determine whether the president elect or the VP elect are qualified has been delegated to CONGRESS. Traditionally, federal courts have “abstained” from deciding “political questions”.

We study this in our first year constitutional law class, when we study judicial “abstention” from certain kinds of cases including cases which involve “political questions” or the exercise of powers delegated to the Legislative or Executive branches. When a power is delegated to one of the “political branches” (Legislative or Executive), the federal courts (the “legal branch”) have traditionally declined to interfere and substitute their judgment for that of the “political branch” to which the Power was delegated.

And what if Congress wrongly decides? As they did with obama? WELL THEN, SHAME ON US – BECAUSE WE WERE THE ONES WHO ELECTED THOSE IGNORANT COWARDS TO OFFICE!

Either the polling sources for the recent Iowa caucuses reflected sleaze or the caucus tabulation results were manipulated. Legitimate claims of Microsoft software manipulation are appearing. and, with “connecting dot” evidence, to substantiate the forthcoming allegations.

It’s been reported that candidate Marco Rubio’s large financial contributor, is Microsoft. Apparently, Microsoft is the same company that had the computer software in place, which tabulated the Iowa Caucus results,thereby catapulting Rubio into a respectable top three, finish.

How could non-natural born (ineligible-to-be-president) Marco Rubio, arrive at such a  “successful” Iowa “vote finish” when all the polling data had him under 12% beforehand?

Dirty Politics: Witnessing Firsthand It's Always Heartbreaking, Never Surprising

Thank heavens Donald Trump opened so many eyes to the lies, corruption and total lack of accountability that come so naturally to the permanent political class. And Sen. Ted Cruz was spot on when he once noted that "millions of Americans are asking for accountability and truth." Which is why it's so curious - and saddens us - this lack of accountability with the lies of Cruz's own campaign.

Cruz's campaign chairman, U.S. Representative Steve King, is lying, and good for Dr. Ben Carson for calling this out. King, who's previously asked for and received my endorsement, time and resources to support his own election, is still lying about my altruistic support of Mr. Trump, and he's refused to provide any evidence to the contrary. And, this U.S. Congressman actually lied to his own constituents on behalf of Cruz, regarding a good man, Dr. Carson. He told voters Carson was dropping out of the Presidential race immediately before the Iowa caucus, causing a relative uproar inside the process, so the word would spread and he could rack up more votes for his candidate, Cruz. That's a dirty trick. Dr. Carson deserved better. The voters deserved better!

Where is the accountability for these political actions? Very sad; typical Washington tactics. THIS is why "the status quo has got to go."

Our friend Dr. Carson put it so well:

"As Christians, of course we accept people’s apologies, we also have to ask ourselves is this acceptable to us, the American people, or should there be some accountability? There should be some consequences for things. You don’t just say ‘oh, okay, sorry… okay let’s move on.’ The damage was done to me, it wasn’t done to them.”

We've had eight years of a reckless President, accountable to no one, pushing this country to the brink. Why would we ever take a risk repeating that? We are never going to turn this country around if we keep electing "more of the same." Just like conservatives have been preaching in opposition to Obama's political tactics for years: actions speak louder than words.

The Cruz Campaign's actions to destroy a good man's efforts to serve are no different than Obama's practice of not holding anyone accountable. Typical politics. Typical politicians.
