There Is a Cancer Growing in America
 By Ray DiLorenzo Full Story
There is a cancer growing in the United States.  It is the cancer of ignorance and lack of leadership, and it is growing into a malignancy.  Too many of us, both in and out of public service, cannot or will not recognize what is threatening our very existence and cannot decide elemental questions like:  Is capitalism better than socialism?

"The clamor you are hearing is not for Trump, it is for someone to save the Republic." A MUST READ!...

Nature Abhors a Vacuum and Trump is Filling It

Aristotle once postulated, “Nature abhors a vacuum.” Meaning that any empty space must be filled with something, even if that something is hot air. Donald Trump, with his pronouncements, promises, and pomp, is filling the vacuum created by the Republican Party. Creating a vacuum requires two conditions. First is an active process of creating the vacuum and second is the lack of anything filling the empty space. Barack Obama created the vacuum and the GOP did nothing to fill it, or at least replace it with something of substance. How did Obama create the vacuum? Easy. His left wing radicalism emptied the country of traditional American values and hope, leaving a vacuum of angst and despair. Two thirds of Americans believe the country is heading in the wrong direction.  Obamacare with its false promises and resulting chaos and costs. Open borders bringing the third world into our world, and making the dwindling American work force pay for it all through higher...(Read Full Article)

GOP ON SUICIDE WATCH

By J.B. Williams
January 27, 2016
NewsWithViews.com
Almost a year ago now, in early 2015, before anyone was officially in the GOP race for the White House, there was an organic front-runner chosen by a half-million Drudge readers, the most conservative database in America today. That natural front-runner was Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, who enjoyed a 47% position in the national Drudge poll of almost 500,000 of the most conservative voters in the country, with his closest competitor Sen. Ted Cruz, running a distant second at 11%...

What a difference a year can make…

Today, Walker is no longer in the race at all, Sen. Ted Cruz remains stuck in the lower double digits or single digits among conservative voters and the new front-runner is the anti-politician business mogul Donald Trump at 36%, as we head into the Iowa caucuses with “natural born Citizen” on the front burner of the 2016 GOP nomination.

Meanwhile, the GOP leadership and their talking heads in the RNC establishment media, Levin, Beck, Hannity and Limbaugh, are taking aim at Trump in an effort to derail his campaign by any means necessary.

Trump: Ted Cruz was an “anchor baby” in Canada and may not even be a U.S. citizen

 JANUARY 29, 2016 BY ALLAHPUNDIT

Via the Free Beacon, we’ve reached the stage of Trumpmania where the same media that used to routinely predict that every new Trump “gaffe” would finish him off now heralds everything Trump does as carefully calculated Machiavellian genius. Trump has convinced them to their bones, not without reason, that everything they thought they knew about presidential politics is wrong and every move he makes is right. Case in point: Skipping the debate four days before Iowans caucus is genius. Why? Because Trump’s a genius and he thinks it’s a good idea, even though there are lots of really obvious perils in a move like that. Same goes for this attack on Cruz, I assume. Suggesting that Cruz isn’t a U.S. citizen at all because he wasn’t born here is genius. Why? Well, Trump thinks it’s genius, and he has had success in driving Cruz’s favorable numbers down in Iowa this month by questioning his eligibility. Case closed, right?
Let’s think strategically. Assume you’re Trump and you’ve just won Iowa. Who are you worried about now? Answer: Whoever looks to be the strongest center-right contender in New Hampshire. That’s probably Marco Rubio, especially if he finishes strong in Iowa, which he may well do. The special danger that Rubio poses, not just to Trump but to everyone, is that he can pull from both sides of the field as others drop out. Some conservatives will never support him because of amnesty, but some will. And plenty of moderates will. If Trump is headed for a two-man race with Rubio then he should be thinking already about how to lure Cruz’s voters, some of whom are open to Trump because he’s a populist but some of whom are open to Rubio because he’s more conservative than Trump is. Trump should want to do everything he can to tear down Cruz at this point by attacking his record without doing something that angers persuadable Cruz fans so much that they opt for Rubio over Trump out of spite if forced to choose. (Cruz doesn’t have the same problem with Trump fans. None of them are going to Rubio if the race comes down to Rubio and Cruz, so even if Cruz alienates them, the worst thing they’ll do to him is stay home.)
Accusing Cruz of being an “anchor baby” in Canada and of possibly not even being a U.S. citizen is, I think, the sort of attack that’ll alienate Cruz voters more than garden-variety stuff like “Cruz doesn’t play well with others.” It’s dirty pool in a way that attacks on his record in the Senate aren’t. What Trump’s doing here is suggesting that the “natural-born” clause in Article II isn’t just a qualification for the presidency but a bright-line rule for citizenship generally. If you were born on U.S. soil, Trump’s hinting, you’re a citizen. If you weren’t, and weren’t later naturalized, you aren’t. That’s not true, though: Congress sets the rules for citizenship, and there’s no question that Cruz qualified per the statute that was in effect when he was born in 1970. The only question is whether he can lawfully run for this office under the Constitution. By conflating those two ideas, citizenship and Article II eligibility, Trump’s basically accusing Cruz of being — ta da — an illegal immigrant. And not just an illegal immigrant, but an illegal immigrant in two different countries. That’s what the “anchor baby” business is all about: I’ve never read anything suggesting that Cruz’s parents were in Canada illegally when he was born and used his birth as a way to establish legal residency, but that’s what most people think of when they think of “anchor babies.” (An “anchor baby” could also be used by legal residents to extend their legal residency in a country.) “Anchor baby” is doubly stupid as applied to Cruz since his parents didn’t actually use him as a long-term anchor in Canada. They moved to the U.S., of which his mother is a citizen, when he was a toddler. Trump’s essentially down to arguing that not only is Cruz weak on amnesty, he is amnesty. If he ends up losing the caucuses and fades from the race, I wonder how it’ll sit with Cruz to think that Trump outmaneuvered him by questioning his loyalty to America and even his right to be here. Once upon a time, I thought he’d endorse Trump if he dropped out as part of a broad populist offensive against “the establishment.” Now I wonder.
WHY DOES CRUZ CAMP REFUSE TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE THAT HE ACTUALLY BECAME A NATURALIZED AMERICAN CITIZEN (NOT AN NBC HOWEVER) AND WHY DO THEY REFUSE TO SHOW PROOF THAT HIS MOTHER WAS NOT A CANADIAN CITIZEN AT THE TIME OF HIS BIRTH IN 1970?
According to the Canadian Citizenship Act of 1946, also referred to as the "Act of 1947" because of its effective date, Canada did not allow dual citizenship. This was the first citizenship act in Canada to create a new citizenship status separate from being considered British Subjects. With the pride of a nation first enacting the right to become Canadian Citizens, it would stand to reason why they also chose at the time to not allow dual citizenship. According to the Government of Canada's website, the heading "History of citizenship legislation" states the following:
Up to January 1, 1947, there was no legal status of Canadian citizens, only British subjects. This Act gave legal recognition to the terms “Canadian citizen” and “Canadian citizenship”. The Act established who was and who could become a Canadian citizen. There were many provisions for loss of citizenship, including retention provisions for the first and subsequent generations born outside Canada. The Act also contained provisions which provided special treatment for British subjects. In general, Canadian citizens who acquired citizenship of another country automatically lost Canadian citizenship (dual citizenship was not recognized).
It was not until the passage of the "Citizenship Act" effective on February 15, 1977 that the ability to hold dual citizenship was changed.
The Citizenship Act, effective February 15, 1977, replaced the 1947 Act with a more equitable statute. For example, British subjects no longer received special treatment and dual citizenship became recognized. There was only one provision for automatic loss of citizenship, limited to persons born in the second or subsequent generation outside Canada unless they took steps to retain their citizenship by their 28th birthday.
In the following years, Canada has continued to go in the direction of granting increasingly more generous grounds for automatic Canadian citizenship, seemingly in an attempt to continue the strengthening of Canadian nationalism. To learn more about the beginning growth of Canadian nationalism, read in the Government of Canada archive, "Forging Our Legacy: Canadian Citizenship and Immigration, 1900-1977".
In order for Ted Cruz to have "become" a US citizen at birth in 1970, his mother would have had to retain exclusive citizenship to the US and filed a CRBA (Consular Report of Birth Abroad) to "obtain" exclusive US citizenship at the time for her son Ted and renounced his automatic "naturally acquired" Canadian citizenship. The process in itself is considered a very abbreviated form of "naturalization", thereby making such persons born outside of the OFFICIAL territories of the United States absolutely ineligible to become President of these United States in at least this one circumstance alone. Given that Canadian law did not allow dual citizenship at the time, then IF his mother filed a CRBA in 1970, his Canadian citizenship would likely have needed to be renounced before a new US citizenship could be granted.
Ted's Father has publicly admitted he became a Canadian citizen in 1968. If his mother's first husband with surname of "Wilson" was also a Canadian citizen (unconfirmed), she would have become a citizen before his father. Even if her first husband was not Canadian, according to Canadian law, she would still have automatically become a Canadian citizen in 1969 after having a Canadian spouse (Ted's Father) and residing in Canada for 1 year. This information substantiates the reports claiming that both of his parents appeared on the Canadian voter's rolls. There is now an unconfirmed claim that someone has supposedly verified that they indeed both voted in the October of 1972 federal Canadian election.
If both of Ted's parents became exclusive citizens of Canada by 1969, then even if his mother tried to file a CRBA, she would not have been able to confer US citizenship to her son as she was no longer a US citizen herself. Even if she somehow retained US citizenship, Ted could not have been granted dual citizenship as it was against Canadian law. The only thing that is certain is that Ted Cruz automatically became a Canadian citizen the instant he was born on Canadian soil and that fact is absolutely irrefutable. Likewise, the release of his mother's birth certificate certainly settles absolutely nothing.
Ted Cruz did not renounce his Canadian citizenship until 2014. All FOIA requests have been denied requesting a copy of a CRBA and he has not released it or any other naturalization papers. There is currently no proof available to show he ever became a US citizen. It is perfectly understandable that he would not want to release any such naturalization documents as one cannot be considered both "naturalized" and :"natural-born". Senator Cruz has repeatedly claimed that he did not have to go through any type of naturalization process (including a CRBA), that he was automatically a US citizen by birth but that does not match US law for persons born in another country. If indeed that was just assumed and nothing was ever filed to correct that erroneous assumption, then he never has become a US citizen and referring to a previous article, Ted Cruz must show naturalization papers to keep his US senate seat.
Even though Marco Rubio also can't be a natural-born citizen and is instead considered an "anchor baby", his parents did become US citizens 4 years after his birth. He is therefore legally able to serve in the US Senate regardless of your interpretation of birthright citizenship.
Contrary to recent blatantly false headlines, there have been at least now 5 lawsuits filed in 5 different states challenging Ted Cruz' eligibility to become President, a majority of these also equally challenge Marco Rubio's eligibility even though it is rarely reported. The states are/were: NH, VT, FL, IL and TX. Every Republican candidate running for President should be immediately filing lawsuits to have both Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio removed from the presidential contest as their continued participation presents an unlawful detriment to everyone else's candidacy.

Oh Dear – Mark Levin Credibility Melts Like Glenn Beck Tears – Levin Family is Staffer for Senator Cruz…

There’s something initially angering that becomes very sad when a fraud is revealed.  Tonight on his radio show Mark Levin was forced to admit the son of his fiance’ is a full time staffer for Senator Ted Cruz.
cruz circling drain
After spending weeks attacking anyone who critiques candidate Ted Cruz, the motives of Mark Levin now take full sunlight.   He should be ashamed, VERY ashamed.
No, Mr. crony-constitutionalist, lying by omission is not the least bit funny.  Nor is deception toward your audience when you do not disclose your own conflicts.   Especially when we consider the hours Levin spends railing against the internecine family associations like George Will and his wife working for Scott Walker.
Crony politics is apparently alive and well amid the Mark Levin radio show. Perhaps he will tell the audience how much advertising money he takes from political campaigns?  Or more specifically entities with a vested interest in political campaigns?
Think he’ll fess up now that he’s busted?
Nah, me neither.
He’s got another book to sell…
Wow. Just Wow.
The campaign of Donald Trump continues to expose the “Decepticons”.

Trump to debate Cruz — when he proves presidential eligibility

Getty Images
Donald Trump’s campaign manager on Thursday said the GOP primary front-runner would agree to debate Ted Cruz after the Texas senator confirms that he is eligible to run for president.
“Once you’ve gotten that ruling from the federal judge and you’re the last man standing in this presidential contest next to Donald Trump, we’ll be happy to have a debate with you one on one, anywhere you want, because that’s the way the system works,” Corey Lewandowski told Boston radio host Jeff Kuhner, as first reported by BuzzFeed News.
“But, as it stands right now, we don’t even know if Ted Cruz is legally eligible to run for president of the United States,” he added.
After Trump decided to skip Thursday evening’s GOP primary debate on Fox News due to his feud with co-moderator Megyn Kelly, Cruz challenged the billionaire businessman to a “mano a mano” debate in Iowa on Saturday.

Obama's stain: The Gitmo gamble

 | Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016

Among recent beneficiaries of President Obama's Gitmo transfer program is an explosives expert who designed mines to sink U.S. ships and the “shoe-bomb” that was used unsuccessfully in 2001 in an attempt to bring down an airliner.
Egyptian Tariq Mahmoud Ahmed al Sawah, who had been personally praised by Osama bin Laden, has been transferred to the government of Bosnia — where he had fought with the Bosnia army in the 1990s, The Washington Times reports.
Reportedly, Mr. al Sawah provided bomb-making instruction at an al-Qaida training camp. According to his private file, “Detainee participated in hostilities against U.S. and Coalition forces and is a veteran extremist combatant.”
But Joint Task Force Guantanamo deemed al Sawah to be a “medium” risk and recommended transfer, The Times reports.
Regardless of any future consequences if al Sawah resumes his bomb-making tutorials, the Obama administration remains undeterred in fulfilling a campaign promise to empty the prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Over the years, the inmate population has declined from more than 700 to about 90.

Ted Cruz Isn't a 'Natural Born' Citizen

According to the Constitution, because Sen. Ted Cruz was not born in the United States, he is not eligible to run for president.

Republican presidential candidate, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, speaks during a campaign stop Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016, in Hollis, N.H.
Cruz owes his American citizenship to legislation, not virtue of birth.
By + More

As expected, the question of whether Sen. Ted Cruz is eligible to hold the office of the president based on his Canadian birth is now front-and-center thanks to Cruz's GOP presidential nominee rival Donald Trump. Constitutional scholars are dusting off their crystal balls as they are asked to discern what the Founding Fathers really meant by "natural born" citizen. Let me join the chorus of opinions by saying that based on the original framework of the Constitution and the 14th Amendment, Sen. Ted Cruz does not appear to be constitutionally eligible to hold the office of the president.

Ted Cruz forward US Constitution For Dummies, Book reveals Cruz not eligible as natural born citizen, US Supreme Court 1898 Wong Kim Ark case, Chief Justice Melville Fuller … were eligible to the presidency while children of our citizens born abroad were not
“It is unreasonable to conclude that ‘natural born citizen’ applied to everybody born within the geographical tract known as the United States, irrespective of circumstances; and that the children of foreigners, happening to be born to them while passing through the country . . . were eligible to the presidency, while children of our citizens, born abroad, were not.”…Chief Justice Melville Fuller, Wong Kim Ark
“To his kind of judge, Cruz ironically wouldn’t be eligible, because the legal principles that prevailed in the 1780s and ’90s required that someone actually be born on US soil to be a “natural born” citizen. Even having two US parents wouldn’t suffice. And having just an American mother, as Cruz did, would have been insufficient at a time that made patrilineal descent decisive.”…Laurence H. Tribe, Harvard Law Professor

FROM THE MARSHALL REPORT...

So far among all the candidates running for office (except for Hillary Clinton) Rafael Cruz holds the record for remembering things differently than his colleagues, other candidates, past friends and professors.   He holds the record for not knowing how to fill out paper work correctly and wins the cake walk prize for not knowing he was a citizen of Canada until August of 2013 when he heard it from the Dallas Morning News.  Is this the mental capacity we need or want in a president?  What is worse is that he really  expects the American public to believe his excuses.  Does any one really want another liar in the White House?
These are all the more reasons to make sure Trump wins the election.  We need an honest man who loves America and is a natural born citizen.  Trump knows where he was born and he is proud of it!  He doesn’t have to read about it in the morning news!

TED CRUZ coaches family in campaign ad...

Cruz dismisses legitimate constitutional concerns which a voter might have as a laughing matter, all without merit. This would be one thing for a constitutional liberal. But the Official 2016 Republican Constitutional Conservative?

Part 1 is here.
A word cloud envelops the Ted Cruz campaign for president. "Consistent." "Conservative." "Reliable." "Consistent conservative," "reliable conservative." "Trusted." Or, as the tagline goes, "TrusTed."This branding does not serve Ted Cruz well. After all, he is a politician. In his short career as a senator and presidential candidate, Cruz has already flip-flopped on vital immigration and trade issues. There is a pattern to his political "evolution."
As a measure of the Trump effect, Cruz has moved from the globalist position to the nationalist position on Syrian refugess (for to against), Obamatrade (for to against), H1B visas (from calling for expansion to calling for a moratorium), birthright citizenship (from waste of conservative time to must end it). Now he even calls for a "wall that works." In this way, Cruz has moved to occupy brand new political terrain that Donald Trump by himself opened up (which is why Trump has my vote).
Fine. Americans frequently forgive and forget flip flops. But dub Candidate A the Shining Knight of Consistency and don't be suprised when A's inconsistencies take centerstage, especially when Candidate A is all about branding Candidate B as ... inconsistent.

Ted Cruz is also known to us as the "constitutional conservative," a moniker I never thought to question until I watched Canada-born Cruz dismiss and, then, on national television, distort and mock what is widely perceived to be the constitutionally conservative, or "originalist" understanding of the Constitution's "natural born" clause. (For the record, I commented on Cruz's ineligibility on such grounds in a syndicated column in 2013.) Thus, Cruz dismisses legitimate constitutional concerns which a voter might have as a laughing matter, all without merit. This would be one thing for a constitutional liberal. But the Official 2016 Republican Constitutional Conservative? Again, the branding becomes a liability, if not also an irritant.
The serious accusation leveled against Barack Obama comes from retired Army Maj. Gen. Patrick Brady, a recipient of the Medal of Honor, who told WND bluntly, “Obama loathes the military.”
“His goal is to reduce the military to impotence,” Brady said in an interview. “That way, during his reign, which, thank God, is almost over, he could point to an emasculated military and say he didn’t have the capability to [do] anything about it. If it came to a confrontation, I don’t think he would fight.”
Brady explained Obama “changed the ethos of the military” by lowering standards and moral values. He specifically identified the removal of the bans on open homosexuality and women in combat positions as destructive.
“It’s gone from a masculine-oriented outfit to a girly man kind of an outfit,” Brady said.

Hillary’s email scandal has gotten worse.

Hillary's emails miraculously contained secret info 'cut and pasted' from classified federal networks
 By Robert Laurie Full Story
Hillary Clinton’s use of an insecure secret email server was obviously a problem in and of itself, but the steady drip, drip, drip of information has revealed that Mrs. Clinton’s latest scandal goes well beyond mere procedural issues. Just last week we learned that her communications contained information from some of the country’s most secretive and highly guarded programs. We also learned that China and Russia probably had access to it. Now, because it’s a day that ends in ‘Y,’ Hillary’s email scandal has gotten worse.
A FEW CHOICE WORDS FOR MARK LEVIN AND NATIONAL REVIEW'S ELMER GANTRY'S
PART 1 of 2

By: Devvy
January 25, 2016
NewsWithViews.com
The unprecedented dirty attacks against Donald Trump continue by individuals who proclaim they represent the only definition of conservative. Mark Levin, referred to as 'The Great One' by Sean Hannity has referred to Trump supporters as nut jobs and kooks. 'The Great One' who has become very wealthy peddling dangerous propaganda in his book promoting a constitutional convention has been quite angry over Americans demanding adherence to the U.S. Constitution regarding presidential eligibility. So much so Levin let the world know what he thinks of me and anyone else questioning HIS candidate's eligibility: "ARE THE A-HOLES WHO PUSHED THIS CRAP FOR DAYS HAPPY NOW?" Yes, all in caps which in cyber etiquette translates to yelling at the recipient.
Levin is a lawyer and referred to as a real constitutional scholar. Really? Mark Levin can read but apparently refuses to acknowledge Ted Cruz is ineligible:
"Levin then addressed arguments that someone has to be born to two US citizens in order to be considered a natural born citizen by stating that such a rule appears nowhere in the Constitution. He added, “So, rather than being activists, and liberals, and re-writing the Constitution, and trying to change it to accommodate a candidate, that's not what constitutional conservatives do. That's not who we are.” From the same piece: "He further stated that attacking Cruz's eligibility is something liberals have done, and that “using left-wing arguments against a conservative is unacceptable.”
What horse manure. Investigating ANY presidential candidate's eligibility is hardly "using left-wing arguments against a conservative...". Millions of Americans, including yours truly, not only questioned the constitutional eligibility of the Manchurian Candidate squatting in the Red House, Barry Soetoro aka Obama, but we've gone after Cruz, Rubio and prior to his dropping out, Bobby Jindal because it is the right thing to do and political parties be damned.
Levin gushes that because Cruz released his mother's birth certificate - just like blow hard Bill O'Reilly repeatedly saying a birth announcement in a newspaper makes Barry Soetoro aka Obama eligible - so too is Cruz. Really? Then why, Mr. Levin, is Ted Cruz refusing to release documentation showing he's a U.S. citizen, never mind a natural born citizen? I do believe Ted Cruz must prove he's even a U.S. citizen at this point before the discussion goes any further, don't you? [Emphasis below is mine]
“A child born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent or parents may acquire U.S. citizenship at birth if certain statutory requirements are met. The child's parents should contact the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate to apply for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America (CRBA) to document that the child is a U.S. citizen. If the U.S. embassy or consulate determines that the child acquired U.S. citizenship at birth, a consular officer will approve the CRBA application and the Department of State will issue a CRBA, also called a Form FS-240, in the child's name.....
"Unfortunately, there is no evidence to suggest that the parent or parents of Ted Cruz ever filed a CRBA form with the U.S. Government in or around 1970, which is why Ted Cruz released a copy of his Canadian citizenship records and not any U.S. citizenship records. At present, all FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests filed in search of any U.S. citizenship documents to confirm the true official U.S. citizenship status of Ted Cruz have been denied access. All citizenship records for Ted Cruz are sealed unless and until Ted Cruz agrees to allow any such records to be released by either U.S. or Canadian agencies. As a result, there remains no authentic evidence to support the claims that Ted Cruz is either a “natural born” or “naturalized” citizen of the United States."
Last week a new batch of drama queens took center stage in the war against Donald Trump. That would be the Elmer Gantry's at National Review and various well known personalities who all proclaim to be the quintessential definition of conservative. For those who have not had the pleasure of watching the movie, Elmer Gantry, based on a novel by Sinclair Lewis, watch it on line (small fee) or rent it from one of the many outlets. Elmer Gantry was a preacher. A con man like you've never seen. Burt Lancaster won his only Oscar for his performance and was one of the 'greats' of the big screen unlike the past couple of decades of 'actors' who can't hold a candle to actors like Glen Ford, Robert Mitchum, Steve McQueen, John Wayne Jimmy Stewart and so many others.
"A little over three months ago, National Review endorsed Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) for Speaker of the House. In doing so, National Review helped place a man with a two-decade history of pushing open borders immigration policies in charge of the Republican Party's entire legislative agenda. Ten weeks after that endorsement helped Paul Ryan secure the Speakership, Ryan proceeded to swiftly pass an omnibus spending bill that funded and expanded President Obama’s immigration agenda.
"Ryan's bill provided funding for sanctuary cities, illegal alien resettlement, illegal alien tax credits, and visa issuances to nearly 300,000 (temporary and permanent) Muslim migrants over the next 12 months alone. The bill also funded an expansion of the highly controversial H-2B foreign worker program, which Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) said violated Ryan's “promise not to bring major immigration legislation to the floor this year.”
"The H-2B foreign worker program imports low-wage laborers into the country to take American jobs in maintenance, theme parks, construction, food processing, restaurants, and hospitality– meaning that Ryan's Speakership and immigration policies have already resulted in the GOP’s own constituency, along with workers nationwide, losing their livelihoods and ability to support their families."
Rich Lowry is a little weasel who has been selling the ever popular 'smaller government, less taxes' con game for decades. Just like Mark Levin. Both of them lament Donald Trump is not their brand of conservative. The 22 individuals who joined National Review with a cacophony of opinions - most who have never held any kind of public office - rip into Donald Trump. Here's a few of them: Glenn Beck ( who idolizes the original white supremacist, Abe Lincoln) , David Boaz, Brent Bozell, Mona Charen, Ben Domenech, Erik Erickson, Steven F. Haywood, Mark Helprin, Bill Kristol (father was a Trotskyite), Yuval Levin, Michael Medved, Thomas Sowell, Cal Thomas; was sorry to see Andrew McCarthy on the list.
Let's look at one thing Glenn Beck said in that National Review piece: "If Donald Trump wins the Republican nomination, there will once again be no opposition to an ever-expanding government." Here's a news flash for Glenn Beck: Ever expanding government comes from those crooks, liars, cheats and thieves called the U.S. Congress - both parties. A sitting president does not have to sign any budget that contains unconstitutional spending.
"Talk radio host Glenn Beck wrote a blistering denunciation of GOP frontrunner Donald Trump's campaign spokesperson Katrina Pierson, calling her “a hard core leftist.” However, two years ago Beck called Pierson a “fearless principled conservative” when she was running for Congress and enjoyed the support of Texas senator Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), whose presidential campaign Beck endorsed today in Iowa." Here's another hysterical one from Glenn: Beck: Trump's Use of Nationalism, Populism ‘Dangerous Combination,’ ‘Makings of Adolf Hitler’
Let me give Mark Levin, Rich Lowry and the rest of those alleged conservatives a history lesson starting with Ronald Reagan.
Reagan pledged during his campaign for president to get rid of the unconstitutional Federal Department of Education; see here along with the unconstitutional SBA (Small Business Administration). He did neither. What he did do with the help of his old party in Congress, the Democratic/Communist Party USA, was run up the national debt. That was Reagan's definition of 'smaller government'. Not to mention signing the phony 1986 immigration 'reform' bill which OPENED the flood gates for the 30+ year human invasion killing our country today. Under Ronnie's 'fiscally conservative' reign the national debt went from $997,855,000,000 to $2,602,437,712,041.
On September 9, 1996, while in Georgia, Bob Dole said it was the goal of the GOP to abolish the Federal Department of Education. Sounded good, but of course it never happened. Was good for votes, though.
When Bush, Jr., took office the country gave the U.S. House of Representatives who control OUR purse, a GOP majority. Since then we the people have given Republicans in both the House and Senate the majority. In all those years did those 'conservatives' and tea party blow hards stop the national debt from shooting to Mars? No. The first test for all those newly minted tea party congress critters was a vote to stop raising the debt ceiling . What did they do? They caved and voted to keep spending into oblivion, heaping trillions more debt on our children and grand children.
In all those years with a Republican in the White House and majority in both chambers did this happen?

1. Overturn all unconstitutional Executive Orders put on the books by Bill Clinton or Barry Soetoro aka Obama? No. Have they repealed thousands of job killing, unconstitutional regulations from unconstitutional cabinets and agencies? No. The GOP for decades has promoted and executed Fascism in this country. Fascism is regulating all industry and commerce in a country and that's exactly what Republicans in power have allowed to go on.
What Levin, Lowry and all the rest have conserved is supporting politicians who have allowed unconstitutional agencies to pass thousands of job killing regulations and refusing to adhere to the U.S. Constitution.

2. Smaller government means abolishing unconstitutional cabinets (EPA - see here) and agencies like USAID under the State Department. The U.S. Aid for International Development has ZERO authority to steal from you and me to throw around the world because Congress never had the authority to create such an agency. Hundreds of billions of dollars in more debt slapped on our backs; our children have no future except as serfs to the debt machine.
What Levin, Lowry and all the rest have conserved is supporting politicians who have done NOTHING over the decades to stop the growth of government by actually making the federal monster smaller.

3. Get the US out of unconstitutional agreements like NAFTA (No American Factories Taking Applications). NO. Instead, scum like former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich pushed it through with the help of Rush Limbaugh and former Speaker of the House, Johnny Wino Boehner, who got in bed with Nancy Pelosi to keep it intact. Boehner and Pelosi did the same with job killers CAFTA and GATT. The last two terms a brave Republican introduced a bill to get us out of NAFTA. Both times it died because the GOP machine is owned by mega corporations who want Americans to lose their jobs in favor of bringing in cheap labor from other countries.

The Republican Party is OWNED by the anti-American workers operation called the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and mega corporations. THAT is what Levin, Lowry and their brand of conservative is conserving. Voters should remember Ted Cruz's support to betray even more Americans.
Cruz is a big supporter of 'free" trade. That is a fact and for that reason alone he should never become president of this country. For part two click below. What Levin, Lowry and all the rest have conserved is supporting politicians who have pushed through 'free' trade treaties that since 1995 when NAFTA was signed into law have killed more than 8 MILLION good paying full time jobs. They have conserved massive unemployment and over the past seven years spent their time blaming Obama. Yes, he has helped kill jobs but it would not be possible without the consent of the Outlaw Congress.

THE UGLY CONSERVATIVE ENEMY …

cruz beck
The national review is the ghost writer for the globalist elite who desire a North American Union and are willing to prop up a failed magazine with donations in order to spread propaganda and keep political wanna be’s in line with the New World Order global ideals. They have turned into a bed of vipers and have done zero to end any of the bureaucratic programs that are crushing America.
If it had gone unnoticed in the past, it is now blatantly obvious that these political whores are the frontrunners of the super PACs.  They follow the marching orders of the establishment elite who dole out the donor money and dangle promises to republican candidates like a carrot on a stick .  Who will get their nod of approval? Those willing to sell their souls to say and do exactly what the great merchants of the earth desire, and believe me there are plenty of these such soulless who are standing in line for the opportunity to chomp away at that carrot. Especially Canadian born Ted Cruz.
These political pundit hacks are paid pacifiers of propaganda to keep those with morals and values in line. Pretenders of supporting what was once deemed to be conservative, these corporate paid hacks have done nothing to get out and push their political personas to do anything but allow the agenda to continue. That in and of itself is evident for in the last 30 plus years they have done nothing to stop big government and everything to allow it to grow! Exposed they are for the liars and deceivers they HAVE BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE. I call them new world order gate keepers.
Like any deal with the devil, once you agree you can never go back. Trump has made no such deals with any of these minions of evil.  He has stood up against them all.  That is why I am standing with Trump and ready to vote him in as the next President of the United States of America.  ARE YOU READY FOR A LEADER?  VOTE TRUMP IF YOU ARE!

IL Conservative Files Motion to Remove Ted Cruz from State Ballot

An Illinois conservative, and supporter of Dr. Ben Carson, filed a motion Friday to have Ted Cruz’s name removed from the state primary ballot. Cruz was born in Canada.
World Net Daily reported:
A Republican attorney in Illinois, a supporter of Ben Carson, on Friday filed a motion with the Illinois State Board of Elections to have Sen. Ted Cruz’s name removed from the official Republican primary ballot for the Illinois GOP presidential primary set for March 15…
Under the circumstances of a nominee withdrawing, he said, GOP party bosses could make a replacement choice that Joyce would find objectionable, including the possibility of nominating Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, Sen. Marco Rubio, Gov. Chris Christie or Rep. Paul Ryan, all of whom Joyce named as likely Cruz replacements in this scenario…
Sen. Ted Cruz was born in Canada,” Joyce said in a press statement. “He has been a U.S. citizen since birth, but that was by statute. The Constitution requires one to be a ‘natural born’ citizen in order to be president. And the governing case law of the U.S. Supreme Court and the whole history of the law points to the conclusion that Ted Cruz is not a natural born citizen.
“What is worse,” Joyce continued, “is that Sen. Cruz has known about this problem for a long time now. Yet he has not even made any effort to clarify this in any formal setting, though he could have at least done that.
“Sen. Cruz has been whistling past the graveyard all along,” Joyce’s statement continued. “That he should happen to do so within the thoughts of his own mind would be one thing, but that he should now drag the entire Republican Party through a potential nightmare simply because of his negligence, his own private, wishful thinking and his lack of due diligence is inexcusable.”
Joyce’s motion was filed on Friday with James Tenuto, assistant executive director of the Illinois State Board of Elections.
