US Army "Unofficially" Suggests Brain Scan For Eligibility Challenger

The U.S. Army is – unofficially – suggesting a brain scan and medical evaluation for an officer who announced he would refuse to follow further orders until and unless President Obama documents his constitutional eligibility to be commander in chief.

--------------------------------------------
The Obama Regime answers.

This is straight out of the playbook of how the former Communist Soviet Union dealt with those who spoke out.. The dissidents that weren't stood against a wall, would be pronounced insane, and sent to permanent "reeducation" facilities. The "luckier" victims went to the mental hospitals, the others to the salt mines or Gulags in Siberia. Gulags were hard labor facilities designed to kill by beating, freezing, starving, torturing, working or outright shooting the prisoners to death. They were modeled after Hitler's concentration camps.

Even though this is called an unofficial Army evaluation, it should be very troubling to every citizen, by the fact there exists sycophants in our midst whom we would find indistinguishable between the former USSR's NKVD and some Obama lackey.

This should be an indictment of the Obama Regime and Obama. America pre-Obama would never subject her honorable military officers or anyone else for that matter to such disdainful treatment by the government.

This is as foreign to us, as Obama is foreign to America. This is not our beloved military who wrongs Lt Col Lakin, it is the corrupted Obamaists.

Americans wake up. Obama is a Despotic Usurper.

  1. Perspective on the Meaning of the Term "Natural Born"

It is my understanding that the constitutional term "natural born" is a reference to "natural law". This means that a person is recognized as natural born of one country or another, not according to any man-instituted law, but according to the laws of nature. In other words, no law can be made that will make someone a natural born citizen.

However, with this concept in mind, one should not abandon research of the law. Study of U.S. laws and history can bring about greater insight into this matter.

While the first sentence of the 14th Amendment to our Constitution is concerned with citizenship, Congressman John Bingham, who played no small role in the framing of the 14th Amendment, specifically addresses the definition of "natural born". In commenting on the Civil Rights Bill (S.61) in 1866, Bingham said:

"[I] find no fault with the introductory clause, which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen..."

Laws might be made to make someone a citizen upon birth, in the same way that a person might become a citizen by law at any age. Laws might also be made to revoke a person's citizenship. However, no law can change a person's *natural* birth with respect to a country, anymore than a law could be made to change whom a person's natural parents were.

It is appropriate to question the natural heritage or even the citizenship of Obama in consideration of his dual-citizenship at birth, and the unusual and uncertain circumstances of his history. Even more, it is imperative that the questions be answered.
