Is It A Tax or Is It A Mandate?

ObamaCare that unconstitutionally passed piece of garbage posing as Obama's crown jewel isn't a tax one moment, the next it is, which is it Obama? You can't have it both ways.

The Liar-In-Chief,and the Congressional leadership Pelosi and Reid, understood passing this legislation would require the use of the so called Nuclear Option, which suspended the required senate Cloture votes, once the House returned the Bill following reconciliation. As a taxation bill the Nuclear Option would not be a lawful tool available to Senate Majority Leader Reid, therefore the legislation had to be branded as a "mandate" rather than having to do with taxation.

After signature by the usurper, the IRS chimed in by saying they where only chartered to enforce taxation provisions, therefore ObamaCare as a mandate, left the IRS powerless to penalize or collect from taxpayers who fail to obey this legislation.

About 25 states immediately filed suits, arguing the unconstitutionality of a government mandate which requires a citizen to buy a particular product or service in order to live in our society.

Obama (on the advice of Eric Holder) has awakened to the legal absurdity this bill represents, and in hopes of salvaging the bill's intent, has reversed himself and labels Obamacare, by White House decree a Tax.

In the words of Arlen Specter--- Wait a minute, wah, wah, wait a minute, WAIT A MINUTE!!

How can a bill which contains no wording alluding to it's purpose to tax, be considered a tax? If the legislation is a tax, then the methods used by Pelosi and Reid bypassing cloture were unlawful. How will the IRS collect taxes based upon a "presidential decree" ? Since when does the President have the authority to declare a Tax? When in the history of this nation has a business such as a Health Insurance provider or any business for that matter, been the recipient of premium payments from individuals which under Obama's logic are federal taxes, and are not private funds being paid for services rendered? If an individual fails to pay an insurance premium, will Blue Cross have the authority to charge that individual with tax evasion?

What a farce.
