I’d like to share a letter I received from Congressman Tom McClintock, a Conservative and patriotic American. It is dated October 30, 2009.
“Dear Mr. M__, Thank you for conatacting me to express your concerns regarding President Barack Obama’s citizenship and his eligibility to serve as president.
The Constitution is the starting point for determining eligibility to serve as President. The Constitution requires that to be eligible to serve as President an individual must be a natural born citizen of the United States, be at least 35 years old, and have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least 14 years.
Currently, a candidate’s eligibility under these requirements is vetted by a number of sources, both inside the government and out. First, candidates go through an intensive political vetting process in both primaries and general elections–their histories are carefully examined by their political opponents who have a vested interest in uncovering the facts. At the end of the campaigns, the voting public weighs in. Then, when all the votes have been cast and counted, it is up to Congress to certify the results. A final check-and-balance against eligibility irregularities lies with the courts, and ultimately the Supreme Court.
President Obama has been determined constitutionally eligible to serve at each point in the process and is therefore the duly-elected president. I will however continue to seriously consider the options being presented in Congress to amend and codify the process by which our country determines the eligibility of candidates for Federal office. I will also continue to vigorously oppose the President’s vision of bigger government, higher taxes, and less individual liberty.

It is hard for me to believe that Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Sarah Palin, Tom McClintock and Talk Radio, the Conservative voices in the Media, would all vouch for Obama’s eligibility if there was any question that ultimately they would be proven wrong. It would be a diasater for all of them.
So, the big question: WHAT DO THEY KNOW THAT WE DON’T???
How have they been informed?
Clinton and McCain, both, would have used lack of eligibility as a reason to discredit Obama if such were the case. They both had the security clearances and money and power to find out and know the truth.
But since the personal information about Obama is out of circulation, we, the Public, have questions. The first question for me is, HOW IS OBAMA ABLE TO KEEP ALL HIS PERSONAL INFORMATION SEALED?
There is only ONE ORGANIZATION in the world that could do such a thorough job of keeping his records out of circulation. No private individual could do this by himself. Somewhere, somehow, the information would have been leaked. The Press would have found out in some manner.
Must I say it again at this site? The Central Intelligence Agency.
As to why the CIA would do such a thing–that is the big question. The most likely answer and most obvious is Obama must have worked for the Company at one time. His records are sealed on that account. The Washington Insiders and select Media personnel have been briefed and the CIA has guarunteed to them Obama’s eligibility.
Here at this site the conversation of very well meaning and patriotic citizens to include support for LTC Lakin, sometimes goes off into wild accusation and speculation to make everyone in Washington a traitor and guilty of treason. Is that realistic?
I keep bringing up the CIA connection, folks, because there is no other answer in my mind unless you want to burn the house down and say they are all lying traitors. I don’t believe Tom McClintock is, nor Sean Hannity, nor Sarah Palin. They are honest, patriotic Americans who have received classified information that if they compromise would result in severe penalties. That is why they and the courts won’t touch this subject.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
It's an intriguing theory. I've been following Dr. James David Manning, and read his theories and the evidence presented that supports the idea of Obama working for the CIA in support of the Mujahideen against the Russians in Afghanistan while he was ostensibly a student at Columbia University as well as his mother Stanley Ann Dunham working for a known CIA front in Pakistan or Indonesia about the same time.
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to fathom how such service to the CIA, while patriotic and laudable, would be seen as overriding basic Constitutional requirements however. How would his location of birth, birth certificate or lack thereof compromise classified information? Does the CIA permanently classify all information related to former employees? It's possible I suppose.
Another theory I consider is that people in positions of power may see treacherous, uncharted waters in confronting this Constitutional crisis and gravely fear the outcome of what it would do to the social fabric of the our nation to take the necessary steps to remove Obama. And perhaps they fairly consistently conclude it's best not to go there. I see a similar reaction in trusted friends with whom I have shared evidence. While my first instinct is expose and remove a putative President lacking eligibility, there is a preference in some to see him voted out the old fashion way.
