A MESSAGE FROM CARL SWENSSON...

To all my friends in battle,

The Judge pulled the lawyers for the three cases into chambers before it all began and advised them that he would be issuing a default judgment in our favor, since the Defense council failed to show, and wanted to end it there. We argued that all the evidence needed to be entered in to record so the Judge allowed for a speedy hearing where all evidence was entered into the court record. What that means is this… Any appeal, if one is even possible, would be based on the evidence provided by the lawyers in each case. Both Van Irion and My lawyer, Mark Hatfield made certain that our cases and evidence in those two cases would be closed so as not to be affiliated, in any way, with “Birther” Orly Taitz. As expected, she was an embarrassment.

Now we’re merely awaiting the publishing of this Judge’s ruling which, as previously stated, will be a Default Judgment.
In other words…we won. Now it’s time for the rest of the States to take my lead and duplicate this effort.

Carl

  1. I postulate that this hearing would never have take place were it not for the three years of Orly Taitz's tireless efforts to fight obama's ineligibility.

I suggest you would be well advised to acknowledge her contributions to what may be the success of today's hearing for all parties involved in the downfall of obama.

    1. An embarrassment ??

She is the ONLY one with the balls to stand up for this country and its citizens.

She worked VERY hard, and is well appreciated by the rest of us.

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF for making that comment.

  2. In what way was Orly Taitz an embarrassment? was it necessary to post that in your comments?

  3. Not at all sure I like your tone -- you refer to Dr. Taitz as "Birther", so you're no better than the Obama 'Alinsky' crowd that ridicules folks who support Article 2 of our Constitution. She deserves a lot more respect than you provide in your annotation.

    Best regards,

  4. Carl diminishes only himself with personal comments about a fellow patriot who has lived under a government exactly like where we are all headed. All attempts to expose corruption are appreciated by many of us.

  5. carl,

i wonder how slick your lawyer would appear speaking russian as a second language and arguing your case in a ukraine courtroom. orly, is not a good lawyer. the stops and starts with her witnesses were excruciating to say the least. however, let's put things in perspective. orly is fighting for justice that the law SHOULD have provided the minute obamafraud put his name in the hat for POTUS. obamafraud is the biggest scandal in the history of our country - bar none! this scandal has revealed that this country is now an oligarchy, that both major political parties are corrupt to the core. so what are people doing about it all? i think you should try to see orly not as the brilliant lawyer - far from it - but as a true patriot with bulldog tenacity out in the trenches FIGHTING, trying REAL HARD against overwhelming corruption and an overwhelming propaganda media machine that can execute a TV, radio, internet 'mass media murder' against an individual by prosecuting, judging and condemning in the time it takes for you to go get a beer and return to the couch.

As an afterthought, let's look at what you have done today. You said the father of obama is not a u.s. citizen, ergo, obama is not a natural born citizen. How many people in all of government already were quite aware of that simple fact? Where has it gotten us? Scary isn't it!

  6. Are you going to publish my comment?

  7. I have a question, will the judge enter a default judgment with and OPINION, or will he render the judgment with out comment? If there is no comment, than how can anyone say that the decision was based upon the MERITS of the case? It would only be a default based on the Obama No Show and not the merits.... What is said in that Judgement or not said is the crux of the matter now!!!!!

  9. Mr. Swensson, I am ecstatic with the outcome of today's proceedings; and, I am especially appreciative of the fact that my state of birth and a fellow Georgian has been instrumental in bringing us to this momentous success. But, I am also both saddened and embarrassed by my fellow Georgian's obvious disrespect for Mrs. Orly Taitz. Your own efforts and those of others notwithstanding, she, more than any one other person has kept the Obama eligibility issue in the public eye for the last 3+ years.

Admittedly, all the publicity she has garnered has not been positive in that same public's eye; but, when MOST people who are knowledgeable on this topic think of the efforts to bring closure to the questions, hers is usually the first to come to mind. And, whether or not you recognize it, there is a good reason for that.

I would also stipulate that while she may not have been the most polished attorney in Judge Malihi's courtroom, it is a sure bet there was not a more dedicated person nor more loyal American than her in attendance!

She has been ridiculed relentlessly by the lamestream media and has had her family, her livelihood, and her life threatened continuously for no reason other than her doing the right thing in seeking to set the record straight as to Obama's fraudulent and otherwise criminal activity. She has criss-crossed America time and again in her quest to save our nation from sure destruction in the event Obama is allowed to remain in power. She has traveled to Hawaii several times for the same reason.

Many times, she has had to appear in court before contentious and unsympathetic judges after flying across country and getting little or no sleep before trying to present her case. And, much of her expenses have been paid for out of her own pocket. She has done these things as a result of her deep love for America; and, she has done it while at the same time trying to maintain her dentistry business and take care of her family.

Please know that I am not trying to minimize your own or any other person's sacrifices. Perhaps yours has been just as great or even more so; but, I think you do yourself a great disservice by not giving credit to others where due. We are all in this together; and, I firmly believe that if another violent revolution were to become inevitable, Mrs. Taitz would be amongst the first on the front lines of our nation's defense. I consider you to be a Southern gentleman; so, if nothing else, please give some thought to the concept of Southern Hospitality when dealing with all who are working toward the same goal against those who would destroy our great nation.

    Thank you,
    Jesse T Mims

  10. Carl, I admire and appreciate Orly Taitz, so any thing you say negative about her lowers you in my eyes. You aren't getting a donation from me. You are only being nasty to Orly trying to get donations away from her and to you and your groups. There is only so much money out there. Beckie

  11. Carl, In my eyes you have lowered yourself. Being nasty to Orly. You are just trying to get donations away from her and get them yourself. Beckie

  12. I see we don't have freedom of speech on this website. The gestopa is deleting comments, not to their liking.

  13. You have deleted 8 comments, you coward, just like Eric Holder said about the American people. You are hurting yourself, what kind of liberty do you want to give us?

  14. I am happy to see that so many folks share my feelings regarding his rude and unnecessary comment about Mrs. Taitz.

  15. Orly Taitz might not come across exactly the way you would picture her, however, she appears to more of a patriot than any of us and I'm grateful for everything she has done and is doing to expose this impostor.

I'm not embarrassed of her; I'm proud of her. I'm embarrassed that the American people are letting their country crumble around them and that they don't value their freedom enough to stand up and fight.

  16. I so agree, and not one comment favors Carl. The sad, sad truth is that so many have piggy backed on Orly's efforts; popped up a website and then asked for donations with their gimmy buttons. I say for what? I love what I have read here, and I am disgusted what Mr. Swensson said, how very unpartiotic. Not only did Orly had the fight of her life, she had this growing jealous animosity with no camaraderie from those who are fighting this same battle. Poor Carl, as he has no idea what is being said about him now.
