California attorney Orly Taitz, who has pursued multiple legal challenges to Barack Obama’s eligibility to be the president, is attracting high-level attention, with the Justice Department trying to add itself onto one of her cases and the legal counsel for the Joint Chiefs of Staff being assigned to review another issue.
Taitz has filed multiple legal actions around the country alleging Obama does not meet the constitutional requirements to occupy the Oval Office. One of her cases, filed against Obama as an individual for actions before he took office, is scheduled for a hearing in a California court Monday.
The hearing is on a request by Taitz for a default judgment, since she explains she notified the president of the action weeks ago, and his lawyers failed to respond.
If her motion is granted, Taitz will immediately request access to Obama’s birth records and other documentation that could determine his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.
Taitz has been trying multiple additional notification procedures since U.S. District Judge David O. Carter ruled: “Before the court is a motion by plaintiffs for reconsideration of order to show cause or in the alternative to certify question for appeal. Court sets this matter for hearing TODAY July 13, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom 9D.

Hopefully this court will find "Obama" aka Soetoro in default and Taitz can move forward with her demand that "Obama" produce his records. "Obama" needs to prove once and for all to the American people that he is constitutionally qualified to be POTUS. In the alternative he needs to be arrested and carted of to jail or deported to a country he truly loves.

To those of you who live within an hour or two drive from Santa Ana; I urge you to get up a little early and make the drive to get you to the Federal Building at the 8:00 am opening so you can get a seat behind Dr. Taitz in the courtroom TO WATCH and BE A PART OF, THIS TURNING POINT IN AMERICA’S HISTORY. To date, most judges have weaseled out of making decisions and judgments that would not be seen as favorable in advancing their careers OR detrimental to the Obama machine. I do NOT expect Judge Carter to be looking for “loopholes” so as to avoid “being on the hook” or intimidation by/from “the Feds.”
PLEASE try to get there and show Dr. Taitz your support. If you can’t make it; maybe you “could” go to her web-site and follow directions to make a financial support payment. Her expenses are VERY heavy. On Wednesday, the 16th, she has to BE in Columbus. Georgia for a 9:30 am appearance before the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia on an ancillary case.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
