In early September I wrote a piece discussing how The Washington Post, widely viewed as a flagship of the liberal establishment, was now acknowledging the scale of the collapse facing the Left in this November’s mid-terms. As The Post put it, “Democrats in Congress are no longer asking themselves whether this is going to be a bad election year for them and their party. They are asking whether it is going to be a disaster.”
Three weeks later, there is no evidence to suggest the political landscape is getting any better for President Obama and his party. If anything, it’s getting even worse according to some polls, as a recent CNN survey showed. According to the CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey, a striking 56 percent of Americans now believe President Obama has fallen short of their expectations.
The latest RealClear Politics poll of polls has Obama at just 45 percent approval, and the Republicans currently with a 17 seat advantage in the House of Representatives race, with a further 38 seats in contention. The Senate race remains extremely tight, with RealClear Politics giving the Democrats a projected slim 51 to 49 seat lead, which would mean an eight seat gain by the GOP. At the Governor level, RCP has the Republicans with a nearly two to one advantage in terms of the race for State Houses.
Over at The New York Times however, the message doesn’t seem to have sunk in. The Times, generally regarded as the most powerful and elite liberal media entity in America, has a major piece this evening with the headline: “In Fluid Race, House Majority is Uncertain, GOP Says.” The article goes to extraordinary lengths to talk about a Democratic fight back in November, yet without citing any independent polling evidence to back it up. As The Times puts it:

Republicans carry substantial advantages as they move into the final month of the fall campaign, but the resilience of vulnerable Democrats is complicating Republican efforts to lock down enough seats to capture the House and take control of the unsettled electoral battleground.
By now, Republicans had hoped to put away a first layer of Democrats and set their sights on a second tier of incumbents. But the fight for control of Congress is more fluid than it seemed at Labor Day, with Democrats mounting strong resistance in some parts of the country as they try to hold off a potential Republican wave in November.

While acknowledging “the chances of a Republican takeover in the House remain far greater than in the Senate”, The Times bullishly declares that “enough contests remain in flux that both parties head into the final four weeks of the campaign with the ability to change the dynamic before Election Day.”
I haven’t come across a single major poll which supports this conclusion, and as for the GOP “declaring a house majority is uncertain” the piece merely cites unnamed “Republican strategists” as its source. And this view is completely contradicted in the same article by Senator John Cornyn of Texas, chairman of the Republican Senatorial Committee who, according to The Times, “said Democrats were delusional if they believed an upswing was under way.”
The Washington Post, to its credit, has offered a realistic assessment of the scale of the political revolution that is likely to sweep Washington this November. The New York Times, on the other hand, remains in a state of denial, and still seems to be living in November 2008. My guess is that on November 2nd 2010, The Times and the diehard liberal elites that continue to cling to it’s archaic left-wing vision will be given a wake-up call that will reverberate across the United States.
Although he won’t be on the ballot, the mid-terms will largely be a referendum on Barack Obama’s leadership. And by all accounts, The New York Times aside, the president is almost certainly heading towards a massive humiliation at the polls, no matter how hard his supporters try to put a positive spin on it.

Regarding the visual design of the facade of the mosque: Yes, there are many Stars of David, and as well, there are pentagons. They are stylized, but definitely there: the "clusters" of very thick framework within the design are all groupings of pentagon shapes.
Also, the "dip" in the roofline has the eye seeing two buildings, and the varying light and darker areas do give the impression of smoke - all this besides the sloped rows of Stars of David.

And hasn't anyone else wondered why these islamists chose this particular view for their news release? Not just looking at the building - the eye is looking UP at an angle at the perceived height - just as were the most familiar photos of the towers of the World Trade Center.

Finally - considering what this building is, and where it is to be - there is not even the smallest possibility of the visual impression being coincidental. And no such "mistakes" would just "happen" to occur. This is so obviously a deliberate islamic victory design that I would venture the further possibility that if each and every one of those tiny-to-large openings, and/or design "lines" were counted, the total would reflect the total number of those slaughtered on 9/11/01.

CNN's Rick Sanchez Fired After Calling Jon Stewart a Bigot

NEW YORK -- CNN fired news anchor Rick Sanchez on Friday, a day after he called Jon Stewart a bigot in a radio show interview where he also questioned whether Jews should be considered a minority.

Sanchez, who was born in Cuba and had worked at CNN since 2004, was host of the two-hour "Rick's List" on CNN's afternoon lineup. He did a prime-time version of that show in recent months, but that ended this week because the time slot is being filled by a new show featuring former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer and columnist Kathleen Parker.

Stewart had frequently poked fun of Sanchez on Comedy Central's "The Daily Show," most recently for saying on the air that his show had received a tweet from House Republican leader John Boehner. Stewart called it a case of "send a twit a tweet."

"He's upset that someone of my ilk is almost at his level," Sanchez said during a satellite radio interview with Pete Dominick. Details of the interview were posted on the Mediaite website Friday and quickly became a topic of conversation in the media world.

Sanchez said that Stewart is bigoted toward "everybody else that's not like him." He said Stewart "can't relate to what I grew up with," saying his family had been poor and he had seen prejudice directed at his father.
"I'm telling you that everyone who runs CNN is a lot like Stewart, and a lot of people who run all the other networks are a lot like Stewart, and to imply that somehow they, the people in this country who are Jewish, are an oppressed minority?" Sanchez said, adding a sarcastic "yeah."

"I can't see someone not getting a job these days because they're Jewish," he said.

Are you listening to the People? Are you listening to the members of your "912 Project" who are trying to talk to you on air about the "elephant in the room" of American political discussion and legal question about the 2008 election. Or are you still telling your call screeners to block their calls and/or moderate them out of your chat rooms just like the members of Congress do? Congress is not listening to the People. The election in Massachusetts showed you the results of what happens when the elected officials do not listen to the People. A very large percentage, probably 75%+, of the "912 Project" folks and "Tea Party" folks believe that Obama is NOT constitutionally eligible to be the President or certainly at least want the matter fully and thoroughly discussed in public and investigated by the courts and want Obama's hidden and sealed early life original paper records unsealed and revealed. Photoshop'd digital images on the internet are legal proof of nothing.

And then there is the issue for the 1961 newspaper ads you tout as infallible proof. They were not placed directly by family members but instead generated by the Hawaiian Health Department upon any birth registration in their system, no matter what the source. Have you heard of the GIGO effect for birth registration systems. Falsified birth registration records in yields false record reports in Hawaiian newspapers out. This was likely done by the grandmother simply to get her newborn grandson U.S. citizenship, despite where he might have really been born or not. Births could be registered as having occurred in Hawaii with a simple mail-in form filled out by one family member alleging the birth occurred "at home" with no independent witnesses. No one back then in Hawaii checked the credibility of the facts placed on that form. No one at the time was thinking 45 years into the future that this child might someday be a candidate for President and thus someone would question and check the underlying credibility of the facts of the false birth registration in Hawaii after relatives accounts in Kenya surfaced saying that he was born there instead and when newspaper accounts in Kenya reported that Obama was Kenyan born. No one in 1961 ever thought this document fraud would be uncovered. Like much of Obama's early life background it was a decision of expediency by the family for that moment in time. Simply getting the highly valued basic U.S. citizenship for the child is the goal of any falsified birth registration in the U.S., today as well as back then. Simple as that. Listen to this discussion on the Bill Cunningham radio show.

Glenn, are you giving these people who have supported you a voice? Or are you silencing their voices from getting on the air? If you don't believe me, take a survey of them. Ask them on the air simply, "Do you believe that Obama is a "natural born Citizen" of the USA to constitutional standards?" And then put the responders and callers on the air to answer you and discuss it with you. But listen to them also and don't just immediately shout them down and ridicule them at first breath.

Not only does Obama have questionable constitutional eligibility because of questions as to where Obama may or may not have been born, but in addition to that and even more importantly it is because Obama's father was NOT a Citizen of the USA, or ever an immigrant to the USA. We are a nation of immigrants and Obama's father was not one of them. Obama was not the son of an immigrant as was falsely stated during his inauguration. The American people were lied to by Obama through the whole campaign enabled by a complicit media. Obama's father was not even a permanent resident of the USA. Obama was born with multiple citizenship and more specifically, he had allegiance to Great Britain at birth via his British Subject father. Obama was thus born a British Subject too under the British Nationality Act of 1948. Obama does not dispute this but won't allow a full public discussion or debate on the impact of this in Congress or in the courts. How can a British Subject be considered a "natural born Citizen" of the USA to "constitutional standards". The Democratically controlled Congress investigated McCain's citizenship status when asked by doubters of McCain but not Obama's when asked by doubters of Obama's. Have you ever thoroughly investigated why?

Progressives have deceived many Americans with rewriting history and the meaning of words. But have they fooled you too on the meaning of the unique legal term of art "natural born Citizen" in Article II of our Constitution? Or do you have your mind totally closed to the real truth for some reason known only to you? Or have threats been made against you and your family and/or your career if you tell the real truth of the meaning and intent of Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of our Constitution as it applies to Obama.

Obama may or not be a Citizen or a 14th Amendment "born Citizen" of the USA depending on where he really was born. But he is certainly NOT an Article II "natural born Citizen" (to constitutional standards) as is required by Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution to serve as the President and Commander in Chief of the military. So Glenn, you believe that Obama is a Citizen. You said so on the air when you call doubters crazy and used Saul Alinsky Rules for Radicals #5 "ridicule tactics" on your own listeners. Are you being deliberating deceptive?

Glenn, the real question is, do you believe Obama is a "natural born Citizen" as is required in Article II of the Constitution and as the framers of the Constitution understood that legal term of art to mean in 1789 and which has been affirmed since by at least four U.S. Supreme Court decisions which have never been overturned or reversed by any subsequent Supreme Court decision. The progressives have covered up these cases up or obfuscated their meaning in discussing "natural born Citizen" on the internet. That is function of Obama's "blog squads", to deceive people. They have filled Wiki and other sites with false and misleading information and redefined the meaning of words and historic legal terms of art in an attempt to rewrite history on the internet. But the truth is there in the cases for every intellectually honest person to read and understand. I suggest you do some more research on the founders and framers intent for the "eligibility clause" to be President and Commander in Chief of our military in Article II, to constitutional standards. Research who put that unique legal term of art into Section 1, Clause 5 of Article II and why! Obama had to repeat the Oath of Office a second time because it was not to "constitutional standards" the first time. Constitutional standards are far more important than popular opinion standards, especially when it comes to who can be President and command our military and who will reliably provide for the protection of our liberties and the national security of our nation.

Read the above link and the cited Supreme Court cases. Dissect the Apuzzo essay and cases he cites. Analyze them. Then present what you learn by doing an explanation of each case on your radio and TV shows if you have the courage to do so. Or have you been scared off doing it with threats to you and your family? Or does your fear of damage to your career trump your love of the U.S. Constitution and protection of the future of our Constitutional Republic for your kids and grandkids to come?

Are you in denial on this constitutional issue? Are you doing all that you can to expose the full truth about Obama and his early life and hidden and sealed records? Only you looking into the mirror each morning know the answer to that question. There are no heroes. Only ordinary people living in heroic times. How will you be remembered in this historic time and calling to preserve our liberty? Many have been called before and many in standing up to protect our liberty have perished or lost everything, except liberty. Where are you standing regarding the "elephant in the room" question of the first half of this century and the progressives' hail-Mary pass to their Socialist/Marxist America goal line with getting Obama elected even though he is not constitutionally eligible? Will you let it stand? Will you work to tell the real truth and discuss openly Obama's birth Citizenship status and questions on the air or will you allow the progressives to silence you as well, as the rest of us have been silenced who do not have the microphone you do?

We ask of you a full, thorough, and fair public "on air" investigation, discussion, and debate with your listeners on the question of Obama's birth citizenship status to "constitutional standards" as it applies to Article II of our Constitution.

A Test for the Supremes

This case is about whether our nation should allow a precedent created by a popular vote to stand that makes it possible for an individual who is born with dual and conflicting foreign allegiance to become President and Commander-in-Chief of the Military. This case is about whether we should allow a critical question such as the meaning of a ‘natural born Citizen’ to be answered by the political parties and the people through their act of voting at the polls, or by the judicial branch of government…

On September 30 2010, a petition to the Supreme Court asking them to grant a Writ of Certiorari in the Kerchner v. Obama and Congress lawsuit was filed by Attorney Apuzzo for Commander Kerchner. Painstakingly shepherding this case through the proper legal procedures for more than twenty (20) months, without legal error or misstep, Commander Kerchner’s case is finally ripe for judicial review.
The petition delineates in considerable detail the reasons why the Supreme Court should take the case, offering a slightly different perspective on the excellent pleadings that have characterized Kerchner’s effort since January 2009.

Medal of Honor recipient Thomas Norris was turned away from a White House tour on Sept. 25 after the Secret Service neglected to clear him. Also nixed from the tour was the family of another Medal of Honor recipient, the late Vernon Baker, because the hero's grandson was wearing a T-shirt and shorts.

The 10-year-old boy's T-shirt was emblazoned with the image of his celebrated grandfather, who had just been buried a day earlier at Arlington National Cemetery. Norris, a Navy lieutenant who was awarded the Medal of Honor for rescuing two downed pilots in Vietnam, had accompanied accompanied the Baker family to Washington, D.C., for the military burial.

And this IS acceptable attire ????

Baker was awarded the Medal of Honor for heroic actions in an attack on a German stronghold during World War II.

Since the incident the White House has moved to make amends by inviting the Baker family and Norris back.

“We would have loved to have hosted 10-year-old Vernon and his family at the White House and we have reached out to the Baker family and Lt. Norris to communicate our deep regret and invite them back to the White House,” spokesman Adam Abrams said. “This family, as well as Lt. Norris, have given so much to our nation and they have our sincerest appreciation and our apologies for this misunderstanding.”

Norris, a retired FBI agent and Navy Seal,( Editorial Note: Norris, an ex US Navy SEAL, retired FBI Agent, Medal of Honor winner is considered a security threat?? To who Obama????) said he was turned away at the White House by an employee of the Office of Management and Budget because the Secret Service had not run a security clearance on him.

"He apologized," Norris said. "He told me the Secret Service has informed me they haven't had time to do a background check and you can't get in."

Moments later, after Norris gave up his place in the tour to the Baker family's driver, who had clearance, Baker's grandson, Vernon Pawlik, 10, was denied entry because he was wearing shorts and the T-Shirt bearing his grandfather's image. Also on the tour were Vernon Baker's widow, Heidy and her daughter Alexandra.

At that point the family gave up and left the White House, Norris said.

It's unclear why tour officials made reference to the boy's attire. There's no dress code for White House tours and the St. Maries Gazette newspaper in the family's hometown reported today that the family had checked about possible dress codes ahead of time just to make sure.

Norris said he wondered why when questions arose no one in charge stepped forward to assess the circumstances.

"You would think there would be someone there to stand up and say, 'I'm a supervisor and we can make an exception" for a living Medal of Honor recipient and the grandson of another.

Norris said that little Vernon was looking forward to the tour and the chance to meet President Obama. He even bought a copy of Obama's book, in case he got a chance to get the president's signature.

As it turned out, Obama was out of town on Saturday.

The whole incident "is beyond understanding," said Norris, who was awarded the nation's highest honor for military service in 1976 for his actions in Vietnam in 1972.

Vernon Baker, the boy's grandfather, was the only living black World War II veteran to receive the Medal of Honor for uncommon valor. In 1945 he rallied the troops after their commander deserted and took a German stronghold in Italy, taking out three machine gun nests, two bunkers and an observation post.

The Tides Foundation, founded in San Francisco 1976, and its affiliated Tides Center form a network of the leading brokers of the unfolding "Obama Revolution," Loudon writes, that promises "nothing less than the complete transformation of our economy," as Obama expressed it during the 2008 campaign in announcing his energy plan for America.

Tides money flows to thousands of far-left independent public charities, lobby organizations and "projects," including the notorious community organizing group ACORN, David Brock's Media Matters for America and the Center for Constitutional Rights.

Anonymity is one key to Tides' success, the report says, noting donors are not required to reveal the recipients of their contributions.

But what makes the Tides network unique is that it combines the foundation's role as a donor-advised funder with the center's activities, "nurturing and sheltering many of its fledgling groups with legal advice and fundraising assistance," Loudon writes.

The Tides Foundation claims it has distributed $400 million in grants to progressive nonprofits since 2000, but Loudon believes the true amount must be significantly higher.

He notes that according to the respected FoundationSearch. com philanthropy database, the Tides Foundation gave 14,246 grants totaling $630.6 million from 1999 through 2008.

In 2008, Tides gave about $84 million to U.S. nonprofits and about $20 million to foreign nonprofits.

ACORN and some of its spinoffs have received from Tides grants totaling nearly $1.2 million while the left-wing "media watchdog" Media Matters has received $500,000. READ MORE...
