U.S. judge throws out Arizona sheriff's immigration suit against Obama
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A federal judge on Tuesday threw out a lawsuit brought against Barack Obama by an Arizona police chief who called the U.S. president's sweeping immigration reforms unconstitutional, saying the plaintiff lacked legal standing in the case.
Judge Beryl Howell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia denied the demand by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio for a preliminary injunction to halt the policies.
Arpaio, who calls himself "America's Toughest Sheriff," filed the case last month, saying Obama had overstepped his powers by bypassing Congress and ordering the changes himself.
Arpaio's lawsuit said the reforms, which eased the threat of deportation for about 4.7 million undocumented immigrants, amounted to an amnesty and would encourage more people to cross the border illegally.
Beryl's 33-page decision said Arpaio did not meet the legal requirements to qualify as a person of standing in bringing the case on constitutional grounds. [...] Continued @ Yahoo News.

Sheriff Arpaio Predicts War on Police: ‘I’m Afraid It’s Going to Spread Across the Nation’
Arizona’s Sheriff Joe Arpaio came on the Breitbart News Sunday Show on Sirius XM Patriot radio to talk about the national war on police with host Stephen K. Bannon. “America’s toughest Sheriff” started off with a bang telling Breitbart’s Executive News Chairman that, “I’m going to court tomorrow, down in Washington, suing Obama, so we’ll see how that goes.”
Arpaio is suing the president, arguing that the imposed executive amnesty is unconstitutional. He is also suing Obama for ordering the release of some 4,000 criminals from his jail over the last year. He told the Daily News back in November that one of the many negative effects of the new executive order “will be the increased release of criminal aliens back onto streets.”The sheriff said that he believes the heightened rhetoric coming from politicians and community leaders about police brutality and racism “at least indirectly” caused the death of Officers Liu and Ramos on Saturday. The two NYPD officers were shot execution style by an assassin while they were eating their lunch in a patrol car.
Arpaio contends that there is no one more incendiary than Al Sharpton when it comes to race baiting. “We better tell him to chill out, knock it off, stop going to the White House sitting next to the president and talking about race,” he said. According to Arpaio there is a war against cops and he strongly believes our leaders and the media should be siding with the cops.

President Barack Hussein Obama, not to be undone by his two fraudulent elections and the myriad of what he calls phony scandals, has upped the ante once again. Just fresh off of his admittedly “emperor-like” executive action unconstitutionally granting amnesty to over 5 million illegal aliens – which Sheriff Joe Arpaio and I are challenging in our lawsuit Monday, Dec. 22 – this avowed socialist president has again exercised his so-called executive authority and opened up relations with communist Cuba, after decades of a justified economic embargo. In so doing, he cut an under-the-table deal with Cuban President Raul Castro and freed three Cuban spies who had been criminally convicted of participating in shooting down four Brothers to the Rescue who years ago were flying over the Florida Straits to save rafters fleeing from this communist hell hole. Brothers to the Rescue, a humanitarian group founded by Jose Basulto, a true American hero and former CIA agent who was at the Bay of Pigs and whom I am proud to call my friend and client (I obtained a $1.8 million judgment against Castro for this dastardly act), was not even consulted on the deal before Obama announced it, opening a deep wound in the Miami Cuban community and trampling on the graves of Basulto’s brothers.
One can debate whether relations with Cuba should be normalized and the trade embargo lifted at some point in time after the deaths of the Castro brothers, but it is indisputable that the “terms” agreed to by President Obama and his socialist if not communist minions in his administration amount to simple capitulation – for the quid pro quo over the last five decades has been simply that the Castros must agree to free elections on the communist island. Cuba has not agreed to this; its Hitleresque dictatorship continues unabated. Indeed, Fidel and now Raul, his brother, are simply repackaged versions of the Fuhrer.
Shortly after the tragic attack of Sept. 11, 2011, I traveled to Brussels to file a criminal complaint under then Belgian law against Fidel and Raul for their crimes against humanity. Traveling with me were Jose Basulto and other victims of the Castro brothers. Many of these victims were journalists who were imprisoned for decades because they simply criticized the Cuban government in their writings. I remember one of the victims in particular who recounted to me how, during his 17 years of incarceration, the Castro brothers had the guards bring his wife to the jail and rape her in front of him. Other victims who traveled with me to file the criminal complaint had similar experiences, making the recent controversy over American so-called torture look like child’s play. As for Jose Basulto, not only did he lose his brothers in the shoot-down, but he has been emotionally scarred as a result, since he was the lone survivor of the attack by the Cuban air force. To this day, he cannot reconcile why God saved his life while his beloved friends were killed in cold blood.
The bottom line: The Castro brothers are barbaric, communist, degenerate scum who should have long been “offed” by our CIA after the failed Bay of Pigs invasion during the early years of the presidency of John F. Kennedy, not coddled by the likes of our current president. No passage of time can reverse their crimes against humanity or brutality – among thousands of evil acts, they even killed scores of innocent children when they sank a boat fleeing Havana for Miami – no more than one can erase the memory and consequences of the Holocaust. Taking a page from the Third Reich, the Castro brothers have perpetrated a Latin Holocaust over their own people all these years to remain in power. And, lets us not forget the Cuban missile crisis, where they threatened to wipe us off the face of the earth with nuclear missiles just 90 miles off our shores. I was a young boy at the time, and I had nightmares for years as even my mother told my sister and me at the time that we may all be killed.
There should never be any forgiveness for these acts, particularly since our nation gets nothing out of normalizing relations with the island while the Castro brothers, who are in their 80s, are still alive – simply cigars of Cuban origin! There is nothing on the island that we need, not even Cuban sugar or bananas, as we now have our own industries or other import sources after years of the embargo.
Here is what even the leftist New York Times had to report about this one-sided and outrageous deal:
“In doing so, Mr. Obama ventured into diplomatic territory where the last 10 presidents refused to go, and Republicans, along with a senior Democrat, quickly characterized the rapprochement with the Castro family as appeasement of the hemisphere’s leading dictatorship. …”
“The entire policy shift announced today is based on an illusion, on a lie, the lie and the illusion that more commerce and access to money and goods will translate to political freedom for the Cuban people,” said Sen. Marco Rubio, a Republican from Florida and son of Cuban immigrants. “All this is going to do is give the Castro regime, which controls every aspect of Cuban life, the opportunity to manipulate these changes to perpetuate itself in power” (New York Times, Dec. 17, 2014).
Of course, that is what Obama, a closet communist and pro-Muslim “dictator” in his own right, wants. Nothing better than to have his communist brothers, ones like the Castro brothers who also support terrorist regimes like the Islamic Republic of Iran, now breath easily and feel “freer” to continue their socialist revolution. After all, while somewhat constrained by Republicans and some now in his own Democratic Party, Obama only wishes he could move our nation even further to the left, Cuban-style. The Castro brothers and Obama have a not too latent kinship, and this outrageous deal proves it.
Along with his granting amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, Obama now unilaterally takes another executive action, which legitimizes a brutal communist dictatorship. Former Gov. Jeb Bush rightly reacted: “… the latest foreign policy misstep by this president … [is] another dramatic overreach of his executive authority. It undermines America’s credibility and undermines the quest for a free and democratic Cuba.”

While I faced my share of bias growing up, I can’t honestly say in 2014 that we face potential racist violence on a par with what my grandparents and parents faced in the Jim Crow South. This doesn’t mean, as some critics will surely conclude, that I ( somehow lol ) feel Black lives don’t matter, despite having been Black for ( tick-tick-tick ) 47 years and counting.
The civil right of safety is color blind.
I don’t bring the baggage of America’s Apartheid past into current situations where a racial one-size-fits-all assumption of bias colors, pun intended, every self defense, private security or law enforcement encounter. The country of my adult-hood isn’t the nation of my youth. While the road away from past prejudice has miles more to go, assuming every Black person is an angel and Whites are demons ignores legitimate progress. I take matters on a case by case basis and hope the snivel rights industry may one day choose to do the same.
As the next police or private use of force issue hovers on the edge of national awareness, I suggest those stating ” Black lives matter ” also hash tag and chant, ” All lives matter!,” too.

It needs to be recognized that when it comes to citizenship,
there’s a difference between being born of parents not owing allegiance
to any foreign power (per the Civil Rights Act of 1866) and not being
subject to U.S. jurisdiction. Both can be the case … as was so for the
native Americans who were not subject to American sovereignty nor that
of any foreign power.Foreign attachment has an impact on a foreigner’s children born in the U.S. His children can fall into three distinct classes.
1. His foreign-born children who have foreign citizenship become U.S. citizens only after the father is naturalized.
2. His American-born children are common-law citizens “at birth” by automatic naturalization, but being born to non-naturalized parents means they are not natural born citizens.
3. But if the parents are naturalized then the children are natural born citizens from the perspective of the principle on which naturalization is grounded.
Why does the parents’ naturalization make a difference in which of their children are eligible to be the President? Because, even though such parents may be well integrated into American society as permanent residents who are subject to U.S. jurisdiction, they retain a bond of allegiance to the nation of their birth until they sever it with this oath:
“I hereby declare, on oath, that I
absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity
to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which
I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and
defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against
all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and
allegiance to the same;.. so help me God”
That is what the Obamalytes are unwilling to acknowledge; -that natural-ization is essential in order for foreigners to produce natural citizens because without it they remain foreigners and can’t produce natural citizens of any nation except their own, (the nation of their birth and upbringing and citizenship).

(Dec. 19, 2014) — In a December 10 Washington Times editorial, “conservative” writer, commentator and editor Monica Crowley decried the revelation by a 30-year newsroom producer indicating that major media has been advocating for, rather than reporting objectively on the activities of, Barack Hussein Obama since he ascended to the White House.

Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign proudly stated that it had “controlled the media” and its message following Obama’s installation in the White House in January 2009. Invoking the now-defunct “Fight the Smears” website which it constructed, former communications director Anita Dunn related that the campaign carefully controlled the information released to the media by avoiding live interviews, producing promotional videos and “making the media cover what Obama was actually saying.”
Dunn stressed that “leaks” to the press were forbidden to those working for the 2008 Obama campaign. “It was very much we controlled it as opposed to the press controlled it,” she said.
“There is no such thing as a closed-press meeting,” Dunn stated in answer to a question from a member of her audience.
Dunn is a self-admitted admirer of Chinese totalitarian leader and murderer Mao Tse Tung.
Since achieving the White House, however, Obama has held private meetings with selected members of the press and attempted to “control” those seen as detrimental to its public image such as former CBS investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson.
An editorial published at Politico in April 2008 stated that “Many journalists are not merely observers but participants in the Obama phenomenon.” Many “journalists” have worked for the Obama regime or have left the regime to work for major media.

(Dec. 18, 2014) — In order to hold an election favorable to Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Party in 1933, Hitler devised a propaganda story to explain the burning of the building where the German Parliament, or Reichstag, met in Berlin, to create a crisis.

In consolidating his power, Hitler placed Hermann Goring in charge of German police forces, later known as Hitler’s Brownshirts, or SS. The History Place reports that “Göring immediately replaced hundreds of police officials loyal to the republic with Nazi officials loyal to Hitler. He also ordered the police not to interfere with the SA and SS under any circumstances. This meant that anybody being harassed, beaten, or even murdered by Nazis, had nobody to turn to for help.”
Hitler termed the fire “the beginning” of “a great epoch in German history.” Working in conjunction with a Dutch man determined to burn the Reichstag and other government structures, Hitler’s SS, under Goring’s command, set the edifice ablaze on the evening of February 27, 1933.
According to blogger Professionalized, following the fire, Hitler went to President Paul Hindenburg and obtained his signature granting Hitler’s request to “abrogate free speech, the free press, the right of assembly, and property rights. Within weeks, he used these powers to exclude the communists and socialists from the parliament. This gave him a rubber stamp to do whatever he desired—which he soon did.”
The writer was describing Hitler’s Enabling Act, which “legalized” Hitler’s ability to issue “laws” without the concurrence of the people’s representatives in Parliament. Those who Hitler knew would oppose the Act were banned from voting, while the remainder reportedly voted under threat by Nazi police.
It has been suggested that the chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the health care law known as Obamacare in June 2012 as a result of “blackmail” and “intimidation.”

Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
