I am curious to see how the Army will pull off this court martial without producing evidence to prove that Lt Col Lakin is guilty. We have been down this road before with Major Cook and Orly Taitz. The Army revoked his orders to go to Afghanistan, rather than a court martial him due to the fact that they can not produce Obama's documents in court. Why? Lt Col Lakin has the right to demand discovery evidence from the prosecution and if the prosecution does not produce it, they can not convict the Lt. Colonel of refusing to obey orders that they claim are legitimate. At first I suspected that the Army might pull a fast one here and claim that the documents can not be revealed and that Col Lakin does not have the right or standing to demand them.The Army is most likely huffing and puffing loudly to discourage other officers from challenging Obama's authority to issue orders. The Joint Chief's should suggest that Obama needs to resign due to the fact that his eligibility issue is now being disruptive to the chain of command in the US Military and this is a national security issue. If more officers continue to challenge Obama's authority due to his refusal to produce all documents and school records, this will cause a crisis like never seen before. They tried to cover for him long enough, but it is not working...the truth is prevailing. This is not a coup, this is asking that they honor their oath, just as Lt Col Lakin is honoring his oath.
Lt Col. Lakin's lawyer claims that the prosecution can not pull this trick, so if that is the case...he should be found not guilty or the charges will be dropped due to failure to produce evidence to prove that Lt Col. Lakin's claims about Obama's ineligibility are false.
Lakin's lawyer should question why the Army revoked Major Cook's orders, but not Lt Col Lakin's? The Army and Obama do NOT want a trial in this case. It is all smoke and mirrors I believe. They will quietly revoke the orders, just as they did to Major Cook. Lets see if I am right.
The congress, senate and Supreme Court have all aided in this cover up as well. Last week, Justice Thomas even had the gall to admit that they are "evading this issue". The Joint Chief's are sworn to uphold the constitution from foreign and domestic enemies and they are clearly violating these oaths. This violation began BEFORE the 2008 election and it was known by all branches, but ignored. They aided willingly in this constitutional crisis.
This entire crisis could have been avoided, Phil Berg filed a lawsuit at least 3 months before the election, but powerful forces wanted this foreign entity to be in the White House and this is where we are stuck today.Fox News is so desperate to make this issue go away, they now have their lead stooges like Bill O, Megyn Kelly and Glenn Beck saying that newspaper clippings are proof that Obama is legitimate. Fine, submit them to a court and see if a judge accepts that as evidence.
Basically, Obama pulled a fast one (with the help of the media) and he got busted.
Technically, no documents are needed since Obama already admitted that his father was a British citizen and this disqualifies him from being a natural born citizen and the office of president.
The American people are not buying the attacks and name calling by the anti-birther movement any longer. This issue is not going away and it is all over theInternet like wildfire. It is time for Obama to resign, because TAX DOLLARS are now being spent to cover up this lie and we need to end this violation against our constitution already. It has gone on long enough...
I do not enjoy harping on this issue, but the fact is that the knowingly media is part of this cover up and conspiracy. Trust me, they are lucky that I have no powers, because they would be charged with treason next to Barry Soetoro.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
