An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
All those who have been following the Obama eligibility issue well know that Article II, Section 1, clause 5 provides that “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President. . .” At this blog, I have already explained the importance of the “natural born Citizen” clause. At present, there is much controversy regarding where Obama was born. We have seen much contradictory information regarding this issue. Obama maintains he was born in Hawaii at Kapi’olani Medical Center and as his best evidence he has posted on the internet a computer-imaged Certification of Live Birth (COLB, which is a summary of his alleged long-from hospital-generated birth certificate) to prove that fact. According to the laws of Hawaii, this summary document, which does not contain information as to which hospital he was born in or what doctor delivered him, is only prima facie evidence of a birth in Hawaii. On the other hand, there exists evidence that Obama was born in Kenya. For a presentation of this evidence, see my essay on this blog entitled,

Because of this conflicting information, the prima facie validity of the COLB must fail. Hence, Obama should present evidence that corroborates his and the State of Hawaii’s position that he was born in Hawaii and that he is a “natural born Citizen. He has without good reason refused to provide this evidence.
It has been reported how past Hawaiian State practices with its birth certificate procedures have presented opportunities for birth certificate fraud. An example of such fraud is that of Chinese native, Sun Yat Sen, one of the founders of the Republic of China, who was born in China but was able to obtain a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth in 1904 based on his fraudulent affidavit and evidence submitted by witnesses to the Hawaiian authorities stating that he was born in Hawaii on November 24, 1870. http://www.scribd.com/doc/9830547/Sun-Yatsen-Certification-of-Live-Birth-in-Hawaii. Because of critical importance of knowing for sure who the President is, the potential for birth certificate fraud, and since Obama’s original long-form birth certificate housed in the offices of the Hawaii Department of Health can be some type of certificate (even a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth) that is based on some family member’s affidavit of personal knowledge but which includes no documentary evidence of an actual birth in Hawaii, it becomes crucial to confirm whether there exists any corroborating evidence of Obama actually being born in Hawaii. Consequently, various members of the public have tried to obtain information that would adequately confirm Obama’s and the State of Hawaii’s statements that he was born in Hawaii. These concerned citizens have made requests to the State of Hawaii and to various hospitals there for such information. The State of Hawaii, Kapi’olani Medical Center, and Queens Medical Center (originally claimed by Obama’s sister to by his birth place) have publicly stated that they cannot release the needed details of Obama’s birth, including whether his deceased mother was even a maternity patient in any of those hospitals, because of Obama’s state and federal privacy rights. Not being successful, some of these concerned citizens, feeling duty bound to the Constitution and our country, have filed law suits and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) actions against Obama and others to obtain this information.
Given that Obama and/or his agents have already publicly released some information regarding his place of birth, one commentator, William, has asked me on my blog ( http://puzo1.blogspot.com/. ) whether Obama has waived his privacy rights to such birth information. At least two arguments can be advance that Obama has waived any privacy right that he might have in his birth information located in the State of Hawaii and in its hospitals. One is that he has waived his privacy rights to his alleged long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate by posting his COLB on the internet for the world to see. A problem with this argument is that the COLB does not disclose all his private information (name of hospital, doctors, etc.) and he can argue that his waiver is only as to the information contained on the COLB and no more. As a response, it can be argued that Obama waived his privacy right as to the identity of the hospital in which he was born given that he allegedly wrote a letter dated January 24, 2009 to Kapi’olani Medical Center in which he acknowledge being born there and which letter the hospital posted on its web page (suspiciously posting not a scan of an actual paper letter but only a computer-generated image created with HTML code) for the world to see. For more details, see the WND story on the letter at http://www.wnd.com/index.php?pageId=104146. I have grave doubts whether this letter is authentic given that both Obama and U.S. Rep. Neil Abercrombie D-Hawaii, who allegedly gave the letter to the hospital and publicly read the letter during the hospital’s centennial celebration, refuse to confirm whether this letter is real.
The second argument is more powerful and convincing. Under Article II, a would-be President must be a “natural born Citizen” to be eligible for the Presidency. Hence, any candidate knows that such “natural born Citizen” status is required to hold the public Office of President. No one winning an election and wanting to fill that public office has a reasonable expectation of privacy as to where he/she was born given that job’s eligibility requirement that one must be a “natural born Citizen.” See my article on this blog entitled, Obama’s Personal Right To Privacy Cannot Trump The Right Of The People To Know Who Their President Is, at http://puzo1.blogspot.com/2008/12/obamas-personal-right-to-privacy-cannot.html. Of course, that person’s obligation to prove his/her “natural born Citizen” status includes providing credible, competent, and sufficient documentary and other evidence of, among other things, place of birth. Clearly and without doubt, the public interest in knowing that the President-elect is eligible for the office he/she seeks to fill by far out weighs any privacy interest that the person may have in his/her birth documents. It is also clear that knowing who the person is who will occupy the Office of President and Commander in Chief concerns national security and the safety of the United States and the whole world. It is not reasonable to believe that such a person’s privacy interest would out weigh the People’s need to safeguard national security and for self-preservation. Simply put, it would be beyond absurdity to honestly contend that such a person has a right to shield from the same People that he/she is constitutionally duty bound to serve and protect information that he/she must provide to them to show that he/she is qualified for that singular and all-powerful public position which would vest him/her with great power to affect every aspect of the People’s lives.
But underneath the privacy rights question lurks a much more serious concern. We can see the absurdity of Obama sitting on privacy rights to conceal his long-form birth certificate from the public. It is downright despicable for our media and Congress and others to apologize for Obama and let him get away with it. They know full well that he has no such privacy rights. The birth information and documents that Obama refuses to reveal to the public surely are revealing of whether his is eligible to hold the Office of President. Why has the media not filed any legal actions against Obama, the State of Hawaii, and other parties, seeking to legally lift any privacy barriers to Obama’s birth information as it has so many times in the past filed actions against others running for public office who sought to prevent the public from learning details of some aspect of their private lives? What is a travesty of justice is that Obama was probably able to win his U.S. Senate seat because the media (Chicago Tribune) filed a legal action against rival Republican Jack Ryan in which it was successful in getting the “kinky sex” details of his divorce released to the public. Why the media in our country would believe what type of sex two consenting married adults practice is more important than making sure that the national security of our country is protected is beyond comprehension and represents the quintessence of warped priorities. I do not believe that anyone who truly cares about our country and Constitution can express enough in words the outrage that he/she feels about how cowardly our political leaders and media have acted with Obama on the question of his place of birth.
Congress has abdicated its constitutional oath and the media, the so-called fourth branch of our government, has failed to perform its journalistic duty to the People of the United States to assure them that Obama’s election to the highest and most powerful office in the land adhered to our Constitution and laws. Congress has been given a chance to correct its failings and still it refuses to perform its constitutional obligation. With the assistance of its media cronies and others, they all ridicule and suppress the efforts of those who are fighting to make sure that our Constitution has been respected in the last Presidential election and that our nation is safe with Obama currently occupying the Presidency and being the Commander in Chief of our military might.
We must then ask ourselves why Congress and the media have not pressed Obama for the necessary and relevant birth information for at least the sake of the integrity of the Presidential election process and the safety of our nation? Moreover, Obama cannot be an Article II “natural born Citizen” because under the British Nationality Act of 1948 when Obama was born in 1961 his father was a British subject/citizen and Obama himself was born a British subject/citizen. Like a naturalized citizen who is not eligible to be President, Obama was born with an allegiance to a foreign power and is therefore not eligible to be President and more so not eligible to be the leader of our military men and women. To allow Obama to hide his birth information and to not challenge him for not being an Article II “natural born Citizen” is nothing more than at best, politicians and those in their coterie allowing corrupt party politics, self-interest, and/or cowardice to blind their constitutional duty to protect and defend our country and Constitution, at worst, part of someone’s plot to attack and destroy the United States from within, or both. Given that any attack on the United States will most likely come from within, these latter two scenarios must be given serious consideration and ruled out only after sufficient evidence exists to so rule them out. Hence, the deliberate or reckless failing by those who are supposed to protect and defend our country and Constitution is tantamount to treason.
All members of Congress that have allowed and continue to allow the raping of our Constitution and the placing of our nation at risk to being attacked from within need to be removed from Congress, without any exceptions. As to what to do with those members of the media and others who have failed and continue to fail to do their job to adequately protect and defend our Constitutional Republic, that is a question for another day.

Trump has shown himself to be the King of Clowns. Where is Donald Trump's original birth certificate? Why hasn't Donald requested that everyone running for president produce an original birth certificate? Guess what? No one has their original birth certificate because the originals are kept by the Department of Health in the state in which the person was born. President Obama should never have had to produce a copy of his birth certificate. The only reason this has ever been an issue is because of his ancestry and race, being held to higher standards than what the bigots would ever require of Donald Trump!

Here is what I say about his long form birth certificate. Twins born one day after him have a registered birth number of 10637, however the long form for Obama has the number 10641. Now since he was born before them then how come is registeration number is higher? Just like a receipt book the number only gets higher as you issue them...Could it be just like other illegals he has had this one forged?

As you all know, Donald Trump made a big deal about Obama's birth certificate. As of yesterday, the White House released the birth certificate.
I will tell you right now that I had never given this "birther" issue any credit. I watched the hype and the crazies come out. I completely dismissed the entire ordeal altogether. In fact, it was not until the White House released the birth certificate that it had gained my attention.
I am the studious sort of guy, and I have plenty of time on my hands. So, I took a close look at this document. While I would have thought that this issue would have been closed for good (and, got the crazies to crawl back into their holes), I found two extremely strange inconsistencies that merit some attention.
First of all, the birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in "Kenya, East Africa". This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could have Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the "British East Africa Protectorate". But, this is not the only thing that I found that just does not jive.
The other item that I looked into was the hospital that Obama was born in. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital". This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively. The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?
Go ahead, look it up. I am not talking crazy talk, these are the facts. Like I said, I thought that this was a non-issue until the actual certificate was released. Now that it has been released, of course I had to look into it. I have found these issues, now I know that something is up. If you doubt me, just look at the following resources:

Ludwig lived most of his adult life in Connecticut . Because of that, his SSN begins with the digits 042, which are among only a select few reserved for Connecticut residents. Obama never lived or worked in that state! Therefore, there is no reason on earth for his SSN to start with the digits 042. None whatsoever! Now comes the best part! Ludwig spent the final months of his life in Hawaii , where he died. Conveniently, Obama's grandmother, Madelyn Payne Dunham, worked part-time in the Probate Office in the Honolulu Hawaii Courthouse, and therefore had access to the SSNs of deceased individuals. The Social Security Administration was never informed of Ludwig's death, and because he never received Social Security benefits there were no benefits to stop and therefore, no questions were ever raised. The suspicion, of course, is that Dunham, knowing her grandson was not a U.S. Citizen, either because he was born in Kenya or became a citizen of Indonesia upon his adoption by Lolo Soetoro simply scoured the probate records until she found someone who died who was not receiving Social Security benefits, and selected Mr. Ludwigs Connecticut SSN for Obama.
Just wait until Trump gets past the birth certificate and onto the issue of Barry O's use of a stolen SSN. You will see leftist heads exploding, because they will have no way of defending Obama. Although many Americans do not understand the meaning of the term "natural born" there are few who do not understand that if you are using someone else's SSN it is a clear indication of fraud.
Mr Trump what do you think of the direction of our country regarding the population growth, from 2000 to 2010 we went from 289 million to 319 million, thats 30 million increase the expected population in 2050 is 439 million, all this is doing is taking our quality of life away, and americans rights, from 1980 to 2000 the population grew by 40 million, why is this going on, what is the benefit.

I think you are looking for the wrong thing. I believe in order to Mr. Obama to attend school in Kenya he could not have been a US Citizen at that time. So what I believe we need to find out is if at anytime, Obama applied for student aid as a non-US citizen. If we can see those application and he did indeed apply and receive money as a non-US citizen, I think it would be a felony and therefore he would be uneligible to even vote!
ReplyDeleteHawaii State Statutes in 1961 required "C.O.L.B.'s" or Certificates of Live Birth to be issued for babies NOT - repeat NOT born in a hospital. The mother was not required to even be in the State but rather to just "claim" residency there.
ReplyDeleteHawaii has NEVER officially issued a certified copy of any birth records for BHO.
Unfortunately, "Mitt" has a similar 'father' problem for his father "George" born in Mexico as his (George Romneys') parents had to be citizens of Mexico in order to be missionaries and land owners under Mexican laws at that time.
Dual citizenship was not allowed at that time by either country. Research needed.

ReplyDeleteI so darn frustrated about no one doing anything to get Obama the imposter out of the presidency! How can this "fraud president issue" stay on the back burner when it is at this time in our history, the most critical of all issues in the past 100 years or even in our country's history?
The damning point of Obama's ineligibility is made by three different arguments:
1) He was born in Kenya and admits it.
2) Even if he was mistaken and was in fact born in Hawaii, his father was British, not American, so he is not natural born, as natural born requires both parents to be Americans.
3) Even if he had been fathered by an American and born to his American mother in Hawaii, he was admitted to school in Indonesia. Indonesia law required that he be an Indonesian. That could have happened by his mother's new husband adopting him or recognizing him formally -- either of which would strip him of any previous citizenship and bestow solely Indonesian citizenship on him.
I just do not understand that all, except you, Sheriff Arpaio, and Dr. Taitz, mention Obama is (possibly) not a legal president, but everyone lays back, and the status remains in limbo!!! No one can bring the case forward! Someone must!
The job, of course, belongs to Eric Holder--US chief enforcement officer, Forget that, Holder has no interest in doing his JOB, deposing Obama or anything else!
Who is willing to do something that results in Obama being put in shackles and being physically removed from the Oval Office, stripped of all duties, and put in jail pending strong indictments?
Or, let's force Congress to depose him! He can't be impeached, he's not legal!! I don't care what we do, but Obama must be removed from "office"!
I cannot stand the fact that a complete fraud, a true felon imitating the President remains "in charge" of our beloved country!! I am furious, I am terrified. I want action. And I want it NOW. We cannot wait one more day, week or month!! The evidence is there, let's look at it--get it to the right hands. Action is required!

More lies!!They sure have a way to brain wash people. They think american people are dumb especially imagrants cause thety think they don't understand and they can fool them into voting for him so they can tke over our lives. They give you something for free but in the end we will all be dependant upon the government. They will dictate what to eat, wear, live etc. Mrs obama is already trying to tell us all what to eat.

I knew the Obamas had both lost their law licenses, but I didn't know why until I read this.

It's the official arm of lawyer discipline in Illinois; and they are very strict and mean as hell. (Talk about irony.) Even I, at the advanced age of almost 65, maintain (at the cost of approximately $600/year) my law license that I worked so hard and long to earn.

Consider this:
1. President Barack Obama, former editor of the Harvard Law Review, is no longer a "lawyer". He surrendered his license back in 2008 in order to escape charges that he lied on his bar application. A "Voluntary Surrender" is not something where you decide "Gee, a license is not really something I need anymore, is it?" and forget to renew your license. No, a "Voluntary Surrender" is something you do when you've been accused of something, and you 'voluntarily surrender" your license five seconds before the state suspends you.
2 Michelle Obama "voluntarily surrendered" her law license in 1993. after a Federal Judge gave her the choice between surrendering her license or standing trial for Insurance fraud!
3. So, we have the first black President and First Lady - who don't actually have licenses to practice law. Facts.

4. A senior lecturer is one thing, a fully ranked law professor is another. Barack Obama was NOT aConstitutional Law Professor at the University of Chicago.

DeleteThe facts are this the US supreme court has ruled several times on the definition of a natural born US citizen having to be at least second generation and that any one born unto a a US Citizen and the other parent not being a US citizen is defined as an ordinary Citizen.
The US constitution clearly defines only a natural born Citizen may become the President.
By this definition and without a clear change in the Constitution or a redefinition by the supreme Court this man has illegally been named president and clearly all policies he has signed are invalid.
And he is clearly not eligible for reelection .
He has never disputed his Father was not a US citizen therefore why is the supreme court ignoring its duty to uphold the laws of the United States and allowing a mockery of our Constitution.
When will someone grow a back-bone and stand up and expose the Obama lies! This is so frustrating to be a citizen of the United States and to see that there is all kinds of proof that Obama is not eligable to be the president of the United States and no one except Donald Trump and Hannity will say anything. We need someone to get this straightened out before Obama gets re-elected! I just hate that this country is being deceived by a "secret" Muslim who is systematically destroying the United States of America. PLEASE! SOMEBODY GET THE TRUTH OUT!
ReplyDeleteMassive amounts of absentee ballots sold for money in some cases entire families sold their vote. Most focus on key states/counites w/low income and seniors who would not otherwise vote.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure how the absentee votes affected this election or the last election but IF it made the difference for obama. I would look into this much further Gov Romney.
We all knew that the sleazy Commander-in Chief, (I even hate to call him that) wouldn't answer the call to release his college papers. He doesn't care to give the $5,000,000 to any charity unless it's for his selfish self-centered self. It would be nice of Mr. Trump if he could donate that $5,000,000 to the town of Newtown, CT and have that Sandy Hook School be demolished and have it replaced with a new school for the sake of the children and the administrators so that they don't have to go through more trauma. B.O is by far the worst President this country has ever seen.
