Where Do You Stand on the Proposed Koran Burning

To Burn or Not To Burn. This was a hot topic today on the airwaves. Our "leadership" saying this was a wrongful act, that it would incite the radical element, that our troops would bear the brunt. I heard a couple GI's say the same. Heard one say do it. Hannity was very opinionated totally against and he used the military argument, plus he ridiculed mainland citizens as being far out of harm's way.

Let's start from the top. Islam's stated goal is to dominate. They can burn our Bibles, kill our missionaries, kill infidels in their countries who they individually deem as uninvited, draw Mohammed, death, speak against Islam as Gert Wilder does, death, can't have a South Park moment or a newspaper cartoon, death and whatever happened to Salmond Rushdie. Practically everything is a capital offense under Sharia law.Wherever or by who ever. Now that is extremism. Whether the Koran gets burned on the 11th, the so called offense has already offended, with no take backs. Al Jerzra has already spread this story far and wide. If the Florida pastor decides not to go through with his plan, that small detail wouldn't get reported. Islam wants to be pissed off.

So only our military is at risk. Remember the D.C. sniper, he was an upset Muslim, nobody had burned his Koran. Major Hasan, same. The Christmas underwear bomber. The shoe bomber has us all taking off our shoes before we get on an airplane and throwing away our colonge. The USS Cole, the Embassies in Kenya and Lebanon, the Twin Towers, and on and on. So we aren't on the frontline, you say? How many billions have been spent on airport security, seaports, highway inspection stations, nuclear power plants, etc etc etc. Have you personally spent any money or made plans for a dirty bomb attack or a bio attack? Not on the front lines, my, my, my.

Our Gi's have the advantage in the sense, they walk around armed to the teeth, ready to react on a moments notice. You and I get on a plane and hope for the best.

So by burning a Koran or three, the lady in the burka is going to knife me in the bread aisle at the supermarket? I doubt it. Will the hothead jihadists in Yemen want to mix it up in Afghanistan, perhaps, but I say great these cockroaches need to come out of the shadows so we can deal with them individually instead of having to guess which Haji is dangerous and which is a so called moderate, or a non practitioner or one who breaks every tenet of Islam.

I'm not looking for a debate about which is the true religion, that's between me and God.

It seems the cycle is repeating itself here though, for 20 years we stayed our hand as one airliner after another was hijacked,or some murderous cowardly attack was carried out on unarmed civilians. Then once the Islamist extremists attacked the Twin Towers, we unleashed Hell on them. The Faithful were only too happy to beg for mercy, kiss the boots of men who had the drop on them, they forgot all about their 72virgins, even hardcore KSM sang like a bitch when a creepy crawley worm was unleashed on his arm, or a few drops of water up went up his snout. He would have sold out his own mother if he had been asked. Why is it so many suicide bombers have to be high on drugs before they can take the big step?

So just where does Islam give these heroes the swinging dick, to tell somebody half a world away what to do? As if they never burned a Bible themselves or spit on our flag.

Everything offends them, until they get over themselves, we are going to have conflict. I see this Koran burning as a beginning of a new backlash.

Barack Obama has acted as their human shield long enough, these jihadist tough guys better think twice before they decide to tug on Uncle Sam's superman cape. It could cause them a whole lot of problems besides I don't think there are enough virgins in all of Islam to go 72 times around.
