Bypass Appeals Court On ObamaCare

House majority leader to be, Eric Cantor is calling for direct Supreme Court involvement in settling the issue of constitutionality of ObamaCare. Cantor wants the Appeals Court step skipped and an expedited hearing given to Obama Care.

As it serves little purpose to waste time in an appeals court, because both sides will appeal  anyway, why not go straight to the top for a final ruling. The citizens need to know where we stand with the high court.  Given the extremely high profile of this case, no self serving law clerk could stop the case before landing in the hands of the 9 judges, as Kerchner v Obama was in November.

The sooner it gets struck down, the sooner US  businesses will be less encumbered and more able to get back to work. Extending the Bush Era tax cuts are a first step, nullifying Obama's nutty regulations will be a great next step, but  striking down Obama Care is the big enchilada.
