A Monster...

[UPDATE: Let's not dance around this...Hawaii does not care about their own laws affording people the right to a legal appeal so why the hell am I supposed to believe they care about any privacy laws? I just phoned the OIP and they tried to defer shirk their legal responsibility by pointing me to what the State Attorney General stated to 'Abercrombie,' which was NOTHING...especially in terms of citing laws, explaining laws, applying laws, detailing laws. It sure the heck wasn't an appeal decision.
Of course, I insisted I want the OIP's appeal decision that the law allows me detailing the full application of the law. Anyone who decides to send their UIPA request on for an appeal decision should absolutely expect and take NO LESS than an appeal decision from the state agency ordered BY LAW to provide you one.]

‘Abercrombie’ is a monster. I won’t call him ‘governor’ because he is not even worthy of being called ‘human.’ He really should have just let it alone rather than trample our rights through the media like he has. Not only does he absolutely not care that your rights and civil liberties are destined to be violated, he doesn’t ‘get’ that people will not just roll over easily and let him screw them. He doesn’t even care if the state that gave him his job is liable for trampling 10,000  people’s rights. He’s just a grubby, selfish pig.
This will have a lasting effect.
It sucks to have your rights violated. It sucks for me and if you sent a UIPA request, it’s bound to suck for you, too. So for that, I apologize – I don’t want others to feel like I feel – completely violated by political scum.
The HDOH has 10 business days to respond deny to your request. Their response denial must include the following:
“(b) When the agency intends to deny access to all or part of the information in the requested record, the agency’s notice to the requester shall state:
(1) The specific record or parts of the record that will not be disclosed; and
(2) The specific legal authorities under which the request for access is denied under section 92F-13, HRS, or other laws.”
The last time I requested Obama’s records, all I got was this from the HDOH (12/21/2010):
“After careful consideration, we have determined that you do not meet the criteria for receiving the requested information. If you believe that you have been improperly denied access to a government record, you may contact the state’s Office of Information Practices.”
And so I did contact the OIP and have subsequently been ignored and denied my rights to an appeal.
Having said that, after 10 business days have passed for you – with or without a response – you may also send your requests on to the OIP for the appeal that the law allows you. And so can your aliases. But, because Hawaii is just ‘really into’ violating the rights and civil liberties of non-politician human beings, I cannot recommend you do that with a clear conscience.
I don’t want other people to feel like me. It is truly a tragedy to lose your rights to a selfish, piggish politician…one that claims to be leading this nation. Obama is the most pathetic joke that politics has ever offered the American people. He, too, is a MONSTER.
So there you have it. Stand up for your rights if you want to. I do intend to write more when I am not so angry. And, yes, I did tell ‘Abercrombie’ how I feel although I am sure he will ignore me like he did the first time I wrote him. He’s just a very cruel monster.

Dear Obots: I am not impressed that you don’t have respect for my rights and civil liberties. I am not impressed that you turn your backs on your fellow man or wave off my hurt for whatever political reasoning you’ve invented. Really. In fact, I feel very sorry for anyone so absolutely tied to any political party that they’ve stopped caring about the people in favor of the politicians. I mean, yuck. There must be a lot of shame in being that kind of person and having that kind of soul. I am a liberal, and yet, I do not blame the common person for the crimes of politicians just because we disagree on politics.
I don’t even care if Hawaii denies the people their rights to public information. But they should at least respect our rights enough to just tell us so in a legal appeal decision.

I take comfort in the fact that I’ve faced worse than ‘Abercrombie’ in my life, and I am still alive and kickin’ and better off for having stood up. My rights may have been violated, but I am still standing for you and me. So how do you like that? I am happy to stand for your rights, Obots. You can thank me later.

So laugh it up–at my expense and so many others’. Convince yourself that your political enemies don’t deserve rights. History will not be kind to those who turned their backs on the people.
