Hello Dr. Taitz:
I happened to see your posts on your site and the responses you received and I wanted to show you an article I read in a Government reporters site, Joan Veon, she was business woman who attended every meeting of the UN and the G-8, now G-20 meetings, she wrote several books on the subject of the condition our country is in and how it got that way, Ms. Veon died last year, but her articles are so up to date because the death of America started a long time ago and was almost finished when she passed away.
The North American Union is coming in now in this year and next. The main thing I wanted you to read is this, it is an excerpt from one of Joans articles, it explains why Obama is not worried about defying the constitution, soon there will be nothing anyone can do about him, he can’t have broken a constitutional law if there is no constitution and he knows that. Here is an excerpt followed by a link to the article, you might want to read all of her articles , they may help you understand what is happening in this country. Most people do not know.

I can only imagine why Obama is so arrogant, it is because he knows more than you do. He was put in place by the CIA, they sent him to school, they paid for everything and they made him President , his Mother and Father worked for them too, his grandparents were known communists so he has a lot of heavy backing and of course the CFR/Council on Foreign Relations is running this whole thing so that is why the courts won’t give anyone the time of day. The Congress and the Senate are corrupt and so is the supreme court. I can't imagine you or any of the other lawyers being able to do anything about him, we would have to get him out and the UN out and the CFR for treason and I know that is not going to happen. There is another man by the name of Christopher Strunk who has a lawsuit out against Obama, Nancy Pelosi and John Boehner , it had standing in NY but I don’t know what happened with that, I haven't read anything about it since I first saw it.
Joan Veon was a reliable source and you will find good articles on her website even though she is gone. You will see that she has excellent credentials as well.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
