Lets’ All Go To Brazil

March 20th, 2011
By Aaron Cantor

Once upon a time President Nixon went to Brazil and riots broke out and the rioters tried to overturn the Presidential limo (with Nixon in it) but it was too heavy and they couldn’t.
Now enter Obama who thinks he can do anything because he is Obama and brilliant beyond description.

In case you haven’t heard there are riots in Rio against Obama, and he has had to cancel some speeches (gee!!!).

What is the reason for this trip (and its’ costs)?

A guy named Sandy Berger (you remember him, the guy who stuffed classified documents in his underwear to take them home) is traveling with the President on this little jaunt, and is an executive in the Albright Stonebridge Group too, not to mention the whole family including wifey, mother-in-law, and both daughters.

Why is the family along on what is supposed to be an official visit (government business)?
This appears to be just another tax funded family vacation.
Do I have to point out that we don’t have the money to be wasting it on these kinds of trips
Additional passengers are CEOs:
Jeffrey Immelt of General Electric
Aris Candris of Westinghouse
James T. Hackett of Anadarco Petroleum
John V. Faraci of International Paper
And last but not least Anthony S. Harrington of Albright (Madeline) Stonebridge Group

These folks were, in the past, heavy contributors to the Democratic Party, and this is probably in part a fundraising trip combined with possible business connections either in place or being made.
Madeline Albright (the former Secretary of State) is probably the wackiest woman who ever held a cabinet post.

This Group makes most of their money through consulting work a lot if not most of it for the government.
What I can’t understand is why the President would stupidly embarrass himself by jaunting off to Brazil during the Japanese nuclear meltdown, the firefight developing in Libya, most of the middle east on fire, our economy in ruins, and our budget pretty much in deadlock, like he had good sense.
For a man who thinks of himself as the smartest guy in the room, he acts more like Alfred E. Nueman (what me worry?).

Here is an interesting bit of polling data I picked up today,
It seems 22% of America’s likely voters say the country is headed in the right direction, with 72% saying the country is on the wrong track.
I wonder what that 22% were smoking?

Just a bit of humor: If Custer had known what those Indians were smoking in those peace pipes, he would have left them the hell alone!
WAKE UP AMERICA!!!
