AN APPEAL TO PBS...

September 5, 2011

PBS OMBUDSMAN

Dear Ombudsman,

There is a political barrier that PBS will not cross.

It is evident in the seamless refusal of PBS reporters and personalities to touch President Obama's problem with the "natural born Citizen Clause" that there is a partisan barrier at PBS to cover the issue.  I didn't say place of birth.  I mean exclusively Article I, Section II, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.  - The natural born Citizenship Clause.

I recently saw a show with Jon Meacham.  It was dismissive and condescending.  Rather than been factual it was opinionated but passed on as "factual".

Is Barack Hussein Obama eligible to be President?  No, he is not.

The following Supreme Court decision; and opinion from Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Morrison R. Waite (1874-88), lifts all doubts.

Minor v. Happersett (88 U.S. 162)
Argued: February 9, 1875 --- Decided: March 29, 1875

Does Congress know?  The proof is in the actions of Congress.  YES, CONGRESS KNOWS.

CONGRESS introduced 8 Constitutional amendments to remove or weaken the natural born Citizen clause between June 11 2003 and February 28, 2008.  Why?

Barack Obama may be an illegitimate president and commander in chief of the armed forces; he may also be vulnerable for blackmail or impeachment due to indisputable document and identity fraud.

Meacham sole proof that Obama was eligible is that a college professor state that the "natural born Citizen Clause" was there to keep European nobility from the Presidency.  One opinion out of many opinions of why some of our Founders may have put the Clause in place is of no significance.  The point is that the Constitution as it stands requires it.  Read Chief Justice Waite's opinion.  There is lot of other corroboration.

What do I REQUEST from the PBS Ombudsman?  In the interest of information balance I request that you give me the opportunity to do a truly scholarly presentation on the "natural born Citizen Clause" without the backbiting, condescension and the partisan protection of President Obama that is the norm at PBS on this issue - Sorry but that is how many see it including me.

I watch PBS and enjoy some programs, but the obsessive protection of Obama's eligibility problem is not fair to the PBS viewers and the American people.

Ombudsman,  give me the opportunity to show that PBS is a significant source of balance and gutsy reporting.

Best wishes,

Tony Dolz
