Attorney Orly Taitz is pleased to announce that she will be representing a presidential candidate, running in 2012 Democrat primary, Ms. Leah Lax. Ms. Lax is an all American success story. She is a successful business woman, political activist, talk show host, wife and mother. Leah is facing Barack Obama in the Democrat primary. National and state democratic party committees were acting in a non-democratic fashion and preventing Leah from challenging Barack Obama. Specifically, in the state of Georgia Democrat party committee advised Ms. Lax, that they decided to place on the ballot only one candidate, Barack Obama, and refused to give her any alternative of paying a fee or collecting signatures of nominators in order to be on the ballot. Democrat party of Georgia acted in a fashion comparable to an old Soviet politburo, stifling democratic process and stifling an American tradition of free elections.
Ms. Lax is joining other presidential candidates, state representatives, high-ranking members of the U.S. military in joining legal actions brought by current candidate for the U.S. Senate from California attorney and doctor Orly Taitz.
Among other notables, who were represented by attorney Orly Taitz in legal actions challenging Barack Obama's legitimacy to the U.S. presidency or joined electoral challenges filed by her, are: Former U.N. Ambassador and presidential candidate Dr. Alan Keyes, General Carol Childers, House Majority leader from Missouri attorney Timothy Jones, State Representative Cynthia Davis, state Representative Casey Quernsey, state representatives from Tenessee Glenn Cassada, Eric Swafford, Frank Nicely, Stacey Campfield, state representatives from New Hampshire Larry Rappaport, Harry Accornero, Carol Vita, Susan Delemus, William Tobin, Lucien Vita, Moe Villenueva, Al Baltasaro, Laurie Pettengill, Timothy Commerford, Republican presidential candidate veteran Thomas MacLeran, Lt. Col Charles Miller, Lt. Col Earl-Graeff, as well as some 200 members of the US military.
Attorney Taitz also received letters of support from four star Air force General Charles E. Jones, four star U.S. Army General Paul Vallely, Sheriff Richard Mack, thousands of members of the U.S. military, veterans and multiple state representatives from all over the nation.
Attorney Taitz made some 46 trips all over the nation, meeting with state representatives, election boards, FBI agents, chiefs of staff and legal counsel to many US Representatives and Senators. Her challenges to legitimacy of Barack Obama are based on the fact, that he is a foreign national from birth with citizenship i three other foreign nations: Great Britain, Kenya and Indonesia, based on his fathers' British and Kenyan citizenship and his step father's Indonesian citizenship, therefore he does not qualify as a natural born citizen, based on Senate resolution 511/2008 and decision of the Supreme Court in Minor v Happersett(1875). Additionally Barack Obama does not even possess valid U.S. identification papers. As he released his 2009 tax returns and did not originally flatten the PDF computer file, he revealed to the world the Social Security number, he is using. This Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 was never legally assigned to Barack Obama according to E-Verify and SSNVS and Obama was never a resident of Connecticut. One would not be allowed to work as a janitor in the White House with a failed E-Verify. Additionally, after 3 years of stonewalling, Obama released, what he claims to be a copy of his long form birth certificate, which was proven to be a forgery by multiple experts. State officials in HI are criminally complicit in obstruction of Justice and are aiding and abetting this forgery by refusing to allow inspection of the original. It is a testament to an unprecedented level of corruption in all three branches of the U.S. government, particularly among some federal judges, that this crime of the century could go on for three years without being prosecuted. Subsequently some 17 states have proposed bills to close loopholes and vet presidential candidates. Ballot challenges to Barack Obama are being filed all over the nation.
Barack Hussein Obama is not only completely illegitimate as a U.S. President, residing in the White House, while using a stolen Social Security number and a forged birth certificate, but simply represents the biggest threat to the U.S. national security. Each and every decent, law abiding U.S. citizen is called upon to join the fight to remove Barack Obama from office and criminally prosecute him and his accomplices for elections fraud, uttering of forged documents, Social Security fraud and other related felonies.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
