A PATRIOT WEIGHS IN...

Senator Levin revealed - It was Obama who required the Indefinite Detainment Bill INCLUDE U.S. Citizens as part of the wording!

Well now we know, for those who have been holding out "hope" that Obama will veto the 1031 Indefinite Detainment Bill against holding U.S. Citizens without rights to a trial or lawyer or charges for the rest of their lives.... It was Obama who required the bill have the language of U.S. Citizens being held without rights in the bill!  The only reason he would veto it, is because it does not give him the absolute power as he wants!

Obama wants absolute Dictatorial Powers and the Senate gave it to him?  I posted some of his Lies during his campaign.  Especially the ones about the Rights of the People, closing Gitmo and standing up for the Constitution.

Here is Senator Levin on the floor of the Senate revealing it was Obama himself who Demanded U.S. Citizens be part of the Indefinite Detainment Bill!

Please send this video to your State Representatives, especially those Republican held states - maybe they will have morals and protect their state citizens from this.  I know.... it is doubtful - but we still have to try, in my opinion.

Video of Levin on Senate floor revealing it was Obama who demanded U.S. Citizens be part of the language of the Indefinite Detention in 1031 Bill:

Added - 12/12/11 - Funny the number of views has not changed since I put this video on. Yet What Really Happened, Rense, Alex Jones, David Icke and numerous other sites have this video featured. Thousands have viewed it since the morning of 12/11/11 and youtube is not allowing the counter to count them? All I can say is keep this video going, even though it is being hidden how many have actually seen it. On 12/11/11 the counter was at 32140 when inserted on the blog and it is still that number.

Update - Considering I am not someone who likes to just "give up" I have now written all of my State representatives in Tennessee for the 3rd time about the Indefinite Detainment of U.S. Citizens. Here is my email I just now sent out to all of them:

Subject: Senate Floor - Obama requiring U.S. Citizens wording for indefinite detainment

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=PLiKvSz_wX8#at=66

Please see the video of Carl Levin on the Senate floor revealing it was President Obama who required that the wording of U.S. citizens be part of the indefinite detainment bill. I have written two other emails about this to you.

Again I am asking that the State of Tennessee, PLEASE pass a bill that will not allow the U.S. Federal Government and military to do renditions/take/arrest any U.S. Citizen/Tennessee citizen as per the Constitution of the United States that gives U.S. Citizens rights.

This would be the most important bill the State of Tennessee would ever pass in my opinion. It would show that the State of Tennessee stands up for it's state citizens and stands up for the Constitution of the United States.

We the Citizens of the United States should have the most basic rights as written in our bill of rights!

Are you going to let President Obama and the Washington D.C. officials take away those basic rights for the U.S./Tennessee Citizens?

As I wrote in my very first email to you any law passed by the Federal government that does not adhere to the Constitution of the United States, then the State law banning that unconstitutional law is Superior.

I am asking all of you, to please stand up for those people that elected you. Please be "For the People" State of Tennessee Government.

We are at a cross road. Either the U.S. becomes a place that the citizens have no rights what so ever and the U.S. have worse human rights than many other countries in the world, or the U.S. still stands tall with human rights.

I believe it is going to be up to all the individual State Elected officials now to stand up for their citizens and stand up for the Constitution.

Needless to say there is very little time to act upon this.

Sincerely,
Sherrie

  1. Here is another link to the same Youtube video. Senator Levin says that the Obama administration had the language removed from the bill which precluded the application of section 1031 to American citizens.
