John Jay’s Worst Nightmare
Comes to Life in Obama
On July 25, 1787 John Jay was concerned enough about the security of his new nation to write George Washington who was presiding over the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia.
“Permit me to hint whether it would not be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government, and to declare expressly that the Command in chief of the American army shall not be given to, nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.”
Jay’s nightmare was that a man whose allegiance was not 100% to America would be in a position to turn command and control over to foreign influences. On March 8, 2012 those fears came to life when Leon Panetta representing the Obama administration stated under oath before Senate Armed Services Committee that the Obama administration would first seek international permission to deploy American troops.
“You know, our goal would be to seek international permission. And we would come to the Congress and inform you and determine how best to approach this, whether or not we would want to get permission from the Congress.”
One thing we can surmise from Jay’s concern is that no foreigner would be allowed to hold the office of Commander-in-Chief of the United States armed forces. The definition of who is a foreigner is fairly simply. According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary a foreigner is “a person belonging to or owing allegiance to a foreign country.”
From the remarks of Panetta, the Obama administration has effectively placed the control of deploying the United States armed forces in the hands of foreign interests that are more often than not, hostile to the interests of the United States. We can only hope that the Obama administration will defend the United States if we are attacked by one of the Iranian nuclear warheads Obama failed to keep out of the Iranian’s hands.
While the Obama administration is reluctant to use the Armed Forces of the United States outside of finding an international rule of law letting him, he has no compunctions against using the Armed Forces of the United States against the people of the United States on United States soil in violation of both US Law and the US Constitution when he signed the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 into laws.
John Jay warned us about the dangers of an International-American president and while not the first (that honor goes to Chester Alan Arthur) Barack Hussein Obama Jr. is the complete International-American president with allegiances spanning the globe.
We at the Birthers have documented that Barack Obama is currently and has been a foreigner living in the United States. He has had at least two different citizenships in his lifetime, possibly up to four. The two citizenships we can confirm he held are British and Kenyan. If he was born in Hawaii he has a third, American and if he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro he would have held Indonesian citizenship, a possible fourth.
According to the British Nationality Act of 1948 Obama never lost his at birth British citizenship, his parents never needed to register him, he never needed to claim it by a certain date, nor did he loose it on a certain date. The only way he could have lost his British citizenship was to renounce it, but he has never renounced it. This is a fact and has never been disputed.
He was in fact given citizenship Kenyan citizenship on December 12, 1963. He had two ways to become a citizen of Kenya. The first way is because he was born there (and this still remains a very real possibility) and the second method was simply because his father became a citizen on that date. While the Kenyan constitution states he could not be a dual citizen after his 23rd birthday (1983) there were ways he could have kept it. The simplest way was to return to Kenya and simply declare his intent to remain a Kenyan before his 23rd birthday. Interestingly there are eyewitness accounts placing Obama in Kenya in 1983.
Obama never was a natural born citizen, and if he cannot conclusively prove he was born in Hawaii, he is not even an American citizen, since his mother was too young to give him citizenship if he was not born on United States soil.
