Here’s what The Australian News wrote – “US President Barack Obama's father appears on a list drawn up by British officials of Kenyan students in the United States as "OBAMA, Barrack H".
Obama senior enrolled at the University of Hawaii in 1959 and married Anne Durham(sic) in 1961, with their son born later that year.
A memo from a British diplomat in Washington to London in 1959 sets out concerns about Kenyan students in the United States, the Daily Mail newspaper reported.
"I have discussed with the State Department. They are as disturbed about these developments as we are. They point out that Kenya students have a bad reputation over here for falling into the wrong hands and for becoming both anti-American and anti-white," it quoted the memo as saying."

We Appreciate the Feedback
Article II Super PAC received some great feedback on our Rubio work. Much of it expressed concerns circulating around Romney’s eligibility questions. Well, for some the jury is still out on that question, but for others the question is settled; Romney meets constitutional qualifications.
One of those “others” is Commander Kerchner who spent more than 50 hours over several months delving into Romney’s genealogy. He is an avid genealogist who boasts 40 years of research experience, credentialed in DNA genealogy and has taught classes. He put his experience and skill to work to resolve this question and has concluded “Mitt Romney is a “natural born Citizen of the United States”and is constitutionally eligible to be President and Commander in Chief of our military. Of course, having an official independent entity, unrelated to the corporate Party’s – RNC and DNC - to provide the service of “vetting” all Presidential/Vice Presidential candidates would be welcomed, it’s not in the cards…yet.
So, in Romney’s case, at least according to Kerchner, the laws coupled with Romney’s nativity facts, he’s a natural born Citizen. We are continuing to look into Romney’s familial history, and we will write his campaign to learn what we can to embellish or detract from the current research record. Does Rubio know something we don’t
Florida Sen. Marco Rubio said Wednesday that "I don't want to be the vice president right now, or maybe ever. I really want to do a good job in the Senate." He said he'd say no even if presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney asked him.

But in an interview at an event kicking off the University of Phoenix/National Journal Next America project, Rubio also demonstrated that the vice presidency is on his mind.
"If in four to five years, if I do a good job as vice president—I'm sorry, as senator—I'll have the chance to do all sorts of things," he said.

Georgia and New Jersey…NEXT STEPS
Georgia’s Weldon, Powell and Swensson’s next legal step is bringing their case to the U.S. Supreme Court. Weldon’s attorney, Van Irion has hinted, strongly, they are headed there and it’s safe to assume Hatfield and his clients are preparing as well. Stay tuned to future updates.
About New Jersey - Apuzzo and his clients Purpura and Moran are filing an appeal with the NJ Superior Court. Here is a snippet from a communication sent out today by an Apuzzo supporter.
"This one event has Obama for America on its heels. Ms. Alexandra Hill, Obama’s lawyer has been removed from the appeal and the “big guns” are going to slug it out with Mario. They are also threatening to seal the video from the court record of Team Obama saying Mickey Mouse can be President, but the people do not have a right to know if a candidate for president is constitutionally qualified. (And other memorable moments.)”
Believe it or not, the Obama legal team wants to disappear that portion of the video where Hill stated the truth! That is, during a primary the Party’s can nominate anyone INCLUDING Mickey Mouse!

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
