Barrack Obama can only be understood in the context of sociopathy, a characteristic going back at least as far as his late teen years in Hawaii, when he was a member of the Choon Gang, where he was known as manipulative bullshit artist.

Simply stated, sociopaths (approx. 1 to 2% of the population) are born w/o a conscience. They do not have the circuitry to process certain emotions, and have no empathy, no remorse, no regret, no shame, and no guilt, allowing them to con, betray, threaten, or harm other persons at will, combined with relentless pathological lying, including creating new lies to cover old lies. 

Extremely narcissistic and self-absorbed, emotionally detached, smug, uncaring, unsympathetic, viewing the world as centered around themselves, with a huge sense of entitlement, combined with haughty and arrogant body language such as a swagger while projecting an air of supreme self-confidence, responding to criticisms or perceived slights with petulant child-like rages. Particularly skilled at manipulating and controlling and humiliating and shaming their targets - whom they consider fools who deserve to be conned and scammed . See other humans as marks to be used and discarded, especially the gullible.

Often leaving a trail of debris with the people and entities they interact with. Repeated refusal to accept responsibility for their own actions, experts at finding scapegoats to blame, and playing the victim. Sociopaths are never wrong, and rarely ever apologize, except to give fake "apologies.” Skilled actors, masters of deception, often able to shed tears on command, and who generally learn from their late teen years how to mimic and fake emotions to blend in with normal persons, and eventually realize having both a lack of any conscience and being an accomplished liar - confers on them a huge advantage allowing them to exploit, scam, and con others.
