Oligarchy is defined as a form of government in which all power is vested in a few persons or in a dominant class or clique; government by the few.

The oligarchy is composed of the Democrat and Republican establishments, the media and the financiers, who every four years hire a President.

The political system they operate is known as "totalitarian democracy", one in which lawfully elected representatives rule a nation state whose citizens, although granted the right to vote, have little or no participation in the decision-making process of government.

The main policy of the American oligarchy is malfeasance, the performance by a public official of an act that is legally unjustified, harmful, or contrary to law.

Or as Ambrose Bierce, a 19th century political satirist, described Washington D.C. as a strife of interests masquerading as a contest of principles and the conduct of public affairs for private advantage.
How did, for example, Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) manage to grow his net worth to $10 million while raising a large family, on a public official's salary, and incurring the expenses associated with maintaining two residences on opposite sides of the country?

Six years into his presidency, there seems to be almost nothing the nation does not know about Mr. Obama, ranging from his views on the use of drones to target terrorists to how his daughters have less interest in hanging out with him as they become teenagers.
But little is known about the state of his game and what he is like on the golf course,where he has spent roughly 1,000 hours playing 214 rounds since he was elected in 2008, according to Mark Knoller, a CBS correspondent who has kept track of the president’s schedule.

With this, the “paper of record” proceeds to “inform” readers about the never-before-revealed details of Barack Hussein Obama’s golf game.
Now we know everything?
Fat chance. For starters, there’s that unsolved mystery of why there is a piece of phony electronic artwork on the White House website purporting to be an image of a 1961 government document attesting to the details of Barack Obama’s birth. That this is evidence of what is likely the biggest case of identity fraud in history isn’t news to American media investigating more pressing matters (e.g., the presidential golf game). Nor, it seems, is other evidence of fraud or forgery from different investigations and numerous court proceedings. But it’s not just media (exception: WND.com) that turn their collective blind eye. Relevant federal, state and local authorities (exception: Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio) have consistently ignored, derided or buried all such evidence rather than carry out their legal responsibilities.
Interestingly, the president himself hasn’t ignored it all. He can’t. When he must, Obama has paid untold sums to legal teams to defend himself in court against the multiple challenges to his eligibility to serve as president that crescendoed in 2012.
In a case questioning Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 presidential ballot in Georgia, evidence was introduced in an administrative law court to prove that the president is using a Connecticut Social Security number (he never lived in Connecticut), that Obama’s Social Security number was never really issued to him, and that his Social Security number does not pass the U.S. government’s own E-Verify test.
The Obama legal response? Obama lawyer Michael Jablonski tried to deflect the Social Security issue – which itself indicates an epic case of possible felony fraud – not by proving the allegations to be false and ridiculous, but rather by pointing out that “nothing in the Constitution makes … participating in Social Security a prerequisite to serving as president.”
Is that what a normal person, even a president, who has a regular old Social Security number would do?
The simplest line of defense is always going to be the truth – if, that is, one’s Social Security number is on the up-and-up. The Obama defense, however, was to bypass the fraud charges altogether and point out that having a Social Security number is not a prerequisite to serving as president!
Isn’t this rather curious legal strategy worth some media scrutiny – maybe even just one follow-up question? Nope. Gotta stake out that presidential putting green.
Walking away from allegedly dirty documents became the basis of the Obama defense. Obama lawyers took this same tack – not to defend allegedly false identity documents but rather show them to be irrelevant to presidential eligibility – in a 2012 New Jersey ballot challenge. (More unusually, so did the administrative law judge in the case, Jeff Masin, who actually seemed to help Obama lawyer Alexandra Hill stick to her own team’s defensive strategy.) In the New Jersey case, the Obama defense rested on the fact that because Obama did not present his birth certificate to state election officials (and, by law, was not required to do so), forgery or not, it was irrelevant to his eligibility to appear on the ballot.
As Judge Mazin put it: “So the question of whether the document that is produced turns out to be a forgery, it seems to me is irrelevant because he hasn’t produced it.” Obama lawyer Hill later replied: “You could have Mickey Mouse … and everyone could sign up and go with it.”
No further questions, said the media – in fact, no questions at all.
Meanwhile, the lawyer did raise a good point. Mickey Mouse would have been a definite improvement over Obama, and not just for the country.
The arrested-development media might actually have covered Mickey Mouse.

Obamacare was designed such that its most harmful provisions would not be implemented until after the President had been returned to office for a second term and his Democrat accomplices had been reelected to their congressional seats. Fortunately for the nation, the latter part of that strategy was a spectacular failure. Nonetheless, it did provide the public with a temporary reprieve from the health care law’s most painful exactions. That brief respite is now at an end. This year, you will begin to experience the realities of “reform” first hand and you are not going to like how it feels.
In fact, you are probably already feeling the first twinges without recognizing that their source is Obamacare. If you are among the 150 million Americans who get health insurance through their employers, for example, chances are that the coverage your company offered for 2015 has much higher premiums than did last year’s plan. The President and his toad eaters in the legacy media will do their best to convince you that these increases are caused by insurance company avarice, but this is merely another lie they are peddling in the hope that they can save Obama’s “signature domestic achievement.”
The actual cause was the looming employer mandate and other Obamacare regulations that took effect January 1. The mandate and accompanying red tape dramatically increase the cost of employee health insurance for companies with 100 or more full-time-equivalent workers. It requires all such firms to offer “minimum essential” coverage to 70 percent of their full-time employees or pay huge fines. These PPACA-mandated benefits are expensive, and very few small-to-medium sized employers can unilaterally absorb the costs of such “essential” coverage. So you get to share the pain.

Hint: It isn’t Christianity or Islam.
This year, the pope will use an immense amount papal moral influence to address global warming, or as it is now called, in light of the small amount of warming actually taking place, climate change. In a few weeks, he will visit the Philippine city of Tacloban, which was devastated by the super typhoon Haiyan in 2012. Then he will present his encyclical, and in September he will address the United Nations General Assembly on the subject. This will all be done to influence the December 2015 international Climate Change Conference in Paris.

​January 4, 2015, ~TPATH~ We break now, the seal on a new year and as fresh resolutions, proclamations and promises directed towards bettering our lives and our communities, while quite honestly and stoutly proffered, most will soon be as endangered as an Obama truism.  But fear not. There is a very resolute group of scoundrels, black hearted users of people, scavengers and bottom feeders, all of whom will unrelentingly continue their greedy quest for the dollar and dominance of a particular domain.   There will be no need for any such continuing resolutions.  As with the frenzied feeding of sharks or a wolf pack hamstringing a weakened herbivore, each member of this insidious cadre instinctively understands what it is they do.  And do it they will.

While the history of the human experiment has been written in the blood of the weak and the word humane seems to have adopted the opposite meaning than reality might espouse, clearly, civilized peoples the world over have worked very hard to reverse the course of a bloody past.  It's all too true that humanity has come a long way towards making those amends.  But there are several groups that do not ever intend to evolve and in fact are dedicated to the pursuit of dominating the world or the domains of their pursuit.  More on them in a few minutes.

Hatred, envy, fear, misinformation, and outrageous lies; all tools of the dominator.  But the most important tool at their disposal,  which remains consistent  from the earliest of human conquests, is the control, the manipulation of the minority, the uneducated, and the less technologically advanced.

The past domination of a people by others has not only been perpetrated upon the minority races but executed on the undereducated underclass as well.  But there can be no denial and history has chronicalized the extent to which the minority has suffered more than its share of exploitation.  The answer as to why  this generational domination has occurred and reoccurred throughout history may lie in as simple an explanation as, without the morals of a God governed society, only might makes right.  However, a more earthly synopsis which cannot be  ignored is that  superior technology will always dominate the less advanced.

Why some cultures over the centuries have, from one generation to the next, endeavored to improve standards of living, education, science and yes technology while others have stagnated, is not now, nor will it ever be understood.  But what is understood and has been proven to devastating consequence, is that when the lesser technological society is confronted by the greater, things don't turn out so well for the lesser.

Crimes against mankind, some may be thinking, is the sole domain of America and its beginnings.  Those who think that are ignorant of the inhuman transgressions perpetrated against hundreds of cultures from before recorded history to these, the so called modern times. Some examples: 

1. The culturally advanced Egyptians invaded Northern Africa, slaughtered and enslaved those peoples whose technologies were less advanced. 
2. Portugal and Spain murdered, raped and pillaged the indigenous  cultures of Central and South America. 
3. The Dutch with no more than a handful of technologically superior individuals dominated and controlled millions  of people in South Africa for decades.
4. The African tribes, the ones with the longer spears and more accurate bows, raided villages and abducted people to sell to European traders of human cargo. 
5. Aborigines of Australia were murdered, enslaved and exploited by the British Monarchy as well as the Irish settlers whose families joined them upon their release from prison colonies. 
6. And now, to this day, the unarmed Christians of the Middle East and North Africa are being systematically slaughtered by a culture which is technologically more advanced, simply because they have the better weapons.  

For sure the domination of the Africans brought here as slaves and the confiscation of the homelands of the then native peoples as a result of new Americans settling this great land,  things did not turn out so well for the less advanced cultures.  While hundreds of thousands of lives were sacrificed by the dominating culture in order to halt the exploitation of the Africans, no such enlightenment was realized in time to save the American Indian.

Let's return now to the wolves and the sharks, or in a more precise term, the Main Stream Media.  Despite what most of decent society has learned, these culprits have and will continue to exploit and use minorities for both profit and fame.  

Their unadulterated efforts to create racial tension and thereby racism fueled  violence and  destruction of property for the sole purpose of generating "Breaking News" on the nightly broadcasts or a screaming headline in their dying periodicals, hold no bounds. They have proven too, beyond any doubt, that dead minorities, assaulted and brutalized innocent citizens, assassinated policemen, destroyed businesses, homes and property are not too big a price to pay for a great headline.  

Don't doubt for a minute that the firestorms of Michael Brown and the subsequent death of Eric Garner never would have occurred without the prior "seeding of hate, lies and deception" by the press concerning the Treyvon Martin race baiting creation.  Recall how the media covered up the history and thuggery of the so called victim while simultaneously authoring a new lexicon of the English language, the "White Hispanic".

In the Michael Brown case, if the media had just done its job and reported the facts as they knew them, after a few days the situation would have returned to normal.  But the media needed some headlines and once again the minority community has suffered. 

It is impossible to deny and history will confirm, every broken shop window, every torched car, every ruined and destroyed business, both large and small, every innocent person, white or non-white who has been assaulted and or killed, every policeman from New York to California, who was shot or assassinated or any of the nasty things yet to occur, all lay at the feet of the main stream media.  All of it.

Some may presume that it be too harsh to place the entire guilt on the media given that there are other groups involved in this mess, such as that Communist movement aligned with  Anonymous or the traditional and well known race hustlers who show up at every event looking to feed on the death and misery of the black community.  They are but bit players. Yes, it's true, they thrive like vultures on the careon of the abused minority, but without a platform constructed and built by the mainstream media there would be no place for these misschiefmaking maggots to perch and infect.

Will the minority community ever extricate itself from the realm of the lesser?  Alas, the prospects for that are dismal.  Until a leader arrives who will educate the ignorant, lead the leaderless and elevate his community to an equal footing consistent with the rest of society, they will forever be relegated to pawnship, fodder and chaff.  

The press, the perfection of perfidy, understands this all too well.  So they will continue to prevent anyone of such character to ever come to the fore.  They will destroy him long before he has had the opportunity to gain purchase on the platform they have so carefully crafted.

The Officer Down Memorial Page (ODMP) has partnered with Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) and law enforcement associations across America on a National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day scheduled for Jan. 9.
In light of recent negativity directed toward law enforcement nationally, there is a need to show law enforcement officers that our citizens recognize the difficult and sometimes impossible career they have chosen, in public service to us all.
Can you imagine going to work each day and wondering if you’ll survive your shift and see your family that night? Most people can’t. But in law enforcement, this is a fact of life. Each day 780,000 police officers across our country put a badge on and go to work knowing they may face extremely dangerous situations. Yet, they go to work anyway. Being a law enforcement officer is not just a job, it is a calling. The pay is low, the hours can be terrible, and there is sometimes little appreciation for what you do. Yet, they do it anyway.
What the public doesn’t see is the lengths law enforcement takes to keep our communities safe. On average, between 105 and 203 officers die in the line of duty each year, 50,000 officers are assaulted in the line of duty each year, 14,000 officers are injured in the line of duty each year, and over 300 officers commit suicide each year. There is no other profession in the world, except possibly the military, where you will find these kinds of statistics.
Being a law enforcement officer truly is an impossible job. You must be professional, courteous, caring and yet be ready to protect the public at all times. You must be prepared to make life and death decisions at a moment’s notice. You take an amazing amount of abuse at times, but have to view this abuse as just “part of the job.” You do not have the liberty to express your emotions during many situations.
Law enforcement officers play such an integral part in our society; without them, chaos would reign. Have you ever thought about what you would do if you were in trouble – a car accident, a home invasion, an assault – and you did not have someone to call for help? No matter how much abuse law enforcement takes, they continue to do their job, and do it well. They are the guardians of our way of life and they deserve our support.
On January 9th, we call our nation’s citizens to action in support of law enforcement. Those citizens who appreciate law enforcement and are discouraged about the negative attention being given, are encouraged take time on Friday, Jan. 9 to show their support. Support can be shown in a number of ways:

• Change your profile picture on social media to the image at the beginning of this proposal
• See a police officer? Thank a police officer
• Wear blue clothing in support of law enforcement
• Send a card of support to your local police department or state agency
• Share a positive story about a positive law enforcement experience on social media
• Ask children in your community write letters in support of law enforcement
• Participate in Project Blue Light by proudly displaying your blue light in support of law enforcement
• Organize an event or a rally in support of your law enforcement officers
• Advertise your support through local media outlets/billboards
• Post the public service announcement supplied by C.O.P.S. to your department's webpage or social media pages

How Sharpton gets paid to not cry ‘racism’ at corporations

Want to influence a casino bid? Polish your corporate image? Not be labeled a racist?
Then you need to pay Al Sharpton.
For more than a decade, corporations have shelled out thousands of dollars in donations and consulting fees to Sharpton’s National Action Network. What they get in return is the reverend’s supposed sway in the black community or, more often, his silence.
Sony Pictures co-chair Amy Pascal met with the activist preacher after leaked e-mails showed her making racially charged comments about President Obama. Pascal was under siege after a suspected North Korean cyber attack pressured the studio to cancel its release of “The Interview,” which depicts the assassination of dictator Kim Jong-un.
Pascal and her team were said to be “shaking in their boots” and “afraid of the Rev,” The Post reported.
No payments to NAN have been announced, but Sharpton and Pascal agreed to form a “working group” to focus on racial bias in Hollywood.

Sharpton notably did not publicly assert his support for Pascal after the meeting — what observers say seems like a typical Sharpton “shakedown” in the making. Pay him in cash or power, critics say, and you buy his support or silence. “Al Sharpton has enriched himself and NAN for years by threatening companies with bad publicity if they didn’t come to terms with him. Put simply, Sharpton specializes in shakedowns,” said Ken Boehm, chairman of the National Legal & Policy Center, a Virginia-based watchdog group that has produced a book on Sharpton.
And Sharpton, who now boasts a close relationship with Obama and Mayor de Blasio, is in a stronger negotiating position than ever.
“Once Sharpton’s on board, he plays the race card all the way through,” said a source who has worked with the Harlem preacher. “He just keeps asking for more and more money.”

Horse in the race

One example of Sharpton’s playbook has emerged in tax filings and a state inspector general’s report.
In 2008, Plainfield Asset Management, a Greenwich, Conn.-based hedge fund, made a $500,000 contribution to New York nonprofit Education Reform Now. That money was immediately funneled to the National Action Network.

The donation raised eyebrows. Although the money was ostensibly to support NAN’s efforts to bring “educational equality,” it also came at a time that Plainfield was trying to get a lucrative gambling deal in New York. Plainfield had a $250 million stake in Capital Play, a group trying to secure a license to run the coming racino at Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens. Capital Play employed a lobbyist named Charlie King, who also was the acting executive director of NAN.
Sharpton has said that most of the Plainfield contribution went to pay King’s salary.
King’s company, the Movement Group, was paid $243,586 by NAN in 2008, tax records show.
Harold Levy, a former New York City schools chancellor who was a managing director at Plainfield at the time, has denied the contribution was made to curry favor with Sharpton or anyone else. But a year later, as the battle for the racino license heated up, NAN raked in another $100,000 from representatives of the AEG consortium, which was the successor company to Capital Play.
One AEG member e-mailed another in 2009 saying, “Sharpton lobbied [then-Gov. David Paterson] hard over the weekend on our behalf,” according to the state inspector general’s 2010 report on the corrupt racino licensing process.

In order to discredit SL Green, one of the rival bidders whose plan included a Hard Rock Hotel, an AEG executive sent another e-mail outlining tactics to conscript local leaders to its cause. “We are going to need it, and we are going to need . . . Sharpton to piss on hard rock,” according to the undated e-mail cited in the IG’s report.
Sharpton denied he lobbied on behalf of AEG.
The donations, meanwhile, came at an opportune time for Sharpton, as NAN was deep in debt to the IRS in 2008. It owed $1.3 million in unpaid federal, state and city payroll taxes including interest and penalties.
AEG viewed its payments to Sharpton as more of an insurance policy so he wouldn’t scuttle its chances by criticizing the group, said a source familiar with the racino controversy.

Cost of doing business

Sharpton raised $1 million for NAN at his 60th birthday bash in October, with donations rolling in from unions and a corporate roster of contributors including AT&T, McDonald’s, Verizon and Walmart.
Companies have long gotten in line to pay Sharpton. Macy’s and Pfizer have forked over thousands to NAN, as have General Motors, American Honda and Chrysler.

NAN had repeatedly and without success asked GM for donations for six years beginning in August 2000, a GM spokesman told The Post. Then, in 2006, Sharpton threatened a boycott of GM over the planned closing of an African-American-owned dealership in The Bronx. He picketed outside GM’s Fifth Avenue headquarters. GM wrote checks to NAN for $5,000 in 2007 and another $5,000 in 2008. Sharpton targeted American Honda in 2003 for not hiring enough African-Americans in management positions.
“We support those that support us,” Sharpton wrote to the company. “We cannot be silent while African-Americans spend hard-earned dollars with a company that does not hire, promote or do business with us in a statistically significant manner.”
Two months later, car-company leaders met with Sharpton, and Honda began to sponsor NAN’s events. The protests stopped.
Sharpton landed a gig as a $25,000-a-year adviser to Pepsi after he threatened a consumer boycott of the soda company in 1998, saying its ads did not portray African-Americans. He held the position until 2007
As for Sony, Sharpton denied that his meeting with Pascal resulted in a donation to NAN.
“I have had no discussion with her about money.” Sharpton told The Post. “There was never even a remote discussion about money.”

What do they want? Anti-police protestors release 'demands'

The #blacklivesmatter movement has been screaming about "justice" for months, threatening that there will be no "peace" without it.
Of course, they never mention what form this "justice" will take and how we will know when we achieve it.
No worries. The protest in New York on New Year's Eve saw fliers being handed out by the group with a list of "demands" that shows why these people should be kept as far away from power as humanly possible.

On fliers handed out at the New York City protest on New Year’s Eve, the “#BlackLivesMatter” movement spelled out what they “demand.”

One such demand is essentially an end to access to the court system for police officers charged with a crime.

We demand a total independent investigative body that has full and total investigative powers, and unhindered access to any scene and full access to all evidence,” they write. “This investigative body will have full prosecuting power, and the authority to mete out punishment. This agency will have the power to immediately sequester any and all officers that are involved and/or on the scene.

Ah - just what we need. A Star Chamber.

Another demand is a direct attack on the police unions, “We demand that any officer found guilty of any crime or violation while on duty be imprisoned and heavily personally fined, and any union that defends that officer be heavily fined with all the money going to the victim.”
Yet another demand is what amounts to the end of the 5th Amendment for police officers:

“We demand any officer that do not (sic) freely come forth and speak about abuse and corruption by fellow officers or the department that they should be aware of, be charged with conspiracy and imprisoned and heavily fined.”

The flier ends with the words, “FREEDOM JUSTICE AND EQUALITY OR DEATH.”

Remarkable. I guess little things like the law and the Constitution don't play into their concept of justice. And note the emphasis on "punishment." The draconian ideas of these totalitarians should be advertised far and wide in order to give everyone the opportunity to see who is behind these protests and why they should be shunned.

Klayman described Obama as “more dangerous than the terrorists” which the U.S. is allegedly fighting in the Middle East “because he is destroying us from within.”

(Jan. 2, 2015) — A former Justice Department prosecutor currently challenging Obama’s executive actions granting deferred deportation to millions of illegal aliens wrote on Friday that Obama is a “native” of the continent of Africa.

The statement was made by Atty. Larry Klayman, who also challenged the constitutionality of the NSA’s spying on American citizens, after which a federal judge agreed that the spying is “almost certainly unconstitutional.”

Klayman founded the government watchdog organization Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch.

In his article today, Klayman contended that several crises in the United States and the world resulting from Obama’s weak foreign policy, abandoning of Israel as an ally, attempted detente with the Iranian and communist Cuban regimes, and admission to the U.S. of “visitors from his native Africa” who might be carrying the deadly Ebola virus have culminated in the need “to legally rid the nation of the evil emperor in the White House.”

In addition, Klayman wrote that along with Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and “fellow race baiters,” Obama has sown the seeds of racial division and “driven the country into what is virtually open warfare among our diverse populations.”

On December 20, two NYPD police officers sitting in their patrol car in a neighborhood of the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of the city were killed in cold blood by a member of the Black Guerrilla Family (BGF), a group founded by two hardened California prison inmates based on the teachings of Marcus Garvey and other black nationalists.  Garvey’s teachings led to the formation of the Black Panthers and later, the New Black Panthers, whose leader, Malik Zulu Shabazz, recently predicted that more police officers will be killed this year.

As LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) first wrote in a criminal complaint on March 17, 2009, Klayman accused Obama of committing treason against the United States.

Fitzpatrick is currently serving a three-year sentence in a Tennessee state prison for attempting to bring evidence of corruption among court clerks, judges, prosecutors, sheriffs’ departments, and grand jury foremen to the McMinn, TN grand jury. His attorney, Van Irion, stated that his client is the first person in U.S. history to have been imprisoned for approaching a grand jury with evidence of a crime.

“I’m now afraid to go to the grand jury,” Irion told Dr. Laurie Roth of The Roth Show after Fitzpatrick’s conviction by a jury in June presided over by Senior Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood.

It is known that Obama operatives worked with locals in neighboring Monroe County, TN to implicate Fitzpatrick and Darren Wesley Huff in nonexistent “planned” crimes, for which Huff is currently serving the last part of a four-year sentence in a federal prison in Texarkana, TX.

Like Klayman but in different words, Fitzpatrick had accused Obama of being a “foreign born domestic enemy.”  The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee ignored Fitzpatrick’s criminal complaint, as did U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth over the summer of 2009.

Dr. Michael Savage, who hosts a daily popular radio program, suspected in 2010 that Obama is a “foreign usurper” with “dual allegiances.”

Obama ran for president in 2008 after signing an affidavit for the state of Arizona affirming that he was a “natural born Citizen,” which is required for the office of president and commander-in-chief by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.  While most Americans understand the term to mean “born in the country,” historically, it likely meant that a person was “born in the country to citizen parents” in order to avoid divided loyalties.

Obama claims to have been born in Honolulu, HI to a Kenyan-citizen father and U.S.-citizen mother.  After rising doubts about Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve threatened to derail his candidacy for a second term in 2011 as publicly voiced by businessman Donald Trump, the White House released what it said was a scan of a certified copy of Obama’s original, long-form birth certificate on April 27, 2011.

Within 24 hours, the image was denounced by experts as an amateur forgery.

Liberty, Tolerance, and Christianity

January 1, 2015 ~TPATH~ Today most Americans will acknowledge that this is a Christian
nation - or a nation founded on Christian principles. These have accepted the national
philosophy that has been passed down for generations but they have accepted it blindly and
cannot defend their belief, which makes their beliefs vulnerable to assaults of nefarious
revisionists.

Fortunately, our Founding Fathers fully understood the importance of establishing a solid
republic on Christian principles. What did our Founders understand about Christianity and
government that they were willing to die for but our citizens today seldom give a passing
thought? John Hancock, one of our Founders who by his own words was willing to die for
liberty, once said: Resistance to tyranny becomes the Christian and social duty of each
individual. Continue steadfast and, with a proper sense of your dependence on God, nobly
defend those rights which heaven gave, and no man ought to take from us. History of the
United States of America, Vol.II, p.229.

American Christians today would do well to meditate on Hancock’s words. This raises another
question: why is resistance to tyranny the Christian’s social duty? Of course we understand
that tyranny is not a desirable form of government, but why is it anti-Christian? Hancock went
on to say that our dependence should only be on God and we are to defend the rights that
heaven bestowed upon us. In a tyrannical government, the government and its leaders
become the sole arbiters of our rights. Worse, in order to preserve their power, they create a
dependence on them and their government usually through rules and regulations that
strangle their citizens in the form of unjust laws and taxation. The principle of unfair taxation
and over-regulation that allowed for the confiscation of property was well understood by our
Founders.

In the Declaration of Independence the phrase “the pursuit of happiness” was often
interpreted to mean the rightful possession of personal property. And our Founders also had a
deep appreciation for the fact that our rights come from God and not from any government or
any government representative. However, the differences between tyranny and freedom are
more extensive than whom one may depend or your right to the fruits of your own labor.
Tyranny is also anti-God in other ways. Tyranny overrides our rights to make our own
decisions and thereby places itself above God Himself. In the Garden of Eden God told
Adam and Eve what was right and what He expected of them; however, He allowed them to
make their own decisions.

Tyranny extends no such allowance. A modern day tyranny can be described as tax dollars
that finance abortion, despite the moral convictions of the one being taxed. In this case, the
tax payers’ liberty of conscience is overridden by internal revenue laws. Regardless of what
the taxpayer thinks is right or wrong, the federal government dictates the terms.2 Corinthians
3:17 states: “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”
Liberty requires that a person be able to make their own decisions about what is right and
what is wrong, and by choosing what is right they insure the future of liberty. God did not
create little robots that do His will without exercising any choice of their own. He created
thinking people whom He gave the right to exercise their own will and make their own
decisions. Tyranny is the antithesis of this principle. William Penn understood this well. He
once stated: “A people who will not be ruled by God are destined to be ruled by tyrants.” Penn,
as well as John Adams, also understood that God’s moral codes are fundamental to the
propagation of liberty. Without God’s moral codes, government has to step in and create rules
to govern a people that will not govern themselves - and eventually even the most altruistic
governments become power-crazed and tyrannical - believing they know better about what is
good for the collective good than their citizens.

Adams stated: “Our Constitution was designed for a moral and religious people…it is wholly
inadequate to govern any other.” It is wholly inadequate because people who do not know
right from wrong will inevitably make the wrong decisions, partly out of wickedness and
partly out of ignorance. The link between Christianity and our free Republic was also
commented upon by Noah Webster, a Revolutionary soldier, a judge, a legislator, and
educator, and of course known best for his dictionary. He said: “The religion which has
introduced civil liberty is the religion of Christ and His apostles…This is genuine Christianity
and to this we owe our free constitutions of government.” The difference between knowing
right from wrong and tolerance is frequently misunderstood in America. This
misunderstanding has led to the labeling of Christians as being “intolerant” when just the
opposite is true. It was the Christian faith that established the principles of liberty and
freedom that this country was founded upon.

Liberty allows for free will, which is tolerance at its finest. The confusion occurs
because the God of the Bible also establishes a moral code that tells us what is right and
wrong. Understanding the difference between right and wrong does not translate into
dictating and imposing our preferences on someone else. Although we are required to boldly
proclaim what we believe, we are not directed to impose our will upon anyone. Liberty cannot
exist in an intolerant nation, but it also cannot exist in a nation that prefers what is wrong
over what is right, which will result in chaos and the need for government interference, which
will eventually result in tyranny.

This distinct difference is also what sets America apart from countries that hold elections but
prefer religions other than Christianity. For instance, the God of the Bible establishes the
Law of Free Will in the Garden of Eden, while the God of the Koran establishes
Sharia Law that dictates what is right as interpreted by Mohammed, which cannot be
questioned or violated upon severe penalty of law. The God of the Bible tells us that we
should not be a respecter of persons or to show partiality (James 2:1-13). On the other hand,
Mohammed was the first to enslave black Africans based solely on their skin color. In
America, the eighth and tenth Commandments are honored by enforcing our right to keep our
own property; while in Communist countries, the collective needs of the majority trump
anyone’s right to keep the fruit of their own labors.

Of course this somewhat noble aspiration to help those with less has always been perverted
into helping those in power to have the ability to confiscate anything anyone owns and to
dictate anything anyone should or should not believe. These nations have always outlawed
Christianity, which is the belief system established by the author of Liberty. If a liberty-loving
nation is to survive, those who love liberty must be able to defend what they love. Liberty is
far more than being able to chose one’s profession or where one lives; it is a right given to us
by God - not granted to us by government. Although the Bible establishes right and wrong
and tells us how we should best live, it is tolerant and does not dictate to us what our choices
should be or even that we should chose what is right. It allows us to make those choices for
ourselves.

In the past, America thrived because its citizens valued liberty and understood how to live
righteously. Today, as more and more Americans chose what’s right in their own eyes without
regard to God’s moral codes, our liberties are slowly slipping away. And government is doing
what government always does, establishing its own set of moral and civil codes.
Unfortunately, governments are run by flawed men and women who have become wise in
their own eyes - unfortunately, in their own eyes is the only place their wisdom reigns and
America is suffering as a result of their foolishness.

Despite the fact that We-the-People gave the Republicans a mandate to stop Obama's unconstitutional and country-destroying dictates, policies and programs with a landslide victory in November, the current establishment majority – still in charge of the Marxist Democrat-Lite Party (aka Republicans) – still insists upon supporting Obama.

Message to the Congressional Republican Marxists: "Your cover has been blown! You can no longer effectively use the excuse of 'the media will be mean to us if we don't support the first black president'!"

First of all, we-the-voters are well aware of media bias in favor of the Left. It has been that way for hundreds, if not thousands, of years dating back to – probably – even ancient Babylon where diversity of opposition to God and tolerance for everything caused segregation of different cultural groups that entered the huge city-state who brought with them different languages and different gods. It's likely the "liberal" scribes of the time – human nature hasn't really changed over millennia – thought this was just wonderful and wrote about it. As Babylon became more impressed with itself, it built huge structures to glorify its work. And, then the kings began allowing more and more non-citizens (aka "illegals"?) who brought beliefs that were counter to the survival of the once Hebraic Babylon to enter and set up shop. And Babylon did not survive. So, yes Republicans. Any of us who was born when real history was being taught in US schools knows why we are being destroyed and that the leftist media is helping. They will always be bitter towards anyone and anything that encroaches upon their Luciferian lust for power over humans. Their nature hasn't changed. either. It is greed, corruption and all of the other accouterments that accompany an unquenchable thirst for power and money...OUR money.

Again, Republicans, get rid of the "they won't like us if we try to save the country and its people" excuse. Not only did Republicans and Independents vote for you but, a large number of Democrats did too. Republicans who ran for the Senate won fully 40 % of the Hispanic vote, so you rationally can't use the "Hispanics won't like us" excuse anymore either. That is, unless you're referring to the illegal ones coming into our country via Obama's now fully-open Southern border. The Hispanic voters told you in Congress that they don't want illegals in the country. However, too many of you have decided to supplant our loud and clear message of "STOP Obama!" with "the voters are telling us we have to work together to push through Obama's anti-American messages and policies." Are you people insane or just to drunk with your new-found power to care what we want? Or – on a more sinister note – have you been Democrat Marxist and Fascists all along – aka RINOs?

If you don't start working for us and the reestablishment of our country – as founded – recall petitions to remove you from your newly-won offices will begin in all States that allow them; for Republicans as well as Democrats. Note: Very unfortunately, Ohio – which again placed Obama-lackey John Boehner into office – doesn't have a recall process for US Senators. But, we plan to put pressure on all of our Senators to replace Obama's Boehner as Speaker of the House.

Obama, Eric Holder and Valerie Jarrett have used their operatives to foment one riot after another in order to begin a race war. And they have been successful in their early ventures into California, New York and – of course – Missouri. They are also bringing at least many thousands of gang members, Islamists, Africans, Muslims in general as well as the Hispanic poor into our country illegally. This, as we know, is being done to replace the current legal American white majority with illegals. They are continuing to decimate our country and we elected you to stoop them. What about "stop the dictator in our White House who is destroying our country" is still unclear to you in Congress?
