I know you know my name and address, and I know that you monitor these sites. That's good! Your doing what the Taxpayers paid you to do. Look for terrorist, and those who would violate the laws and endanger the lives of the American people
I have an Important Question for you and I would like to include Commentary along with it that will supplement the Questions I am about to ask. I do have to warn you at this point, because the Questions I am about to ask will demand that you search your soul and Convictions, if you actually have any at all.

QUESTION:

(1). You took an Oath to Support and Defend the Constitution of the United States.
(2). Do you seek to arrest those who only want the same thing?
(3). Is the Constitution of the United States Valid today?
(4). Is it worth fighting for?
(5). Are you willing to apply Justice to Everyone equally, or be bias?
(6). Do you seek to apply that justice to other members in the Government, no matter their rank,
Or status?
(7). Is justice blind to race, Religion, or Nationality and should it be?

You must ask all of these questions

Fellow Law Enforcement personnel, I too was in Law enforcement in the military and I have a Great respect for the Law, Not for the President. When you took your oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, how did you feel on that proud day? Think back. Why did you take that job?
Did you want to make a difference? My son did and I am very proud of him. He too is in Law enforcement and like many of you, He has the same hope for a great future not only for him, but for his family. I will assume that many of you here reading this, like me have families, kids and you want them to grow up in America where there is opportunity for all.
To have a chance to go to college is important. To get married and have kids, and so that you can be grandparents some day is also important to you and millions of other Americans too. What is wrong with this? I say nothing on the surface, but since this Administration has taken office, like no other Administration, everything you and I hope for are about to vanish away in the night and gone forever.
It is important that you read all of this because you will know where many of us come from and what we think. I can not speak for everyone so I will speak for me. What is wrong when you have a president who has hijacked the White House illegally and in violation of the Constitution of the United States?
You say I am mad! If I am, Why then has a Federal Judge in California agreed to go to trial in January 2010 because of the evidence that was presented to him in regards to the issue of President Obama not being an American citizen? He stated that he believed there was warranted evidence to support this and there was an attempt by the Department of Justice to close the case and the Federal Judge refused.
I believe that there is an intentional Conspiracy by the Federal Law enforcement Agencies, by the Members of the house, the Senate, the Speaker of the house, and others in the Federal Government to cover up the truth that the current person in the White house elected as President, is not an American Citizen.
Is this my main beef? No, But I question your Law Enforcement Professionalism and I will explain why by asking these questions and respond to many of them here.

Is it wrong for Americans to be mad at the Government when they elect Congressmen, and Senators who create massive Bills that they don’t even read that will effect every America by raising their taxes?

Is it wrong for Americans to be Mad at those elected officials because they will not listen to the people who elected them? The Tea Party Organizations and matter of fact, Americans from every walk of life all over America, Farmers, mothers, Doctors and almost every profession came to Town Hall meetings so that their elected Officials could hear their views and most were against many of the issues that were brought up including Obama’s Healthcare plan and yet our elected officials in spite of the views of these Americans, the bill passed anyway.

Do Americans have a right to be mad that the healthcare bill that none of the elected officials read will take away the healthcare of Seniors and cost Americans Trillions of Dollars?

Do Americans have a right to be mad that the federal government is going to demand that EVERY AMERICAN will have the Obama healthcare at the level the government decides and that if they refuse that they will be fined and will go to Jail? DO WE HAVE A RIGHT TO BE PISSED?

Is our Government out of control and on the road to hell in a Hand Basket?

Do Americans have a right to be mad when you Law enforcement Agencies did nothing to ensure that President Obama was an American Citizen because President Obama has appointed Czars who are Communist, Marxist, Socialist, and who openly praise Revolutionists like Hugo Chavez, Castro, and Chairman Mao and believe that America should have the same kind of Revolution as they did. DO WE AS AMERICANS HAVE A RIGHT TO BE DAMN MAD WHEN THEY SAY THESE THINGS?

Do Americans have a right to demand an accounting by the law enforcement agencies who did not do the proper background checks on Barrack Obama and yet gave him a Top Secret Clearance and access to the most Secret information in this country? Who openly in prior speeches while at Harvard declared that He respected his Professors who were Communist and Marxist and who later commented that if you want to know me, know the kind of people who surround me.

OK President Obama, Let’s look at some of these. There were Underground Members like Bill Ayres, Rev. Wright who, like President Obama, is a Racist and for 20 years sat in the church of this man who preached Black Theology and if you don’t know about that, Goggle it and open your mind and eyes!
There are the Czars who are Communist and Marxist, who praise Mao, Castro, Hugo Chavez and the list goes on and you members of the law Enforcement Agency did nothing!

Do Americans have the right to be mad when groups like ACORN intentionally registered illegal, Dead people and right out lied and registered people who never existed to vote in the 2008 Election, including registering people from France, and England. Americans cried out for fair elections and thousands of absentee votes were cast for Barrack Obama all over America and were accepted and there was no recount. Who went to jail for lying? Did you people care? Where was the Justice?

Do Americans have the right to demand an accounting of our Government for the reason to spend our government in the ground and in debt our future kids to the current tune of $15 Trillion Dollars, and that does not even account for the interest?

Do Americans have a right to be mad when our President intentionally destroys the American Economy and can that be proven? Yes, it can, and here is the proof: The European Common Market has openly said that the only thing that stands in the way of their plans to have a global Government is the United States and their Constitution.

The European Common Market has offered Obama the position as the President of the EU if He can remove that barrier and, so you see right now in the united states Government a willful attempt to spend money they do not have, and to create money and to increase the national Debt to collapse the economy.
Is it no mistake that the European Common Market openly said that “If the American Economy could collapse, then Americans would run and embrace the Global Government” and that is what is happening right before the eyes of the American people.

Do Americans have a right to be labeled as Right Wing Extremist by Homeland Security, because we:

We Believe, that Capitalism is a better way for America. And that we can be anything and do anything in America to improve our lives and grow our businesses and to increase our wealth if we work hard? Is that wrong?

That we believe in the right to own Guns and protect our homes and ourselves from out of control Governments like the current administration that Jefferson talked about. Are we not protected under the Constitution? You know, The 2nd Amendment that the government is trying to take away.

Are we Right Wing Extremist because we love America, The Founding Fathers, and believe in the right to be a free people?

Are we Right Wing Extremist because we are Veterans, and are Christians? Many are, Many are not, but yet we are Americans and we are labeled by Homeland Security as Extremist because we believe these views.

For the record, When radical Global warming extremist, and G-20 protesters protest around the Country, do they commit violence and destroy property and violate the laws? YES THEY DO AND YOU LAW ENFORCEMENT PEOPLE KNOW IT TOO!

When Tea Party Protesters and average Americans from every walk of life come together because they believe strongly on their views and protest and hold rally’s, ANSWER ME THIS: Do they commit violence? Do they destroy property? NO TO BOTH AND THIS IS A DOCUMENTED FACT!

Matter of fact, they clean up after themselves, obey the laws and are peaceful, and yet Homeland Security (now controlling the Secret Service) and the Speaker of the House and other members of the Democrat House and Senate label us as Right Wing Extremist Do we have a Right to be mad?

Is that a Violation of the 2nd Amendment? Do Americans have a right to be mad and fight when our Government decides to destroy our Constitution?

Do Americans have a right to be mad when the Founding Fathers created Checks and Balances in our Government and they are not being used? Proof? OK Glad you asked!

In our Government, when the President violates the Constitution, the checks and balances would remind the President that He is out of line and if the Congress violated the Constitution and created illegal bills, The Supreme Court would step in. WHERE ARE THEY?
IS THERE ANY EVIDENCE OF CHECKS AND BALANCES? NO!

WHY? Because the Government is Corrupt, from the House, to the Senate, to the vice president of the United States, and to the President of the United States, too!

YES! America is corrupt and it is not limited to just the elected. That includes the Law Enforcement agencies who have turned their eyes away from Justice in America, and who have shamed the American people and the Constitution of the United States. Not all, but many of you have!

Our Elected officials, including all of the Members of the House and the Senate, including the Speaker of the House, the Vice President, and the President of the United states have failed the American people. They have committed Crimes and are guilty of the highest levels of treason against America.

They have ripped off the American people of billions of Dollars for their own personal slush funds. They demand we take their Healthcare plan but refuse to take it as well. And yet, they will fine us and send us to Jail if we refuse the Obama healthcare plan.

Yes, Our Government is out of Control and this is why we are mad! I have not yet listed all of the issues here because I could go on and on. We are not going to take it much longer. As I stated earlier, our government is guilty of intentional Conspiracy and in December 2009, President Obama will sign the Copenhagen treaty that will forever destroy the American Constitution of the United States by turning over the solemnity of America to the European Common Market and when that happens, ALL AMERICAN RIGHTS TO VOTE WILL BE FOREVER LOST and President Obama will become Dictator.

As for you members of the Law Enforcement Agencies, I have sent you detailed and highly researched reports to the FBI, CIA, Justice department, Homeland Security, and even the Secret Service detailing the Evidence, and once did you even attempt to check out to see if this is all true about Obama’s citizenship? NO YOU DID NOT!

President Obama is a Kenyan Citizen and not an American citizen and all of the actions being done in America is being done to collapse the American government and destroy the freedom of all Americans.
America is at War from within and it is being taken over by domestic Terrorists who serve in the House and Senate and in the White House and occupy positions in Law Enforcement to intentionally cover up, distort, Lie, and turn a blind eye to Justice. Not only do they do this, they take pleasure in it.
They deserve to be on trial, just like the president should be, for treason.

On Wednesday Obama Took the First Major Step in a Plan to Ban All Firearms in the United States

On Wednesday, the Obama administration took its first major step in a plan to ban all firearms in the United States. The Obama administration intends to force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. The laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms.

The Obama administration is attempting to use tactics and methods of gun control that will inflict major damage to our 2nd Amendment before US citizens even understand what has happened. Obama can appear before the public and tell them that he does not intend to pursue any legislation (in the United States) that will lead to new gun control laws, while cloaked in secrecy, his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton is committing the US to international treaties and foreign gun control laws. Does that mean Obama is telling the truth? What it means is that there will be no publicized gun control debates in the media or votes in Congress. We will wake up one morning and find that the United States has signed a treaty that prohibits firearm and ammunition manufacturers from selling to the public. We will wake up another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that prohibits any transfer of firearm ownership. And then, we will wake up yet another morning and find that the US has signed a treaty that requires US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the local government collection and destruction center or face imprisonment.

This is not a joke nor a false warning. As sure as government healthcare will be forced on us by the Obama administration through whatever means necessary, so will gun control.

U.S. reverses stance on treaty to regulate arms trade

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks are operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.

The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush’s administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.
