Musings

I)During the ObamaCare vote, Harry Reid and the Commucrats said they could use the "Nuclear Option" because the reconciliation vote on HB3200 wasn't a tax, and it would only require 51 votes to pass. Obama went on record numerous times saying ObamaCare wasn't a tax.

Now the DOInJ in trying to rebuff the various State AG's, is saying it is tax, therefore Congress has the power to tax and is justified. To me taxes are revenue sources that are paid directly to the government as in income tax, or are passed on to the government like sales tax or fees. If I pay Blue Cross for insurance, how is that a tax and not a premium payment on a policy?

II) We are hearing that our military are likely going to miss out on voting, because several states are not getting absentee ballots to them. The DOInJ isn't pushing the issue. Could it be because the majority of the military won't vote democrat. If the men and women in uniform were voting for the Obama regime, you can bet no effort would be spared, to ensure our soldiers sailors and airmen have their votes counted.

As an excuse we're told how difficult it is getting the balloting process completed and into the hands of the military. We've gone through this every two years, for 220 years, why so many problems this time? Soldiers aren't getting their votes counted because the powers that be, don't want these votes counted, otherwise it would get done, this isn't rocket science.

To defraud our military, of all people, their right to vote, is beyond outrageous.
