Obama Halts Prosecution of USS Cole Bomber!

How much more proof do people need to see that Obama is a Muslim, who is actively working to destroy America? Why is it that most Americans are incapable of, or unwilling to put two and two together in the case of this black supremacist with a chip on his shoulder? Where was the outrage when Obama’s first call to a world leader was to Mahmoud Abbas? What about when his first official interview was to Al-Arabiyah television. And how about his Cairo speech at that Al Ahzar “university” when he pledged to be a defender of Islam? What about his very first executive order for the closing of the Guantanamo Bay prison? Or how about the fact that the main thing his associates have in common is their support for the fakestinians? Obama obviously wasn’t lying when he wrote in his book “The Audacity of Hope” that “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”

Now this two legged beast has halted the prosecution of USS Cole bomber Abd Al Rahim Al Nashiri.

The Obama administration has shelved the planned prosecution of Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, the alleged coordinator of the Oct. 2000 suicide attack on the USS Cole in Yemen, according to a court filing.

The decision at least temporarily scuttles what was supposed to be the signature trial of a major al-Qaeda figure under a reformed system of military commissions. And it comes practically on the eve of the 10th anniversary of the attack, which killed 17 sailors and wounded dozens when a boat packed with explosives ripped a hole in the side of the warship in the port of Aden.

In a filing this week in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the Justice Department said that “no charges are either pending or contemplated with respect to al-Nashiri in the near future.”

…Nashiri was scheduled to be arraigned in February 2009 but the new administration instructed military prosecutors to suspend legal proceedings at Guantanamo Bay. The charges against Nashiri were withdrawn.

Republicans and conservatives should be all over this one. But I doubt we’ll hear much from them, except their usual talk of high taxes. from the urban grind
