The Daily Caller posted a most interesting piece by a Dr. Eastman as he was in a duel with Linda Chavez over a misguided piece she mothered into the press concerning the 14th Amendment and illegals with their anchor babies.

Ms. Chavez was stating the common misperception that any baby born in America is American, when Dr. Eastman on historical documentation from the very Congressmen who ratified the 14th Amendment never intended anyone born in America to be an American.
The synopsis is and was that the 14th Amendment concerning children born in America was one of jurisdiction which in depth means that foreign ambassadors etc.... having babies in America, did not subject their children to be Americans when they are foreign entities.
A historical example would be Winston Churchill, whose Mum was indeed American, but was British. That example sets the stage for one B. Hussein Obama on equal terms.

As. Dr. Eastman and Linda Chavez were in this focusing alone on Mexican illegals, I immediately was Inspired to note that one Barack Hussein Obama, who admits he was British, but it "expired" erroneously, was of a British colonial Kenyan and an underage Mother who in most of America would have been deemed statutory rape in her impregnation.

As this blog first noted and has never been given credit for, the British Nationality Act of 1948 specifically states Barack Hussein Obama jr. is British with no expiration date, and it has only been reinforced with other BNA clarifications filed.

So when Ann Coulter rants about Birthers and her proving Obama is American, she is the biggest fool in the world, as B. Hussein Obama, was of foreign parents who both were under the jurisdiction on marriage and birth of Junior Obama as British subjects.
The jurisdiction matters, because the 14th Amendment specifically states (even if it is bastardized by liberals for illegal voters) that when the parents are by foreign law, subject to a foreign government, than that child born is not American, but is of that nations status.

This works in equal reverse in the case of John McCain born of American parents on duty in a foreign nation, where Mr. McCain is an American by his parents, no matter the nation he was born in.

In comprehending the depths of this, B. Hussein Obama has had massive fraud associated with him deliberately. Whoever illegally registered him in Hawaii as American, committed fraud in the first birth announcement, including the hospital.
This was common place in the overthrow of Hawaii from the wealthy agriculture and shipping magnets by importing hosts of illegals and illegally registering their children as Democratic voters on the ground.

This is the reprehensible nature of the Hawaiian Governor and Congress in enabling crimes and covering up immense sedition against these United States of which B. Hussein Obama is the tip of the iceberg or pineapple plant.

It is further compounded in Barack Hussein Obama was illegally made an American, defrauding him of his British status, and then when his mother, Stanley Ann Obama, married Lolo Soetoro of Indonesia, Mr. Soetoro, actually adopted Obama jr. in which he took the name Barry Soetoro, and among other legally registered names on passport data, other than Obama.
As the shine went off the Soetoro apple, in Mother Dunham no longer needed the oil company worker in Indonesia as she was moving into high finance, Stanley Ann was playing hopscotch with the young Soetoro in his appearing in elementary school for a time and then showing up in Indonesia again.
The final result at age 10, Barry Soetoro was illegally dumped back into these United States, by his mother lying to the State Department on his real adopted Indonesian status, and hiding the fact that felonious fraud occurred in the original registration of Soetoro as an American.

So B. Hussein Obama was not just an illegal once, but was imported, exported and imported again, to become an illegal undocumented alien twice.
The only status Mr. Obama has now is from a State Department worker being lied to by Stanley Ann Soetoro in her divorce which got Barry Soetoro back into America, under an original name of Barack Hussein Obama, but this time without the goal post II after his name, noting he is a junior Obama.

In all of these cases, Barack Hussein Obama, of current aka status, is incorrectly defined as he is legally still Barry Soetoro of Indonesia. The 14th Amendment in both cases of illegal registration legally defines Barack Hussein Obama as a foreigner, and now by dual citizenship in being British and Indonesian.
Mr. Obama is not an American, and never has been legally his entire life, no more than 500 Mexican illegals all working under the same Social Security number for Juan Gonzalez born in 1902.

It is the 14th Amendment which proves Barack Hussein Obama is not an American Citizen, because he was never under United States jurisdiction at birth. His multiple registrations have all been illegal felonies.
The 14th Amendment in this case then dovetails into the Article of the Office of President of these United States, as the Article states "natural born citizen" and defines no one may be of dual citizenship. Mr. Obama is not a natural born Citizen, because his parents were under British jurisdiction. It does not matter if Barack Obama jr. was born on the moon, born on the steps of the White House or born in Hawaii, because he is by jurisdiction a British subject as this blog has exclusively first noted all along.
Mr. Obama is disqualified on two counts of being a President in America due to his foreign born status and his dual citizenship in Indonesia due to adoption.

The Constitution matters, because without it, there is no America as their is not any guiding absolute Law which joins all Americans by a defining purpose, because the Constitution defines who an American is.

Barack Hussein Obama, in reality Barry Soetoro, as that is his last legal court name in Indonesia is not an American. Sean Hannity can wince at such things being written, but that is the fact of the Constitutional matter and in the American matter.
Mr. Obama has pissed on the US Constitution as he knew all of this. His deluded maniacs have shredded the Document which makes America America and defines them as Americans. Either the Constitution matters or America is dissolved as Mr. Obama fully intends in bankruptcy, dismantled national defense, American unity and defining exactly what makes Americans an American in Constitutional Law.

There is no argument in this at all. Ann Coulter and her Letterman cock and tail crowd are wrong. The United States Constitution defines Barack Hussein Obama as a foreigner of illegal status, a usurper and disqualified to have been elected to the Illinois Congress, US Congress, obtaining a US Passport or even a driver's license, and the Constitution disqualifies Mr. Obama as holding the position as 44th President of these United States.

That is the Law and that is where this blog stands, rests and forever champions, because that is the Fact, the Truth and the Definition of all that is American.
