Now, let me ask you something. Why would the US Army deny crucial evidence to an officer that may face the rest of his life in prison? Are they also part of the conspiracy to cover this up along with the other judges, the media and both political parties?
According to Obama's spokes mouth, Robert Gibbs this issue has been resolved in cyberspace when Obama posted is certification of live birth on the Internet. Well Mr. Gibbs, this issue was never resolved in front of a SENATE HEARING like the one that was held for John McCain. you can lie to the stooges in the White House Press Corps, but you can not lie to me.
Lakin's lawyer needs to demand to know why John McCain allowed an eligibility hearing on himself, but he refused to request the same eligibility hearing for Obama knowing that there were PENDING lawsuits against him. That this is a possible criminal conspiracy involved and his client is the fall guy for daring to expose this conspiracy. The Whistle blower's Act ring a bell?
A few months ago, I had several debates with a few military Veterans and they all insisted that military trials are different from civilian trials. I understand this, being a retired police officer, because he have the same kangaroo court that they do. The Lt Col Lakin case is different, because this is a matter of national security due to the fact that we could possibly have a foreign Usurper inside the White House.Why are they afraid to release ALL of the documents requested?
Why are they denying requests by the defense to call certain key witnesses? The Gov. of Hawaii and the Director of the Hawaiian Health Dept. were not allowed to testify. These two key witnesses claimed that they saw the original birth certificate, but they never made this admission UNDER OATH.
The President is not allowed to have allegiance to foreign nations like Obama has to Kenya and Indonesia. That is the reason why the natural born citizenship of a president is vital to preserving the sovereignty of this nation. It is enough that we have many politicians that are already acting on behalf of foreign interests in the congress and senate, but now the White House? This is a recipe for disaster and that is why we have so many problems that we do today.
Is Obama intentionally sabotaging the military, intelligence communities and the economy on behalf of the International Marxists? Of course, this has been a goal of the left for as long as I could remember.
The Joint Chiefs should be insisting that all documents be released, because they are sworn to protect the American people from foreign and domestic enemies. The Joint Chiefs have violated their oaths from what I have seen the past 23 months, because they could have stepped in prior to the election when they saw that the system of checks and balance had been corrupted.
We are surrounded and infiltrated by many communist enemies and they are working on behalf of the International Marxists in Moscow. I know that you all find this hard to believe, but this is why we have a communist in the White House today...you were all SLEEPING. The orchestration of the communist one world government has been from Moscow all of these years with the understanding that they will take over the reigns of control, once the USA has been decimated from within. We are close to that goal today.
Your average far left winger is basically a useful idiot/foreign agent of Russia and some of them do not even know it, but many of them do. The Weather Underground terrorists even admitted to an undercover FBI agent that "Once we take over the US Government, we will then hand over the country to Russia, China and Vietnam (this statement was made in the 1970's).
Jeff Nyquist said on my radio show that "Russian intelligence would love for the Obama eligibility to start a race war and civil war in the USA". Why? It would be a perfect way to shatter this country, freedom and capitalism. What kind of nation do you have when the President is not who he says he is?

US Army Refuses Lt Col Lakin's Request for Discovery Evidence
An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
