An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.

ReplyDeleteAny orders issued via the military are invalid. Col Lakin is guilty of nothing. The Army has no authority for the court martial.
They think they have it by assuming all of BS's orders are valid, which they are not.
Loyalty is sworn t the Constitution, which the judge and other military ass kissers have ignored.
Payback will include the loss of retirement pay and freedom.
They broke him, pure and simple. And with the subpar legal representation he had he really never stood a chance. I recall hearing him and his lawyer interviewed on Hannity's radio show around half a year ago. The lawyer was unfocused, and poor Dr. Lakin sounded so dispirited. Been hoping against hope all this time but right then and there I knew it was over.
