Remember This

Several months back I was at the local shooting range keeping my hand eye coordination honed, My vehicle was parked adjacent to the walkway leading to the firing line. One of the range officers began bellowing " who's vehicle is that with the American flag decal upside down on it's glass? " I laid my rifle down and stepped off the firing line and bellowed back "it's my vehicle, and that flag is upside down because this country is in distress!"

Oh, he said. I walked over to him and we began to have a conversation about all things Obama. One of the first comments he made were several range people that worked there were in full agreement with my views on Obama's usurpation. He let me know he was an Iraq War veteran ex Army Ranger and was currently attending the University of Houston on the GI bill.

During each 5 minute break in the firing period, he would come over and talk more on this issue. I've seen him several more times over the months when I go shooting, and he always comes over and says hello and talks about the latest national troubles.

Once I went out there wearing a "I support Israel" t-shirt with a big blue Star of David on it. He especially liked that, and said he wanted one too, so he could wear it on campus and drive the libs crazy.

His perspective on Obama is a little different. He frames his thoughts by offering the premise, -- Obama is the best thing that could happen to this country.. The first time he said that my jaw dropped open. Huhhhhh???

He told me he viewed Obama as the face of the hidden Marxists Leftists who for thirty or forty years have been plotting the take over of the country. Now that there is a face for the uninformed to focus on, they will be awakened to the danger this group represents. Obama will expose their insane policies and ideas and they will be rejected by the populous.

My friend believes containment is the best course of action for now. As Obama and his Leftist supporters continue to swing for the fence and whiff, we win. The more he strikes out, the sooner he will be cut from the team. The Left have always been the cellar dwellers in the grand scheme of things, last place Charlies. As long as we keep them there we can outlast them,

Obama may have low friends in high places, but nothing he is doing will prevent us from overcoming him. Remember that.

I can see my friend's point, but I still think we should burn the sons of bitches out. The sooner the better.
