Village Church Prayer Chain Administrator,
December 14th 2010 marks the day that Lt.Colonel Terrence Lakin goes on
trial in a court martial at Ft Meade.
Colonel Lakin is decorated bronze star recipient and has served
honorably in the Army for many years.
After Obama's election and for nearly two years of following the chain
of command submitting lawful requests for president Obama to confirm his
eligibility to hold the office of president according to Article 2
Section 1of the US Constitution, Colonel Lakin was forced by his oath,
his conscience, and by a provision of the UCMJ to only obey lawful
orders, to refuse to obey any further orders from this president, until
his eligibility was confirmed.
For his refusal, the Army has charged him rightly and he is awaiting court
martial on December 14th.
However, the judge in this court martial, Judge Lind, has refused him
the right to produce witnesses, discover documents for his defense, has
disallowed a defense based upon his moral conscience, prohibited him
from speaking with the press, or to submit evidence of factual events
leading to his failure to obey.
It now appears that Lakin will also be denied a trial by military jury.
I would like to request that Lt Colonel Lakin be placed on the church
prayer list, as he needs all the prayers we can give him.
Thanks,
William Lolli, MCSE
