5 To Go
THe count is now up to 28 states that are actionable against ObamaCare. Missouri has announced and that makes 29.
With another 5 states a constitutional convention can be called by the States, to draft an amendment to the constitution repealing ObamaCare. Under Article 5 of the constitution 2/3rds of the States can convene and with a vote of 3/4ths the amendment gets ratified no matter what the federal branches say-the executive, the judicial, or the legislative. Article 5 is "The People's Article".
So 38 states must agree to amend. That makes 9 more to date that need to come out of the closet. Who could be the coy nine?
Kentucky
Tennessee
North Carolina
Montana
Arkansas
New Mexico
New Hampshire
New Jersey
West Virginia
The cripples which will remain so because of their Right Lobe tendencies
California
New York
Maryland
Massachusetts
Vermont
Hawaii
Illinois
Rhode Island
Connecticut
Delaware
Oregon
Minnesota
Of the intransigents Rhode Island, Illinois,Connecticut and perhaps Minnesota seem to be leaning away from the added burden of mandated health insurance and could join in an Article 5 repeal.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
