Mark Murray writes: In his interview with John Boehner, NBC's Brian Williams got the new House speaker to react to today's outburst by a birther in the House gallery during the reading of the Constitution.

Williams: I'm curious as to how much responsibility you feel specifically because of something that happened this morning. During the reading of the Constitution, Congressman Frank Pallone of New Jersey, was reading a portion of the document, interrupted by someone who heckled from within the chamber. It was to express doubt over the president's American citizenship. Provided you believe the president is an American citizen, you've got 12 members co-sponsoring legislation that does about the same thing, it expresses doubt. Would you be willing to say, "This is a distraction, I've looked at it to my satisfaction. Let's move on"?

Boehner: The state of Hawaii has said that President Obama was born there. That's good enough for me.

Williams: Would you be willing to say that message to the 12 members in your caucus who seem to either believe otherwise or are willing to express doubt and have co-sponsored legislation?
Boehner: Brian, when you come to the Congress of the United States, there are 435 of us. We're nothing more than a slice of America. People come, regardless of party labels, they come with all kinds of beliefs and ideas. Uh it's, it's the melting pot of America. It's not up to me to tell them what to think.

HEY JOHN! LISTEN UP! Obviously you heard the recitation of the U.S. Constitution on the House floor but you fail to understand! Comprehension issues. You of all people in the House right now should have a grasp of what each and every clause in the Constitution means!

Speaker Johnny...forget about what Hawaii says (you should know anyway that they have been obfuscating and lying for three years)...just go by the Constitution. Obama has admitted that his father was Kenyan and a British citizen! End of story. He's not natural-born if we are to believe that his father is Barack Obama Sr. Get with the program! There is increasing pressure on Barrack Obama that he prove his eligibility WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE because his alleged father, Barrack Obama Sr., was a citizen of Kenya and a subject of the United Kingdom.  According to the Vattel's "Law of Nations" the legal dictionary at the time of the writing of the U.S. Constitution as made clear from numerous writing between the Founders, Natural Born Citizen is one where both parents are citizen.  The only exception was that a U.S. president need not be a "Natural Born Citizen" at the time the U.S. Constitution was signed, however thereafter all presidents/vice-presidents must be Natural Born Citizens.   There is no reasonable or practical way that Barrack Obama can convince anyone who knows, obeys and protects the U.S. Constitution that he is a Natural Born Citizen unless he changes his narrative or shows proof to the contrary (that would be fraud and would piss off millions who voted for him...especially the black block). Therefore he is seen by a very large percentage of the U.S. population as being ineligible for the office of president of the United States and rightfully so!
