The Gambit Has Failed

Shadow government point man Wade Rathke tried, and failed. So has his boss Barack Obama.

Friday prayers have come and gone in Cairo, the twice predicted grassroots crowd of 1,000,000+ have not materialized, again the best turnout effort is still in the 200-250k noggin count. Today was THE day, do or die time. The Day of Rage Reduex. The lack of popular support proves this rage is astroturf. Factory made. Who says America doesn't manufacture anything these days.

Obama and company for the last two years have come out as major producers, the OPEC of Deceit. Crisis R Us. ACORN exec and community organizer par excellance' Wade Rathke acting (emphasis on acting) as the newly appointed CEO of overseas chaos operations had a rather impressive product rollout in several Arab countries these last two weeks. So much for smoke and mirrors. The targeted segment ain't buying. Rathke showed up with the fresh new idea on the block, had a flashy high profile debut with the flotilla thing, and got his foot in the door. Enough so, that Rathke was given a second opportunity and access to the local sales force. Nada.

Just like the Cap and Trade flop, The Day of Rage campaign has flopped. Not for want of home office support though. A US media blitz was laid on, The Euros were called for their support, Obama and his top execs Gates, Mullen Bidden and Clinton dutifully chanted the pitch. "Mubarak Must Go" "Now. Now, Now, Now." Headquarters always seems to be the last to get the word things are a bust.

I have to hand it to Rathke though, he is a detail person, but somewhat stuck in a rut. His ACORN operatives were known for showing up carrying identical pre printed signs. Same same in Cairo. If I saw one sign printed in english saying "Game Over" I saw a hundred. Just like the ACORN Wall Street Fat Cat Banker home invader protesters, the "Game Over" Cairo contingent always found the camera, and held the sign right side up. I doubt if the locals could pronounce what was written on their signs, but $50 dollars is $50 dollars and an arrow on the sign's backside helped.

Sick fun, pathetically so, but at what cost?

America is going to pay a price for Obama's folly, there will be repercussions. Post Obama our relationships in these Obama backstabbed Middle Eastern nations are going to be harmed for years and years. Mubarak will never be the same or whoever follows him. The heads of Jordan, Yemen and several of the other non tormented states, as they get wise to the situation, are not going to trust America for squat. Obama has tried to off them, and they are going to remember.

One good thing did come out of this---Anderson Cooper got the shit beat out of him.

NEXT !!!!
