Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) took a lot of heat when he declared recently that one of his foremost political objectives is to render Barack Obama a one-term president.Since McConnell issued his statement, President Obama has continued to defy the U.S. Constitution in several instances:
- Refused to defend DOMA, a Congressional-approved law in place for 15 years, by unilaterally declaring said law unconstitutional;
- Refused to cease implementation of ObamaCare despite a court ruling which held the entire act unconstitutional;
- Refused to secure U.S. borders and implement immigration laws designed to protect American citizens.
Impeach Barack Obama and remove him from office now
Clearly, Barack Obama has no respect for the rule of law or the U.S. Constitution.Just as clearly, in his capacity as president Barack Obama represents a clear and present danger to preservation of the rights and liberties of American citizens as guaranteed by the Constitution.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
"President Obama" is not eligible for impeachment under the US Constitution. He is not a citizen and has no constitutional rights.
