Two Pieces of Evidence - Unrebutted
and then take a good look at the document in this video:
What do we have here?
1. One piece of evidence says he was not born in Hawai'i
2. The other says he was born in Kenya.
As the headline says, neither piece of evidence has been rebutted, so far.
Is this proof, in and of itself, that Obama is a fake? No. It's not. But is is sufficient evidence to constitute probable cause for an investigation - by both the Congress and the FBI.
Probable Cause: "A reasonable belief that a person has committed a crime. The test the court of appeals employs to determine whether probable cause existed for purposes of arrest is whether facts and circumstances within the officer's knowledge are sufficient to warrant a prudent person to believe a suspect has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime." U.S. v. Puerta, 982 F.2d 1297, 1300 (9th Cir. 1992).
Any questions?

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
Congress is full of self serving imbeciles, the congressional quarterly should be changed to Congressional Cowards Quarterly.
