The Republican Party soon will find out whether it has room for two female, conservative stars: former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann. Both are potential presidential candidates, and their camps are starting to butt heads, Politico reports.

Both have a frequent presence on Fox News, too. But the sparks could flyif each woman decides to run for president, and Bachmann looks ready to declare soon.

“We’ve never had really two dynamic women run for president in the Republican caucuses,” Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad said Thursday. “I think it would be really interesting.”

Already, the two are starting to get in each other’s way. Palin’s announcement Thursday of a weekend bus tour on the East Coast eclipsed Bachmann’s final moves toward joining the presidential race.

  1. I don't believe Palin and Bachmann are so stupid as to both run. They are well aware that all it would accomplish is to split the vote and benefit BO. The media are trying to gin up a fight between the two that I don't believe exists in the least. Remember, Palin helped get Bachmann elected, and I would be shocked if B showed her appreciation by doing an end run around P. I believe P and B are working together and will co-ordinate on which one will run. I think whatever Bachmann declares will reveal what Palin will do. So, this is another ginned-up lie promoted by the media that we should ignore.

  2. I find it interesting that neither of the women will say a word about the fraud in our White House. When Donald Trump addressed Obamas BC ,he gained instant popularity
even though I believe he never had any intention on taking on a Presidential run.Trump realizes,it is not who sits in the White House ,but who controls the money.cheers
