Trump: I'm Ready to Run as Third-Party Candidate
“I do have my ducks in line if I want to do it, but I’d love to see the Republicans pick somebody that was going to win and take over this country and frankly, to use the expression, make America great again,” Trump told “Fox & Friends.”
He also said he’s never seen another nomination contest as up in the air and volatile as the 2012 Republican race, saying it was “crazy” to see Ron Paul leading in several polls in Iowa.
“I think when somebody like Ron Paul gets such a large percentage of the vote potentially, I look at the polls, and I think it’s absolutely madness to even think about it,” Trump said. “I just see the candidates go up and down, it’s like yo-yos, they go up and down, they’re gone, they’re forever forgotten, then they re-emerge. What’s going on is very strange. I don’t think I’ve seen anything like it and I’ve been following politics for a long time.”
Trump said he knew about activists in Texas who filed paperwork to create the “Make America Great Again Party” for him to run as an independent.
“Frankly, I think it’s a great name, make America great. That’s a beautiful name, because that’s what it’s all about, making America great. But I don’t know anything about it. Certainly there are millions of people that would like to see me do something — not because of me, but because I want to protect this nation. We’re being eaten alive by other nations and by, frankly, people that are not smart that are representing us,” Trump said.

Why was Cain sent packing? Because BO didn't want the black vote split. Simple stuff if you look how he got into office in ILL.
ReplyDeleteTrump is on BO's side, I would have thought people would have figured that one out. We will still win.

I think what he is saying is that unless Romney is selected he will go out and mess up the Republicans chances to win.
ReplyDeleteThere's also the other possibility of he's being such a publicity hound that he just loves to be in the "news".
If he were to ever become president he will have Air Force One repainted with his logo.
Anybody think if he runs he will split the white vote in the US? Food for thought.
