Arizona Legislative Senate and House Leaders & Traitors Say No to Over 3,000 Arizona Petitioners Requesting Resolution to Secretary of State Bennett
Jeff Lichter: It was reported today that Arizona Senate President Steve Pierce and Speaker of the Arizona House of Representatives agreed today to just say NO to the 3,000 petitions delivered to the Legislature on April 2, 2012. Pierce and Tobin refused to even allow the Resolution to be formally written which meant it would never even reach the Rules Committee(s) for further advancement. The Resolution if passed would have required SOS Ken Bennett to send a pre-written letter to DNC National Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz requiring substantive and documented replies to questions posed to her regarding Barack Obama's natural born citizenship, his birth certificate, selective service registration, and social security number. Although an exact count was not taken, it was known that there was considerable support amongst many of the Arizona Senate and House members for the Resolution, and very possibly enough to have passed it in either one or both chambers. In spite of that support, these two "leaders" (traitors) stopped it cold. One Thousand One Hundred and Ten (1,110) of the petitions were collected at the March 31st event featuring Sheriff Joe Arpaio and lead investigator Mike Zullo and the rest were collected as online petition signatures.

I was just notified by Jeff Lichter that Senate President Steve Pierce and Speaker of the House Andy Tobin have killed the March 31, 2012 proposed RESOLUTION, that 3,000+ Arizona Citizens requested via petition at the Church on the Green and via the internet. This RESOLUTION would have directed Secretary of State Ken Bennett to write a letter to the DNC requesting certified source identity documents for Barack Hussein Obama II. Please contact Secretary of State Ken Bennett and state that we expect him to follow through and write a letter as proposed by the petition which reads:
We the undersigned Arizona citizens are requesting that the Arizona House, and / or the Arizona Senate pass a RESOLUTION directing Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett to send a certified letter to Democratic National Committee Chairperson, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, requesting that she produce certified source documents that are satisfactory to the Maricopa County Sheriff?s Office that positively identify the U.S. natural born citizenship and the Selective Service System Registration of Barack Hussein Obama II. With the recent findings of the MCSO Cold-Case Posse, there is probable cause to believe that Barack Hussein Obama II?s Selective Service System Registration Form and his State of Hawaii Certification of Live Birth Form are criminal forgeries, it is imperative to determine Barack Hussein Obama II?s status regarding his eligibility to be placed on the 2012 Arizona ballot.
We are simply asking Secretary of State Ken Bennett to write a simple letter to determine who Barack Hussein Obama II is, in light of the current ongoing criminal investigation into his identification papers. If the Secretary of State does not have the courage to write a simple letter to the DNC……will he have the courage to govern Arizona if he decides to run for Governor and wins??? Over 3,000 people may have second thoughts about Mr. Bennett’s bid for re-election or a bid for the Governor’s Office over a simple letter.
Please contact Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s Office and respectfully request that he have the courage to write the letter to DNC Chairperson Schultz as described above. Ask him to keep his oath to the US Constitution and the Arizona State Constitution. Arizona deserves nothing less from Secretary Bennett.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
