An Open Letter to "Constitutional Expert" Mark Levin

Mark;
“The firewall of the Constitution has been breached”, you say.
The
firewall has many elements, just as a hole in a dike or a virus in a
computer or a flammable panel in a firewall can cause a breach of a
firewall.
Your
thesis on the plugging of those holes, the deletion of those viruses,
and the amending of those flammable panels are a refreshing and
wonderful start to the restoration of that biblically inspired document,
The Constitution for the United States, and should inspire many
millions of us to take action.
You
have asked that anyone with any other ideas step forward and voice
them, so here is one such idea that already has the backing of millions
of us.
Having
read your brilliant and discerning Chapter 1 of “The Liberty
Amendments” proposing 11 Amendments, to be introduced not by the
not-to-be-trusted Federal Government/Congress, but by the legislatures
of 2/3rds of the States (and ratified by the people of 3/4ths of them),
as provided for in Article V of our sworn-to-uphold and defend
Constitution:
“… on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall
be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution,
when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States
or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, …”
…
I was struck by your failure to include the most obviously needed
Amendment of all – one that has been attempted in many forms (over 9 times since 1975) by Democrats (like Jonathan Bingham in 1975, and John
Conyers in 2003 and again in 2005, and Claire McKaskill, twice in 2008)
and Republicans (like Darrell Issa in 2003, and Dana Rohrabacher in
2004 and again in 2005) – and that is to remove the ‘natural born
Citizen’ requirement from Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution.
Since
anyone brilliant enough to research and write “The Liberty Amendments”
would have to be aware that the usurper currently occupying the Office
of President and Commander in Chief does not meet that requirement
(natural born Citizen is to be born, a) on U.S. soil or jurisdiction
[jus soli*], AND, b) be born of parents, [BOTH] who are
Citizens, native-born, natural-born, or naturalized [jus sanguinis**],
it makes us wonder why you would ignore the number one crisis facing
America today – the treasonous usurpation of the Office of President of
the United States.
Therefore,
it is blatantly obvious to millions of Americans who want their
Constitutional Republic to be restored that neither you nor your
literary and media colleagues, nor, as you call them, the ‘delusional
government elite’, care one whit that the illegal-alien Marxist Muslim
occupying that Office is not only NOT a natural born Citizen, but is
using childishly forged ID’s (Certificate of Birth and Selective Service
Registration) and a self-published stolen SS# 042-68-4425 that fails
E-Verify, to occupy that Office.
Mark,
we want to take your suggestions for the restoration of our
Constitutional Republic seriously, but we ask that you seriously
consider how deaf, dumb, and blind you all look by paying homage to and
pretending that Obama/Soetoro/What’sHisName is our lawful and
Constitutional ‘President’.
Silence in the face of such obvious evil is itself evil.

So,
I am recommending that everyone at least read Chapter One of “The
Liberty Amendments”, and then pray that you will then explain why you
failed to even discuss the ‘delusional government elite’s’ repeated
attempts (9 times since 1975) to make that 28th Amendment calling for the removal of the natural born Citizen requirement of Article II, Section 1 and replace it with:
“Any
person, foreign or domestic, who the ‘community of pusillanimous and
enfeebled citizens’ is willing to be mesmerized by;… shall be eligible
to the Office of President;”
I will leave you with my depiction of what I believe the new STANDARD for our Constitution should look like:
· Showing that God is to be praised and is in control (Laus Deo), the inscription at the top of the Washington Monument;
· Followed
by We The People, authors of the Constitution and the ultimate arbiters
of the terms, conditions, & rules of employment of the
administrators thereof;
· Followed
by our public servant administrators: our Local Governments, then our
State Governments, then below that the triumvirate of the Legislature,
the Judiciary, and the lowest-ranked public servant of this inverted
pyramid – the Executive.
· NOTE:
This top-heavy arrangement is held upright by a sturdy base consisting
of 1) the natural born Citizen requirements for the Executive, and 2)
The Declaration, the VII Articles, and the 27 Amendments (so far);
* (jus soli) The preponderance of evidence shows that Obama/Soetoro/What’sHisName was born anywhere BUT Hawaii.
* (jus sanguinis) The preponderance of evidence shows that Obama/Soetoro/What’sHisName’s father was anyone BUT
a U.S. citizen (NOTE: DNA evidence may someday prove that his real
father was a U.S. citizen, but his use of forged ID’s and a
self-published stolen SS # would be enough of a High Crime and
Misdemeanor to make his installation into the Office repugnant to the
Constitution, and therefore nullify and void everything he has said,
signed, and executed while unlawfully occupying that Office.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
