“Cast of Characters in the Lynching of Herman Cain”

Chris Wilson of Wilson Research Strategies has said publicly that while he was working for Herman Cain at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) in the late 1990's that he personally saw Cain sexually harass a woman at a restaurant in Virginia although Wilson has not said exactly what he believes constituted his claim of "harassment."

WHO IS CHRIS WILSON?  

Chris Wilson was the Executive Director of the Republican Party of Texas under then-governor George W. Bush.  Chris Wilson worked very closely with Karl Rove.  Rove was known to us in Texas as the "master of dirty political tricks. " I suspect that Rove taught Chris Wilson the art of deception.

KARL ROVE

Karl Rove has been accused of  being the source behind countless dirty tricks, whisper campaigns, smear tactics, and character assassinations.

I have dealt personally with Karl Rove.  I well remember in 1997 when we classroom teachers in Texas had written our own state curriculum standards document (Texas Alternative Document) and were gaining wide support in the national press because no classroom teachers (before or since) had ever written their own standards document.  We classroom teachers did not believe the standards being steamrolled by the Texas Education Agency and the Governor's office were good for Texas students.

In the spring of 1997, Karl Rove was brought in by Gov. George W. Bush's staff to quiet down the controversy because Bush was on his way to the White House and was being touted as the "education President."  Karl Rove believed that Bush could not afford any bad publicity, and evidently Rove’s task was "to make it go away." 

Suddenly those State Board of Education (SBOE) members who had supported our TAD document began getting phone calls from their largest campaign contributors threatening to withdraw their support unless they backed the Governor's document. 

One of our main SBOE supporters who made his living as a healthcare provider suddenly had his office visited by both state and federal auditing agencies simultaneously.  They managed to tie up his total attention for weeks during the exact time that the SBOE members needed to be focusing their attention on the all-consuming work of adopting new curriculum standards for the state of Texas . The auditors found nothing illegal.

At one particular SBOE meeting, several of the SBOE members were told by the hotel management that their room assignments had suddenly been changed. The next day the information they had exchanged in a highly confidential phone call was made known publicly and neither of them had been the ones to leak it.

MIKE TOOMEY

Chris Wilson was hired by Mike Toomey to do Gov. Rick Perry's polling.  Mike Toomey was Gov. Perry's chief of staff who was behind the HPV Merck/Gardasil scandal.  Mike Toomey turned out to be a lobbyist for Merck.

In 1995 Chris Wilson left the Republican Party of Texas (and Karl Rove) and went to work for pollster Tony Fabrizio.

NEW CAMPAIGN TEAM FOR RICK PERRY

Because Gov. Perry's Presidential campaign was losing steam, several weeks ago (10.24.11) his team decided to hire Curt Anderson, Tony Fabrizio, et al.  “Coincidentally,” it appears that Politico began working on its 10.30.11 sexual harassment hit piece against Herman Cain at about that very same time.

WHO IS CURT ANDERSON?

Who is Curt Anderson?  Herman Cain told Forbes that he recalled personally telling Curt Anderson in 2003 about the sexual harassment charges at the NRA but that they were baseless.  Cain felt Curt Anderson as a pollster for the NRA needed to know about the allegations.

HALEY BARBOUR

Another big coincidence?  Curt Anderson was the political director at the Republican National Committee under Haley Barbour. Haley Barbour was a member of the ad team for Mitt Romney’s campaign in 2007/2008.

On 11.2.11 two days after the Politico story broke on 10.30.11,  Haley Barbour went on nationwide TV and began to pressure Cain to get the NRA to release its confidentiality agreement, thus giving the "woman" a chance to grab the national microphone. 

MY SUMMATION

I am not the brightest bulb in the lamp, but I can connect the dots.  So can most thinking Americans. 

The Republican candidates are in a heated campaign leading up to the primaries.  Out of nowhere has stepped Herman Cain as the frontrunner.  He is not an "establishment" sort of guy.

Chris Wilson, the "witness" (Karl Rove's understudy, recommended to Rick Perry by unscrupulous Mike Toomey) is now working with Curt Anderson (newly hired by Perry) and Tony Fabrizio (newly hired by Perry).  Fabrizio is connected to Haley Barbour (worked on Mitt Romney's campaign in 2007/2008).  Barbour is the one who is trying to pressure the Cain campaign to release the "woman accuser" so that the Politico story will grow legs and eventually “lynch” Herman Cain. 

COMMENTS FROM ATTORNEYS

Yesterday an attorney friend who has broad experience in such cases told me that if these "women" actually had grounds for sexual harassment charges, they would have gone after Herman Cain for millions of dollars; however, but they did not.

Another good friend sent the following to me, and I believe this piece also should help those of us who are trying to look at this situation logically:

A few years ago I met an attorney who specialized in sexual harassment cases and had represented several women who had filed sexual harassment charges against a male co-employee (often a supervisor).  We talked for quite a while about that and I learned a couple of interesting things:

1.  Pre-Clarence Thomas, [before the Anita Hill "lynching" of Clarence Thomas in 1991] the attorney felt that the sexual harassment laws made sense and she gladly represented a number of female clients. 

Post-Clarence Thomas, she refused to represent most women that came to her because the charges were what she called "frivolous and ridiculous" -- that "hostile environment" could represent something as benign as an argument and/or several other nonsexual behaviors. 

2.  I asked her if she ever represented any men pre- or post-Clarence Thomas.  She said no -- that men were generally laughed out of the courtroom regardless of the validity of the charges.

WHO DID IT?

To my way of thinking either the Perry campaign, the Romney campaign, or both may be behind this "lynching" of Herman Cain. 

I will also add that it is possible neither Rick Perry nor Mitt Romney may know what dirty tricks (if any) their campaigners may be doing once hired and working behind closed doors in various parts of the country. Therefore, Perry/Romney are not lying when they say they know nothing about this story.  However, some of the campaigners working for them may know quite a bit about it.

IS MALCOLM X the father of AKA BARACK OBAMA?...from the blogosphere...

...remember that Malcolm X visited Kenya in 1959
and met with Tom Mboya. Mboya was a prominent politician and the the
Secretary General of the Kenya Federation of Labour - and a close
friend of Obama, Sr. (Further, Mboya visited the United States in 1959
to obtain financial support for the American education of 81 Kenyan
students.) It is not unreasonable to believe that Malcolm X met Obama,
Sr. in Kenya during his visit.

(Mboya was murdered in 1969. Obama, Sr. testified against the killer.
That led to Obama's first car accident, a hit-and-run meant to kill
him also, but which resulted in the amputation of his legs.)

Keep in mind that Stanley Ann Dunham supposedly did not want to attend
the University of Hawaii and wanted to go to the University of
Washington, where many of her high school chums were headed. If "X"
fathered Obama with Dunham, and "X" already knew Obama, Sr. was in (or
headed to) Honolulu, one can imagine "X" persuading Dunham to go there
for the purpose of the ruse.

"X" could certainly not let it be known that he fathered a child with
a white woman - when "X" split with the Nation of Islam partly over
the issue of the illegitimate children of its leader, Elijah Muhammed.

So, "X" wants a cover for his child and wants to look after him from a
distance. He persuades Obama, Sr. to be the temporary father, and
gives him some cash as an added incentive. Dunham perhaps has the baby
in Vancouver (free health care and fewer questions). She then attends
the University of Washington, back with her friends in Seattle. (She
may have received some cash from "X" as well.) Grandma Madelyn Dunham
registers the infant's birth as an at-home delivery. Everybody wins...
except that Stanley is stuck with an infant. So she makes her way back
to Honolulu to dump the kid on her parents, while she continues her
studies of anything and everything non-American.

"X" asks his closest comrades to look after junior should anything
happen to him. That includes his attorney, Percy Sutton, and Black
Panther attorney and revolutionary Donald Warden (later to take the
name Khalid al Mansour). When junior needs cash for school, it comes
from FOX ("Friends of X"). When junior needs to get into Harvard, he
gets a letter of recommendation from Percy Sutton - and Harvard gets
cash from Saudi Prince Waleed bin Talal to fund a Muslim studies
program. Why does bin Talal pony up the cash? Because Warden/al
Mansour is his financial advisor. (Warden also previously holed up at
a San Francisco marina with William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn while
they hid from the FBI and plotted a revolutionary overthrow of the
United States.)

As has been mentioned, Obama's older daughter is the spitting image of
one of "X"'s daughters. Obama himself of course resembles "X" far more
than Obama, Sr. or Frank Marshall Davis. Obama also shares some facial
resemblance to his maternal grandfather. Obama, Sr. had a deep voice
like James Earl Jones. Junior has no such voice. Compare videos of "X"
speaking and Obama speaking and try to argue there are no
similarities.

SOUNDS LIKE AKA OBAMA...LOOKS LIKE AKA OBAMA...AMERICA DESERVES TO KNOW THE TRUTH! ENOUGH OF THE PHONY DOCUMENTS!  

ENOUGH OF THE COVER-UP

Obama also often voices the "sssss" sound much like "X." (Listen to
Obama say "Congresssss" in his latest "pass this jobs bill" speech to
a Joint Session of Congress. It can clearly be heard in his very first
words, “Mr. Speaker, Mr. Vice President, Members of Congresssss…” "X"
had that same speech habit.

Obama’s daughter Malia Ann may have been named in honor of one of the
daughters of Malcolm X, Malika Shabazz, or after Malcolm X himself,
whose tombstone is inscribed with “Hajj Malik.” Malik means “king” in
Arabic, while Malikah means “queen.” (Malcolm X, who was born Malcolm
Little, became a Sunni Muslim and after a pilgrimage to Mecca, he
called himself El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz; his children use the surname
Shabazz.)

And, of course, many of us recall Obama's victory speech at Chicago's
Grant Park on election night. Obama wore a black suit with a red tie.
His youngest daughter, Natasha, wore a black dress; older daughter
Malia wore a red dress; and Michelle Obama wore an arguably
unattractive red and black dress that appeared to represent a large
“X.” The stark colors and the “X” suggest to me that the outfits are
meant to honor Malcolm X. Red is the traditional color of socialism,
and is associated with social democrat and socialist political
parties; black is the traditional color of anarchism, and black power.
Who the Hell puts their little girl in a jet black dress for a
celebratory occasion? Where does one even buy a black dress for a
little girl?

Coincidences and speculation proves nothing, of course, yet
circumstantial evidence is often enough to get you jailed for murder
(Scott Peterson), or not (O.J. Simpson).

Is Barry Obama Soetoro really Bari Shabazz? I am certainly not about
to dismiss it. From my perspective, O's father is "X." Whether his
original birth certificate says Barry Little, Bari Shabazz, Barry
Dunham, or Barack Obama I could not say. But it certainly says
something he wants kept secret.

For my money, the little girl in the black dress says it all...

Cain Says Perry Camp Behind Sex Harassment Leak

Was the recent attack on Herman Cain’s presidential campaign a professional hit job? Absolutely, says Herman Cain. And he says he knows just where to look for the guy who did it: At 815 Slaters Lane in Alexandria, Virginia, a low-slung former warehouse in the shadow of a coal plant.
There, beside rusting rail lines, is the home of OnMessage Inc., a Republican-leaning consulting firm recently hired to bolster Texas Gov. Rick Perry’s presidential campaign.

 

One of the firm’s partners, Curt Anderson, worked on Cain’s losing 2004 U.S. Senate campaign. Cain thinks he’s the hired political gun who leaked details to Politico, a Washington trade publication, of alleged “sexually suggestive behavior” Cain is said to have exhibited towards two women while he ran the National Restaurant Association in the 1990s. That story set off a media frenzy which has quickly put Cain’s campaign on the defense.

In the summer of 2003, Cain recalls briefing Anderson—his general campaign consultant at the time—that sexual harassment claims were brought against him while he was chairman of the National Restaurant Association from 1996 to 1999.

“I told my wife about this in 1999 and I’ve got nothing to hide,” Cain told me Wednesday. “When I sat down with my general campaign consultant Curt Anderson in a private room in our campaign offices in 2003 we discussed opposition research on me. It was a typical campaign conversation. I told him that there was only one case, one set of charges, one woman while I was at the National Restaurant Association. Those charges were baseless, but I thought he needed to know about them. I don’t recall anyone else being in the room when I told him.”

White House Press Corps: may I inquire? Were any of you invited to the birthday party Friday?

If not, don’t feel miffed.

After all, it’s long been a family secret.

Anyway, here’s the scoop: Friday was Bâri′’s birthday.

Bâri′ M. Shabazz - Barack Obama’s identity at birth.

Yes, 28 October was the day, in 1959, in New York City, that the man who presents himself as Barack Hussein Obama was born Bâri′ M. Shabazz.

A baby thrice bestowed with names sacred to Malcolm X: Bâri′, Malik, and Shabazz.

Oh so happily bestowed by his mother, who truly-and-forever loved Malcolm.

It wasn’t just the sacred nature of these names that so delighted his proud parents.

It was what the names signified.

Note the reference to “The One”, a popular attribution to Barack Obama during the campaign.

Malik / Malachi – Names most sacred to Malcolm. “Lord”, “Master”, ‘Sovereign”, “King” … Malik is Arabic for Malachi [Messenger of God]. In 1952, Malcolm requested permission from The Honorable Elijah Muhammad [his Nation Of Islam spiritual director] to assume the name Malachi Shabazz – approval that was denied him. In spring 1964, after Malcolm left Nation Of Islam, he assumed the identity El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz.

Shabazz - Malcolm’s chosen Muslim last name. It’s the Muslim name his wife Betty also chose. The name they bestowed upon all six children.

Among the Malcolm X aliases certified by the F.B.I. are Malachi Shabazz, Malcolm Shabazz and Malik El-Shabazz.

Bâri′, Barry, Barack ….. Sort of has a cadence to it, doesn’t it?  Reminds me of the days I studied Greek and Latin. Studied the conjugation of verbs. Bâri′, Barry, Barack. His past [imperfect] tense, his present tense, his future tense.

Bâri′, Barry, Barack: he was, he is, he will be.

So it was for high school Barry. His past collides with his future. Barry, discovering his birth certificate amongst sequestered documents. Discovering his Muslim identity – and the name of his biological father.

And in that discovery, recognizing “I occupied the space where their [his parents’] dreams had been”. A stunning realization.

A future must be created!

Politics, yes, this is the proper path. National politics.

The very same path that daddy Malcolm had his yearning eye upon.

His son would go one better, though. His eye would firmly fix upon The White House!

But wait.  Who would elect to The United States Presidency the illegitimate son of a black, Muslim revolutionary?  A man who advocated overthrow of The United States Government? Who openly spoke of his hatred of whites?

His past as Bâri′ would never do.

Not to worry! Bâri′ is destined for great things. His genes, his birth names said so. He will create an identity “free and clear” of Malcolm’s political liabilities.

A ‘tweak’ of his name’s second syllable, and voilá! Bâri′ and Barry become “Barack”.

The synthetic  ”son” of  Malcolm’s African friend, Kenyan exchange student Barack Obama. 

The synthetic  ”grandson” of Malcolm’s hero.

[For those of you unfamiliar, Barack Obama was the son of Mau Mau Kenyan Revolution Hero, Hussein Onyango Obama. In the early 1950's, Malcolm was publicly singing HOO's praises in Harlem - years before his son, Barack Obama, arrived in America.]

And so, a future was created.

An identity was born: “Barack Obama II” – a.k.a. “Barack Obama Jr. “

Such creative genius! A simple ‘tweak’, and Bâri′ M. Shabazz gets his new identity – and an unencumbered, bright political future!

With a birth narrative boasting exotic, tropical settings, to boot!

But back to young Bâri′, shall we? After all, it is his birthday we’re discussing.

And back to Barry.

How much closer in sound can two names get?

Perhaps you recall Michelle Obama’s statement during the campaign, when asked about Barack’s nickname, Barry? She stated that its origin was a cute Muslim name, anglicized to “Barry”. If you don’t recall her statement, please, don’t waste your time looking for it online. The clip was long ago scrubbed.

Perhaps you recall that at Occidental College – coincident with his grand political plan to fulfill Malcolm’s Dreams – “Barack Obama” insisted that “Barry” be ditched for Barack?  A brilliant strategic move indeed. Barry sounds far too close to Bâri′. What if somebody, anybody, from his past, or from the present, or worst of all, in the future, caught on?

But oh, how Truth endures. Thank goodness, amidst all the deceit, the words of half-sister Maya expose it: around the house, she stated, we called him “Bar”.

Bâri′, Barry, Barack ….. Now, who is who, and what is what?  “Barack Obama”, we all know.  “Barry Soetoro”, ditto. But what do we know of Bâri′ M. Shabazz?

We know this: Bâri′ M. Shabazz was assigned social security number 084-54-5926, issued in New York, in 1974.

[Wait. Wasn't there discussion of an SSN issued earlier than 1977? Sometime around the summer "Barack Obama" was 14?  Let's see. Summer 1974 minus October 1959 equals ... yes, that's right, 14.  Hmmm.]

But let’s not let “Barack Obama” distract us again. Back to his past [imperfect] tense.

Quite naturally, you may wonder, as did I: whatever happened to sweet baby Bâri′?

I’ve got tragic news to report, on this All Souls Day: in August 1994, at the prime-of-life age of 34, five years younger than was his father Malcolm at his untimely death, Bâri′ M. Shabazz was reported to have died.

From the Social Security Death Index database:

Hmmm ….. August 1994: Bâri′ M. Shabazz has passed on. 

Oh dear. Whatever will become of all those Dreams Bâri′ was conceived to carry forth?

Not to worry. He didn’t really die.  His birth identity ‘had’ to die.

Why?

Let’s see. 1994. 1994. Oh! That’s right! On 21 August 1994, the Illinois State Senate seat ‘officially’ opened up! Its occupant, Alice Palmer – for whom “Barack Obama” was working – could now set her sights on indicted Mel Reynolds’ Congressional seat.

“Barack Obama” was prepping to step out as a political candidate!!

“Congressman Mel Reynolds, the Democrat convicted of 12 charges, including sex with 16-year-old Beverly Heard and asking her to take pornographic photographs of a 15-year old, was indicted on August 21, 1994.”

What with his prodigious plans, “Barack Obama” certainly couldn’t risk having Bâri′ M. Shabazz walking around, now, could he?!

A simple report was all that was needed.

The SSDI record states that the death information for Bâri′ M. Shabazz was coded “V”.

V signifies: “Verified: Report verified with a family member or someone acting on behalf of a family member.”

The report is not coded “P“.

P signifies: “(Proof): Death Certificate Observed”.

This distinction is critical.  Notice of death was made by an informant who did not present verification of his/her reporting, that is, no death certificate was presented with the notification of death.

“SSA receives reports of death from a variety of sources, including friends and relatives of deceased individuals, funeral homes, postal authorities, financial institutions, and Federal and State agencies.  Friends, relatives, and funeral homes report about 90 percent of deaths. Postal authorities and financial institutions report another 5 percent of deaths.”

Once in the federal system, the record was flagged as ‘PE’, meaning that an inconsistency exists between what was reported and what was recorded in the government’s files.

Oooops.

Complications.

And now, since you’ve had the forbearance to read along this far, I offer you comic relief.

The first listed address for Bâri′ M. Shabazz is: guess where?

One street over from Malcolm X’s house!

From baby’s conception in 1959 through shortly before Malcolm’s death in 1965, Malcolm lived just one street over from Bâri′ M. Shabazz’s first address in East Elmhurst, New York.

The first address listed for Bâri′ M. Shabazz is 32-26 98th Street, Apt.1, East Elmhurst, New York.

Malcolm’s 1959 address was 25-46 99th Street, East Elmhurst, New York.

Malcolm and his family resided at 23-11 97th St. East Elmhurst, New York, from July 1960 through February 18, 1965, three days before his death.

     SECTION 1.  Section 338-18, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is amended by amending subsection (b) to read as follows:

     "(b)  The department shall not permit inspection of public health statistics records, or issue a certified copy of any such record or part thereof, unless it is satisfied that the applicant has a direct and tangible interest in the record.  The following persons shall be considered to have a direct and tangible interest in a public health statistics record:

     (1)  The registrant;

     (2)  The spouse of the registrant;

     (3)  A parent of the registrant;

     (4)  A descendant of the registrant;

     (5)  A person having a common ancestor with the registrant;

     (6)  A legal guardian of the registrant;

     (7)  A person or agency acting on behalf of the registrant;

     (8)  A personal representative of the registrant's estate;

     (9)  A person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction;

    (10)  Adoptive parents who have filed a petition for adoption and who need to determine the death of one or more of the prospective adopted child's natural or legal parents;

    (11)  A person who needs to determine the marital status of a former spouse in order to determine the payment of alimony;

    (12)  A person who needs to determine the death of a nonrelated co-owner of property purchased under a joint tenancy agreement; [and]

    (13)  A person who needs a death certificate for the determination of payments under a credit insurance policy[.]; and

    (14)  A law enforcement officer, as defined by section 710‑1000(13), who needs vital statistics records as evidence in a criminal investigation; provided that the law enforcement officer requesting the vital statistics records provides identification and submits to the department a signed statement verifying, under penalty of criminal prosecution for false swearing in official matters, that the:

         (A)  Officer is a law enforcement officer as defined by section 710-1000(13);

         (B)  Officer is acting in the officer's official capacity; and

         (C)  Vital statistics records are needed as evidence in a criminal investigation."

     SECTION 2.  Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.  New statutory material is underscored.

     SECTION 3.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2050.

South Carolina: Cain 33% Romney 23% Gingrich 15%

Businessman Herman Cain leads the GOP field in South Carolina with former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney 10 points behind. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich is the only other candidate with double-digit support. The survey was conducted on Tuesday night following two days of media coverage concerning allegations of sexual harassment against Cain.

In polling conducted before the latest allegations, Cain led in Iowa  with Romney second, while Romney led in New Hampshire  with Cain in second place.

The first Rasmussen Reports poll of South Carolina’s Likely Republican Primary Voters shows Cain with 33% support, Romney at 23% and Gingrich at 15%. Texas Governor Rick Perry earns nine percent (9%) of the likely primary vote, Texas Congressman Ron Paul five percent (5%) and Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann two percent (2%). Former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum and former Utah Governor Jon Huntsman each pick up one percent (1%), as does “some other candidate.” Ten percent (10%) remain undecided. Of those who are currently certain of their vote, Cain leads Romney by 12.

Dear Editor,

If Obama is a usurper, will we ever see justice served and adequate punishment carried out?

The Obama “Presidency” is nonexistent. The media refers to Barack Obama as “President Obama.”  I have said it many times in the past and will reiterate it now:

Barack Obama has never been the President of the United States of America.  Under the U.S. Constitution, one has to be a “natural born Citizen,” which means born in the U.S., of parents, both of whom are American Citizens, in order to become President of the United States.

Given the facts and circumstances of Barack Obama’s birth, Obama had only one American citizen parent. Obama’s father, Barack Obama, Sr., was a British citizen. There is some talk that Obama may actually be the son of Malcolm X. Who really knows who Barack Obama is and if that is his real name?  His entire past has been purposely obfuscated.

Obama just fired his “transparency Czar.” I suppose that he will be looking for an “Obfuscation czar.” After all, Obama paid his lawyers to help him “evade” the constitutional “natural born Citizen” requirement. Indeed, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas laughingly told the U.S. Congress that the Supreme Court was also “evading that issue.” John Paul Jones, American Revolutionary Naval Hero, once referred to England as a “country of illegitimate corruption.” Has the United States arrived at that same juncture?

Obama is a criminal, a radical Islamist supremacist. Two hundred and thirty four years after declaring independence from Britain, a British-born citizen rules the U.S. This is the second Brit to do so. The other was Chester A. Arthur. Arthur had his staff salute the British flag. Obama waved the Red Chinese flag over the South Lawn of the White House in 2009.

Obama has a very dark side.  He is a quisling, a traitor to the United States of America. I am of the opinion that he should be arrested and tried and if convicted, executed by firing squad (See 18 USC, Part 1, Chapter 115, Sec. 2381).

As reported by the BBC, Obama went to Kenya and while having owed allegiance to the United States, campaigned for Raila Odinga, a known enemy of the United States, giving Odinga aid and comfort. It was Odinga who wanted to be President of Kenya. He ran against President Mwai Kibaki, a Roman Catholic. Kibaki was/is an ally of the U.S. Obama campaigned against Kibaki and for Odinga. Obama has given a great deal of money to Odinga and has helped him lead Kenya down a billabong (Obama is ‘leading” the U.S. down the same billabong). Currently, the U.S. State Department is downplaying Obama’s activities in Kenya and his having sent taxpayer money there. Odinga instituted Sharia law in Kenya and collaborated with the same Muslim groups which bombed two U.S. embassies. Obama interjected his support of these activities. By campaigning for Odinga, Obama became a traitor to the U.S.

It is important to note that Hillary Clinton, an Obama cohort and accomplice to fraud in the 2008 presidential election here in the USA, is the current Secretary of State. The U.S. is having mid-term elections in November. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton is making plans to run as Obama’s Vice-President in 2012.

The adage “O, what a tangled web we weave when we first practice to deceive” is appropos here. Obama, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi and many others in the same cabal have failed to take said adage seriously. This writer is a co-charging party in an International Criminal Court investigation of the Kenyan Election violence. I have submitted numerous documents to the ICC regarding Obama’s activities.

Obama’s name will go down in infamy in the history books. The names “Benedict Arnold” and “Barack Obama” are synonymous.  The terms “traitor” and “quisling” will have, as an addition, the term “obama.” “You are an ‘Obama’” will be heard to describe one who has betrayed his duty to America.

ANOTHER “NON-REPRESENTATIVE” IGNORES REPEATED LETTERS ON OBAMA’S INELIGIBILITY AND OTHER CRIMES

Dear Congressman Schock,

I am contacting your office for no less than the third time by letter.  I have delivered to your office in February of 2010 and May of 2011 two other letters focusing on the unconstitutional individual who has usurped our office of Presidency, Mr. Barack Hussein Obama (or whatever his real name is).  I as well have called your office a multitude of times with names of those individuals that I have spoken with and the dates since May 31, 2011.  I have respectfully and politely asked to be scheduled to be able to speak with you regarding this very issue.  I have been told Nate Hurn would call me back.  I have been told to go online to make my request.  I have been told that I need to be patient.  I have now been told to write you yet another letter and share with you some of the information that pertains to my concern.  I asked the question of the last individual I spoke with at your office named Megan, how she would feel if she called your office the dozens of times I have, send multiple letters, use your e-mail service and not a response?  Megan told me she would get the impression “she wasn’t being listened to.” I appreciated her honesty and humility. You aren’t listening Mr. Schock.  Now it’s time for me to respectfully tell you to do your job! The only acceptable response is one that upholds the U.S. Constitution and the oath you took to support and defend it.

Mr. Obama is not qualified under our U.S. Constitution according to Article II Section I Clause 5 to be a lawful and legal occupant of our, the people’s White House.  “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”  Mr. Obama Jr’s., father was never a U.S. Citizen.  He was born in what is now called Kenya.  Prior to Kenya becoming independent it was a Colony, part of the Commonwealth of Great Britain.  Barack Obama Sr., was a British citizen subject to British law and this is according to the British Nationality Act of 1948 as follows:  (4)”Subject to the provisions of this section, every person born within the United Kingdom and Colonies after the commencement of this Act shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by birth: (5)Subject to the provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of this Act shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies at the time of the birth ….” Under the British Nationality Act of 1948, Obama’s father became a British citizen under Section 4 by being born on the soil of an English Colony, Kenya. Under Section 5, when Obama was born in 1961 in Hawaii or some other place, he automatically became a British citizen by descent from his father who was a British citizen under Section 4.  These are irrefutable facts and cannot be denied.  We have U.S. Supreme Court precedent regarding the Natural Born Citizenship clause in our U.S. Constitution.  This can be found in the ruling Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875).  The memo’s that your office and all other Congressmen received in 2008 and 2010 from the Congressional Research Service on how to handle your constituent’s response was an outright lie and a blatant act to deceive myself and the voting electorate.  It is not about the 14^th Amendment and being a U.S. citizen that qualifies one to be POTUS.  That Amendment has nothing to do with the qualifications necessary to be POTUS.  This refers to citizenship and was put into the Constitution after the Civil War in order to establish U.S. Citizenship status to the slaves after slavery was abolished.  There is a distinct difference between being a Natural Born Citizen and a citizen of the U.S.  Mr. Obama has hid his identity from the American people and the world.  His first act was to sign executive order #13489 after he was illegally sworn into office.  This order sealed his records.  This is fact, not conjecture.  Every act, every bill, every decision he has made to this date has been unconstitutional.  Yet, you and the entire Congress, Senate, Judicial Branch, Media elites and virtually every elected official have been willful co-conspirators in the greatest crime this Constitutional Republic has ever experienced.  Mr. Schock, you and your colleagues of this crime are not listening.  Our form of government is to be for the people, by the people and of the people and you are allowing it to be overthrown by a dictatorship.  Treason and Misprision of Felony are being committed (Chap 115 Title 18 USC 2381; Chap 1 USC Title 18 Part 1 Section 4).

Mr. Schock we have had multiple military officers thrown in prison, in jail or out of the service all because they decided to obey the Constitution and be men of honor towards their oath they swore.  The honorable officers of the military of whom I refer to are Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, Lt. Cdr. Walt Fitzpatrick III, and SSgt. Daryn Moran.  Not one Congressmen or Senator has come to their aide.  They did nothing wrong.  They swore an oath:  “I, (state your name), having been appointed a (rank) in the United States (branch of service), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God.”  They swore an oath to the U.S. Constitution and Article II Section I Clause 5 is still part of the U.S. Constitution. These three men have shown themselves to be men of honor and integrity.  How about the Congress?   Please know also I am fully aware that both House and Senate tried to remove this Article eight different times from June 2003 to February 2008 as I have all the bill numbers, dates, sponsors and co-sponsors.

It is you and those who are in power right now that are either too afraid to do their job or are complicit and have done wrong.  There is no other way to look at this.  It is time for you and your cohorts to own up to the American people and say that you have not been doing your job.  This is the oath you swore by: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.” Can you stand in front of a mirror and recite this oath back and then say you have faithfully executed it?  To this date, I know that answer to that Congressman Schock.

I am including in this letter to you documents that include evidence of SS fraud, Selective Service fraud, E-verify fraud and tax fraud.  This is just a small sample of the felonious crimes being committed by Mr. Obama/Soetoro.  There are three affidavits that I will include to attest to these facts that they are true.  These crimes are part of the cover up of who Mr. Obama/Soetoro is.  His birth certificate is also a fraud and there is no need to be a rocket scientist in order to be able to see that.  Mr. Obama needs to be arrested, investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  Those who have sat by and done not one thing but to aid and abet need to be held accountable for their crimes.  Nobody, Congressman Schock is above the law.

Obama’s Diplomacy Sets the Stage for an Iraqi Slaughter

President Obama announced last week that American forces will leave Iraq by the end of the year. The decision was made when the administration failed to secure a Status of Forces agreement with the Iraqi government. Intelligence data has revealed that former Ba’athist political and ex-military officers were planning a coup to regain power they once had before Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.
Sunni leaders are becoming concerned that once the Americans leave the Shiite population will retaliate against them for past grievances. During Saddam Hussein’s oppressive reign the Sunnis ruled the larger Shi’ite population as members of the Ba’ath Party.
