Who Can Count The Backward Steps Our Country Has Just Taken

12:01am eastern this morning was the big hurdle.

Obama Care is going to be a done deal. Further votes in the Senate only require a simple majority of 51. Nelson, Bayh, Lincoln, Lieberman, Dorgan, Webb.... they can all vote against the post house conference changes, it won't affect the outcome now. Their future nae votes can now become re-election window dressing. Those of you who follow what is happening won't be fooled at election time, but the disengaged may very well be duped yet again. Never mind 60% of the electorate were against the Health Care Reform Bill in it's general concept. These 60 Senators and 225 Congressmen, have repealed liberty by establishing the new standard of minority rule in our once democratic republic.

These 100 Senators and 435 Congressmen are all guilty of treason anyway because of their silence on the main issue none of them will address.

When the disengaged begin to notice a large unexplained deduction from the next three years paychecks, perhaps they may sit up and ask a few relevant questions about what's happening. My hope is, but I know better, that all loyal Americans can withstand this newest financial assault on the household budget. I foresee a new round of people getting behind on credit card debt, car payments and mortgages. Repossessions, Foreclosures, Closed Small Businesses, Bankruptcies. What happens when creditors are not getting paid back from consumers? Layoffs. More unemployment, Bank Failures, and added Economic Decline.

God help those caught in this struggle. Family members do not forget your loved ones, take them in if they need your help. Touch base more frequently, stay attuned to their situations.

This rocky road is going to continue several years beyond 2012, even after the democrats are thrown out of Washington. Barring a full fledged revolt, which I whole heartedly advocate, the damage done will linger for years, even if there is not one democrat left in congress. It is going to take years post-2012 to get back to square one. The next 4 years at least are economically blown, that is if we can limit it to just the next 4 years.

So what is the good news? The Supreme Court will now divulge to the nation, if it is still a viable institution worthy of being called our third branch of government. The Bill in question is in no way shape or form, Constitutional. It should be struck down in the Court. Under the Constitution, you all know the Federal government can not force the citizens of this land to buy a specific good or service. You all know the government can not legally jail or fine anyone of us who refuse to follow an unconstitutional law. Can the powers that be unlawfully jail us, yes, some of us, but not all of us, we far out number them.

Our Governors must be heard from, the individual states must challenge this Bill as it in in violation of the 10th Amendment.


I was visiting with a relative of mine, who voted for Obama, and during the discussion the eligibility question came up. I gave my usual spiel regarding what an NBC citizen was and his counter was, why wasn't the Courts or Congress looking into this, if Obama really wasn't eligible? A great question no doubt, for which I could only speculate. I gave him my theory, that so far the Court cases have been blocked by Judges who are corrupt. No Discovery has so far been allowed because we as citizens have no standing in our court rooms.

As to the Republican legislators, again, more speculation on my part, I said, they do not act because some say they have sworn in closed chambers not to divulge a pre-election deal that was struck between the two parties. The democrats raised a question about McCain's eligibility, which the stupid Republicans believed and struck a bargain over Obama's problems with eligibility. whereby the two parties perpetrated a treasonous deal.

In closed chambers on issues of national security lawmakers abide by a special oath to never reveal what has taken place. Oaths of secrecy to take such information to the grave. Was such an oath given prior to this election? I say yes.

We have two paths before us, revolt or working through this by using the Constitution.

The Constitutional Path

Our Congress in 2010 MUST become responsive to the will of the people .

As we begin to dislodge the democrats, beginning in 2010, there will not be a majority from the right wing of such strength to afford the Repeal or Modification to the current Health Bill or any other future Bill for that matter, which is detrimental to America,issued by the 111th Congress prior to the 112th Congress of 2010, taking over. We could control the House but the Senate will still be so evenly split Vice President Biden would represent a tie breaker.

Through 2012 we will still not have the votes, to Repeal Obama Care. If the Democrats can hold on to just 41 Senate votes, they become cloture proof and can filibuster anything from the Right.

If the Democrats number as few as 34 votes we still could not Repeal this legislation before 2012. A Non Democrat controlled Senate of less than 66 will still not have enough votes to over ride a Presidential Veto prior to 2012 as it takes 67 votes to over ride such a veto.

But by wresting the Congress from the Democrats in 2010, America can gridlock the Congress and hamstring Obama at least until he is ousted.

Why We Should Revolt

In 2010 there will be new legislators who have not been a party to a secret oath. They will not be bound to such a nefarious eligibility deal which I mentioned earlier. It is these whom I expect to speak out to call for a Congressional investigation of Quo Warranto. If we have the majority in either house, then surely we can get the justice we seek via an investigation which will lead to Obama's removal or give him his chance to prove he is who he says he is. Under the old America this is what would happen, and it would be done post haste.

But as I stated earlier, we are not likely to see the nation we knew for several years if we string this out. Personally speaking going about the business of rectifying the damage through the Constitutional process and pretending as if nothing unusual has happened is not good enough for me. A tremendous crime has been committed upon this nation. A crime by these legislators of 2008, who have all become a party to treason. A crime committed against this nation by the media, by certain members of the court, by many in our universities and schools and furthered by a percentage of people of this country who are citizens in name only, who are disloyal and should be removed from our society, either violently and/or by means of exile and loss of citizenship status.

This is not about the democratic process anymore. It is beyond the process of disagreeing via fair debate and discourse. This event has become the self evident and premeditated take down of America and of our freedoms. So put me down on any list you wish, put me at the top of that list, the time has come for revolt, and taking out the garbage which pollutes our nation. This is the real climate change we must undertake for our future.
