Constitutional Emergency
Tim Harrington and JB Williams will be on Andrea King's BlogTalkRadio show tonight (9-6-2010).
They will be discussing LTC Lakin's case and how Army Col. Denise R. Lind ruled in a hearing regarding the scheduled October court-martial of Lakin - that he will be denied access to any of Obama's records as well as any testimony from those who may have access to the records.
This totally violates LTC Lakin's Constitutional right to have a defense before a court a law. If this is allowed to stand, then our Constitution will be fully and totally trashed.
Please go online tonight, 9/6/2010, and show your support for LTC Lakin and our Troops and Veterans.

This is a very important show that will give us the information on the history of the UCMJ and the Courts Martial Defense of LTC Terrence Lakin. If Col. Denise R. Lind's ruling is allowed to stand, then LTC Lakin's Constitutional right to self defense is taking away from him. If this stands, our constitution falls. This matter is of the utmost importance. JB and Tim will explain it all for us, and give direction of what needs to happen to stop this final destruction of our constitution.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.
