Dollars To Doughnuts
Be honest how many people were aware of the Detroit ObamaCare case which federal Judge G.C. Steeh ruled in favor of yesterday? I wasn't aware of it. That doesn't mean much, there are other cases I haven't heard of either.
The Detroit case involved a claim by 4 individuals versus the United States. Who are these people? When did they fight and win the unwinnable battle for “standing” in the Obama Kangaroo Courts. Obama supporters perhaps? Plants before the Bar? Am I alone in thinking there's the likely possibility of a scheme to game the courts and defraud the People going on here? Yeah like that hasn't been happening.
I have a nagging inkling telling me something about this particular case just doesn't pass the smell test. The tainted odor of Bob Bauer and Eric Holder is in the air.
Recall the the Virginia case, that state's A.G. filed his case the same day ObamaCare was signed into law. The Justice Department attorneys responded with the usual bevy of delays and Motions to Dismiss, and it was only a few weeks ago the Virginia district judge even ruled on the motions. The merits of the case remain to be argued months from now.
Detroit was filed, heard and ruled on in record time. The Detroit case is too neat, too streamline, too under publicized, that is until a favorable ruling was granted by the Judge Steeh. No mention of an appeal has been made, and if my suspicions are correct, if one is made it will be a half hearted attempt ensuring a losing outcome. We have seen Obama "plants" before-the Colorado DNC vandal, the Obama fainters, Dead Acorn voters, the media shills, the Tea Party false flag disruptors, now we have the bogus ObamaCare litigants. Call me paranoid, perhaps but it isn't like there is no reason for it.
So many of today's cases in our legal system are based on prior case precedent setters. What better way to influence the outcome of the 20+ states cases, than to have an October 2010 favorable ruling in hand which the Justice Department can use to back it's opposition to these other State cases. Obama can now use the Detroit case in the identical manner he has used his false birth certificate. It won't matter if it's real or not- Obama can further polarize the ObamaCare issue, which is good enough for his purposes.
