The Unimpeachable Usurper- Think Again

Which came first the chicken or the egg? That sounds like an unsolvable conundrum to most people, but if you've been paying attention that riddle was solved recently by a couple of researchers. The researchers discovered a strand of DNA contained in the egg shell which is unique to the chicken. Therefore they concluded the chicken came first. Creationism confirmed.

So how do we get a fake president removed by impeachment? Could it crazily be argued by Obama if it came to a last stand defense, to claim impeachment was improper, if as was charged he wasn't legally holding the office? The old chicken and the egg defense. Picture a prosecutor reaching up to scratch his head over that one, but a millisecond before hand touches scalp,instead reaches out and slaps the communist off Obama.

This is where I go circuitous, as I am want to do.

I have this theory the NRSC has been supporting all of these lame duck incumbents rather than the Tea Party/Republicans because the likes of Castle, Murkowski, and Bennet of Utah were part of the clique that made the McCain/Obama winner take all deal. Having these three in the senate would present that much more of a unified front when the "what did you know and when did you know it" questions begin to fly in any Obama investigation.

The plan has to be, it just has to be, “ We honestly thought the guy was legit. Ya mean he wasn't gee whiz whatdaya know about that.” If there are more Old Guard senators sticking to that story, then it protects the group better. Thus the support for Murkowski and company, to the detriment of Miller and O'Donnell.

Okay now that I've predicted a Gee Whiz alibi for the oath non keepers, let's get back to Obama.

Congress could take a couple approaches, regarding impeachment.

One approach could be the plain vanilla approach. -Obama was legally elected as far as the election process of casting votes goes, duly confirmed, and sworn into office. Basis for Impeachment could be found along the lines Obama directed DOJ malfeasance, the Sestak Affair, or something similar. That would accomplish the goal of removal, while not bringing up the eligibility issue and the boatload of self incriminating implications for the accusers the ineligibility matter would bring upon themselves. The last thing the Old Guard members of the 111th Congress want is to push Obama off the ledge, only to look down and find they are chained at the ankle with him. They need a way to remove him without removing themselves as well. By ignoring the eligibility question, that also ignores whether an ineligible president can be impeached in the first place.


The second approach goes like this- Suspend Obama's presidency via the 25th amendment- Presidential Incapacity to Serve. Obama loves to loosely interpret the constitution, and this would hoist The One on his own petard. The 25th most people take to mean an incapacity due to health or injury. Why not incapacity to serve due to suspicion or some $75 dollar word of like meaning? Why not? If the president of the United States was a suspected spy for the other side wouldn't it be reasonable to at least temporarily remove him/her from office until the allegation was resolved by a hearing? The 25th is a mechanism to transfer power, temporary or permanent. Incapacity can mean anything.

An “on the level” 112th Congress may decide the first fork in the road to be the easiest route to take, they would have the Old Guarders with them, but nailing Obama on a Sestak charge might be hard to prove. We've seen the kangaroo courts in action lately so that is an encouraging sign so to speak. I think if Congress goes to the extreme measure of charging Obama with high crimes or misdemeanors, they are going to make certain the outcome is impeachment. I can say this because Congress knows Obama has usurped the Presidency. They want him and his incompetent Marxist agenda out even more so than for pulling a fast one with a fake birth certificate. Sestak will be the excuse, all of the above the reason.

Whether the Federal government later criminally investigates the Article II question is anybody's guess. That may be left up to the Orly Taitz's . For sure the Old Guard won't be pushing for it.
