A Birth Certificate is issued by the hospital where one is born, signed by doctors, and immediately registered with the State Health Department or Bureau of Vital Statistics, etc. What Obama has is NOT anything close to a Birth Certificate. He has a Certificate of Registration, obtained by his grandmother when he was 9, who simply went to the State of Hawaii agency that controls such things and signed a piece of paper whereby, simply by virtue of her signature, the Certificate of Registration was issued. No one has ever said which hospital he was born in. No one has ever named or produced the doctor who delivered him.
