QUICK RECAP OF 9th Circuit ELIGIBILITY HEARING TODAY...

U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Pasadena

Since most modern federal court buildings are blocky and boring you might guess that this building started out as something very different, and you'd be right! This grand edifice was once a resort hotel, the sort that used to host well-to-do snowbirds who traveled by train to winter in Pasadena. The Vista del Arroyo Hotel dates to the 19th Century, but the impressive Spanish revival building was erected in 1920. It commands an impressive view of the Arroyo Seco ravine.
During WWII the building was purchased by the War Department to be used as a military hospital, which was ultimately decommissioned in 1949. It became a federal courthouse in 1985. Seattle and Portland also have branch courthouses for the Ninth Circuit, which is headquartered in San Francisco.

SORRY I AM LATE...

Gary Kreep who represents Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson argued first. Like Orly Taitz who represents Captain Pamela Barnett and a number of other military plaintiffs in addition to Ambassador Alan Keyes in this matter, Kreep argued that the case must be remanded to the lower court federal court (Judge Carter) and be decided on the merits. He argued that the Congress is a political body which has an interest in the outcome. He wanted the case to be decided in federal court to determine once and for all if Obama was eligible to be president.

The court argued that plaintiffs did not have standing and that the case should have been filed while Obama was a candidate.

Attorney Philip J. Berg was also in attendance. Apparently, Mr. Berg collaborated with Gary Kreep in preparation for today's hearing and sat with him and others.

Also present, but sitting with the general public was Pamela Barnett who is one of the military plaintiffs represented by Orly Taitz.

Taitz put on a rapid fire presentation that focused very much on Obama's identity crimes including social security fraud, selective service fraud and the fake birth certificate which was produced last Wednesday. She also argued that Obama's attempt to squelch the birth certificate issue was a blatant attempt to also influence the court today. She too argued that the case needs to be remanded to federal court in Santa Ana where discovery can take place and a final adjudication of Obama's eligibility established.

Taitz and Kreep did a great job with their respective arguments. The court listened attentively but given their liberal bent, the consensus was that they were going through the motions. Also I believe they did not wish to get too antagonistic with the attorneys given that the courtroom proceeding were being televised. It's my understanding that C-Span did not broadcast the hearing LIVE as had been understood by so many. CBS and ABC also were there. I assume they had the C-Span feed. PLEASE let me know if anyone has seen video of the court room proceedings today.

Many of these individuals gave interviews outside the courthouse after the hearing. The MSM did not hang around. TYPICAL!

SCROLL DOWN FOR PICTURES AFTER THE HEARING. Sorry this is late. This was kind of rush. Will likely post more details tomorrow. Thanks for your loyalty! Keep visiting GIVE US LIBERTY and please tell your friends!

  1. Everyone knows the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is Liberal, but allegations of identity fraud should not be swept under the carpet based on their personal or political leanings as they swore to uphold, defend, and preserve the constitution, not defend a defendant named in the lawsuit. It's time for the courts to resolve this issue and allow due process of law to move forward even though the court of appeals is known to protect the judge of the lower court, not the petitioners.
