Debt Ceiling Waivers The Next Big Deal Deal

You know it's coming, may as well deal with it now,--should they be called "Debt Ceiling Waivers, the next obfuscation " in honor of ObamaCare or should it be called the Next Big Deal Deal in honor of all the Big Deal Debt Ceiling hot air?

I'm a little partial to Debt Ceiling Waivers, for two reasons, one, you know deadline quick fixes are subject to springing leaks, and two it fits Obama's operating style. A style which after months and months of talking about a problem, with nothing getting done, except partying, until the night before the deadline as far as crafting the "fix". The minor problem with that, nobody will know what is in the Bill until after it is passed, then we get to read about it. It won't be posted on line for three days until it is signed either, they'll be lucky to get the thing typed out and turned in 3 days late.

Sound familiar?

Nobody knows how "the fix" will function or what it could blow up, not even the authors. Because in the frenzied 3 stooge soup making freeforall nobody is sure if it was flour or salt Curly was throwing into the pot,or if Moe was adding cocaine or baking soda. All we know for certain, is the chefs are all covered in white powder. ERGO waviermania. Is this somehow giving you a case of Deja Vu? It is me. ast November weren't we borrowing the jewish catch phrase "Never Again" when it came to 11th hour legislation? What happened to that?

The Republicans are pumping out Debt Plans like Shipley Donuts. I could say,"yeah full of holes," such as Boehner's latest, but I won't, however I will say -excuse me but wtf is in it, really? Will anybody get a chance to read it or will it get game tested  before it is loosed on the economy? How do we know it won't blow something up?  "No time for that," they say, "D-Day is 6 days hence, we'll fix our screw ups with waivers, same as ObamaCare". But, but I didn't vote for that last November, I could have stayed home and let Obama keep pulling that shit on his own, that's what I thought I was voting against.

Time Out !!!!

Here's what we need Boehner to do.... first he needs to calm the F down. Next he needs to tell Obama, that maybe he can screwup 1/6th of the ecomony with a 3000 page bill nobody could read, but the rightwing is gonna respond sanely and act rationally on the debt issue.

First off we increase the debt limit ceiling $500 Billion, for that we cut spending immediately by $500 Billion. Breathing room. This is a short term can kick down to the where the road actually ends. Then it's ultimatum time baby, with drawn swords. The workng tax paying class with our allies vs the non tax paying non working class and their pitifully elitist socialist allies.

The 2012 Fiscal year begins October 1, so that's the working time frame 7/27 to 10/1--65 days. If no meaningful long term compromise is reached, then bye-bye deficit spending. Creditors get paid first because we are an honorable people, military second, elderly, disabled, poor sick, third, and what is left over goes for bridge repair. Obama,Congress, and the Supremes are S.O.L. as far as their pay goes. No more food stamps either. If you are hungry but so poor you can't buy food, I suggewst you go to the nearest farm and volunteer your services, farmers always fed their help.

The illegals will just have to go somewhere else for free medical, maybe Canada, Ahe.

49-40 or fight dammit !

Steve
