This has been the far left’s long term strategy and plan for decades in order to achieve their real goal, abandoning a constitutional republic and installing national socialism as the American form of government.

The Cloward-Piven Strategy – The Progressive Left’s Long Term Plan is Now Collapsing Our Economy.

We are now in the end game of the far left’s Cloward-Piven Strategy.  The far left Progressives lead by Obama want our economic systems to collapse. Read this battle plan of the far left, the Cloward-Piven Strategy.  | @ CDR Kerchner’s Blog

Read the Cloward-Piven Strategy launched in 1966 and for which “America’s Chickens are now Coming Home to Roost” with the current completely out of control spending and Debt Crisis.
You can track the latest progressive far left spending binge launch point back to when the Progressive and Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) controlled Democratic Party took control of both houses of the Congress in 2007 .  They launched their spending binge and created and orchestrated crisis after crisis to increase federal spending. Unfortunately the “compassionate conservative” President Bush in the White House was not a true fiscal conservative and went along for the most part with the Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid progressives lead spending craze as a necessary response to the progressive movement’s created and media driven societal “crisis” mentality. Now four years later we see the end result of this latest binge … we’re at the tipping point and nearing or in the end-stage crisis point described in the Cloward-Piven Strategy.

CRISIS! … one of the far left’s favorite words to get what they want. Especially when they deliberately manufacture and/or orchestrate one by not allowing the passing of a federal budget in the Progressive/Democrat controlled U.S. Senate for over two years and procrastinating on the debt issue to the last minute after further larding up the social programs and superfluous spending to extreme levels via continuing resolutions for the last two years.
Read this disarmingly and nobly titled Cloward and Piven Strategy paper, “The Weight of the Poor – A Strategy to End Poverty”, which cloaks the real purpose of the strategy, that is, it describes the progressive socialist plan to collapse the U.S. economy and install a socialist economic system and government. Obama has been practicing the Cloward-Piven Strategy for years as a Community Organizer and is now doing so on steroids since he usurped his way into the Oval Office:  http://www.americanthinker.com/2009/11/clowardpiven_government.html
Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals tactics have been used to implement the Cloward-Piven Strategy for decades.  Obama has been applying these tactics to implement this strategy all along in his rise in politics.  Alinsky taught the far left operatives to always couch their arguments in that they are doing it for and/or to protect or help the “Middle Class”.   “Middle Class” is another one of the are left’s propaganda phrases that they use in virtually every speech or talking point.  In reality the goal of these progressive socialists is to take from those who “HAVE” and give it away for free to those they label as the “HAVE NOTS”, the dependent class that the far left has created in the last 50 years — their political power base such as unions, social-welfare federal program beneficiaries and the federal employees who staff them, and other special interest lobby groups funding them and delivering votes to them to gain more power.  Power is what they want. They just use the middle class votes to get more power which is why they pander to the middle class in their speeches.  The progressives don’t really give a darn for the middle class.  Their real interest is in increasing the dependent class.  When 51% of the voters are in the dependent class and depend on the federal government for a substantial percentage of their income or benefits, they will never vote for spending cuts and in fact vote for more and more for themselves. That is what the socialist want and its their road to totally socialism and the road to ultimate serfdom where everyone will be dependent on the federal government for their existence.  Just read Saul Alinsky’s book Rules for Radicals.  They only want to B.S. the middle class into voting with them (their so called HAVE NOT constituency) which is why the term “Middle Class” is mentioned so prominently in all their speeches.  Key words they use all the time in their speeches and political campaigns as taught by Alinsky — Hope, Change, Middle Class, and Crisis.  Listen to one of Obama’s speeches and count the number of times he uses these Alinsky taught key words.  Read Alinsky’s book in summary form here: http://www.crossroad.to/Quotes/communism/alinsky.htm
